I came here for 2 medical reasons on a beautiful Sunday. It was the only place I could get in. The physicians assistant was so nice and friendly. It was VERY clean there. You can clearly see how they wipe down everything good after each patient. It also smelled clean. The nurse was also very nice. I highly recommend coming here for minor medical issues they can treat or to atleast get a note for work until your doctors or specialists office opens. They are open 7 days a week (not including some major holidays) and can be such a relief to go to when everything else is closed on the weekend. My first time going and I was very pleased.

Worse service ever at this clinc.They were rude, took a long time to be seen. Will not go back there. The pharmacy is amazing tho!

I was just at the CVS shopping and heard someone in the minute clinic on the phone. It was the Dr telling someone they were Covid positive! I heard her go over this woman’s medications and medical illnesses LOUD and clear. I also know her name but I won’t post that. I will never get tested for Covid here and I’ll urge my family and friends not to as well. I’d hate for my whole medical history to be broadcasted to the whole CVS store. Also isn’t it illegal!!!

I was having ear problems so I went in to get it checked out. They said nothing was wrong and didn’t even ask about my symptoms. The next day I went to urgent care and they diagnosed me with swimmers ear within seconds. Avoid this place if you can.

The clinic did a great job and were able to keep a family member from having to go to ER for extreme BP.

I arrived at the clinic a little before 7. The hours were posted as 7:30 closing time and the wait time was showing 5 minutes. There was a sign on the sign in computer say that due to volume they were not taking any more patients. A few minutes later a patient left the exam room. I waited till approximately 7:25 before the PA came out. I asked her what time I shouldve been there to get an appointment. She informed me that it varies and that she does not work past 7:30 so if she has paperwork she stops check ins. If she needs time at the end of her shift the posted hours or her hours need to change. It sounds like a poorly managed clinic. I left and went around the corner to FastMed that closes at 8. I was checked in before that time so even though it was close to 9 before I was seen they had the professionalism to stay until they had cleared all of their patients. My guess is they close at 8 but their employees are paid til 9. The Minute Clinic needs to take a lesson from that.

Their minute clinic service absolutely matches with their pharmacy service. Both horrible. If you want to be treated like dirt and not get the help you need, go to cvs minute clinic

If you have about 4 hours to wait to be seen then by all means try this place. Otherwise youll get seen quicker somewhere else. Waste of time.

Paid 125$ for them to know what I have, so I can get a prescription. Next two days I kept getting worse, ending up having to go to the hospital. The hospital wondered very strongly why if they knew what was wrong with me, prescribe me a prescription that wouldn’t help me. The lack of basic standard of care resulted in my health to only decline. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dont believe anything on the board if you walk in. They bump you any time someone registers online even if they are sitting in the waiting room registering on their phone and youve been waiting for walk in for 2 hours.Worst customer service, worst experience with medical practicioner ever. They werent even sympathetic.

What ethe point of the wait time and they say they are going to lunch at a certain time. My time was directly after their posted lunch time, so I leave to get lunch. When I return I am not no longer on the screen. I have been removed. Also I registered on line. Signed in with 18 minutes before my appointment and I am dropped down the list by an houre

Very convenient to book online. Visited several times for various reasons such as removing stitches, tb test reading for work, allergies. The healthcare provider was different every time, but each individual was very kind and professional. No complaints-would recommend.

On 11/23/2015 I brought my daughter in for a flu shot. I arrived at 7:01 to find a woman struggling to complete the computer sign in. When she was done the system showed 18 minutes for next appointment. The door opened to the clinic and the nurse called in the next patient which was the womans son. That was at 7:03. No other patients were signed in. The nurse asked what I was in for. I told her a flu shot for my daughter. She said the system probably wont take me and that she has to leave at 7:30. The clinic closes at 7:30. Sure enough the system wouldnt accept another appointment as it still showed the next appointment in 18 minutes, which was the patient that went in at 7:01 pm. Are you telling me the Nurse couldnt over ride this or marked the patient in to free up the system. The Nurse couldnt take one more patient for a flu shot that take all of five minutes? Thats sad!

What a waste of time. After spending 4 hours on Christmas Eve in the store to be diagnosed, I was told shes couldnt diagnose me due to not having the correct equipment. Dont worry I still got charged for a no diagnose. I wouldnt even waste your time coming if you have a cold. Never will return and will spread the word

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Tabby. I hope shes there when youre not feeling well because she was very nice and seemed to really care.

On vacation, NP Daria was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was fast. Got back on the road in no time!

Ive been there twice. Once for a sports physical and flu shot for my 17 year old who avoids doctors. He was very comfortable and happy going and prefers it over urgent care. This week by daughter suddenly got really sick and i took her there to find she has the flu. She was really patient with her and extremely nice and helpful. Cvs didnt have the script we needed but she made sure we were able to get it elsewhere. Id definitely go there again before urgent care!

Yesterday I had the VERY UNFORTUNATE experience of dealing with KAREN. She was EXTREMELY rude from the moment she opened the office door. She greeted me with a glare and telling me to have a seat by the desk. She then told me to turn off my cell phone (which was on silent and I was not using). I informed her that I would not turn it off due to an on going family emergency. She requested I put it in my bag, which i did. She then aggressively pressed on my face and told me that it was probably allergies but could be a virus or an upper respiratory. She got smart with me and told me no medications could even relieve my symptoms. She ran NO tests...not even a strep swab though I told her my throat was hurting. On my after visit paperwork she lied and said I had no chest pains when I clearly told her I did. She also wrote that cold and cough meds could help me though out of her own mouth she said nothing would help. She was so rude that I called corporate and filed a complaint. I would not recommend this place to anyone if karen is continuing employment there. I ended up wasting more time by having to go see another doctor and nextcare right up the road. They seemed to care and took care of me...no bad attitude or smart mouth involved!

I had a great experience here in comparison to urgent care or ED, I received an estimated wait time and after serviced, I am able to pick my scripts up right there at the pharmacy!!

Took my son in with severe cold after Thanksgiving 2015. The computer check in was quite lengthy, however he was treated quickly and professionally with the practitioner on duty answering all his questions.

Was told to come back twice. Finally gave up.I went somewhere else.I am being nice with this review.Worse idea of the day.

I listed one star only because I couldn’t leave zero. The pa or np was very short and hostile with his relies. When I said the attitude wasn’t needed he said you are out of here. I left and called corporate. I’ll update on their reply to my complaint.

Went to get a ring worm treated she gave me a prescription for a over the counter medicine. when she had option to give me pills . What she gave me didnt treat it . Huge waste of $120

Just sent my daughter there who is a new college student in the area (we live 14 hours away) and the campus health couldnt see her. The Nurse Practioner was so mean to her that it made her cry, that on top of being miserably sick, was totally uncalled for. If you dont enjoy your job, dont take it out on patients who are paying for your services, unless you are trying to keep them away by being bitchy to them. I will be contacting Corporate offices with regard to the miserable treatment my daughter received today!!!!

Unless you want to die early due to your sickness, DO NOT patronize this minute clinic facility. Total idiots. Their right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Between the customer service representative and the onsite Nurse Practitioners, they ONLY thing they know how to do efficiently is shut down the registration kiosk so no one else can sign in. Making sure they get out of there on time. After all, no need to worry about the patrons right? They can just find medical care in other places. Rest assured, I will never, never, never visit this facility again. The Voo Doo doctor down in the back woods of the countryside would offer me more competent care than these morons. CVS... I would strongly consider your relationship with this organization because they are bringing you down, rapidly.
