I have been coming here for years...over this time l have had several foot issues and all were resolved extremely well.The staff is efficient.....and Dr. Todd Hyatt is exceptional...He is very caring and personally involved in your total well being..5 golden stars to this establishment...

This office is wonderful! Ive been going here for several years. I had to have a procedure for my torn plantar fascia and had nothing but a great experience... from initial visits to surgery and recovery. If you have a foot problem... I highly recommend you give these folks a call!

Dr. Hyatt is awesome. He has been my doctor for a number of years. The staff in the office is wonderful and making an appointment is super easy. Busy with work orwor kids? They work great with any schedule. Would recommend a hundred times over!!

Dr. Hyatt performed foot surgery on me last year. He is very professional, informative and thorough. Shortly after my surgery I broke two toes on the same foot. He assisted me with this also. I would and have highly recommend him to others. He is the best.

Dr.Hyatt is the best! I needed foot surgery and he explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. He made me feel at ease! The staff is always so nice, friendly and accommodating. They even watched my baby while I got xrays!

Check in was easy and quick ! Dr. Hyatt is very comforting, with my extreme anxiety he talked me through the entire procedure! His nurse was also quick and assuring! Thanks for getting me in and taking care of my toes!!

Dr. Brent Evans and his staff are top notch. He saved a toe that another doctor in town wanted to amputate. He also surgically corrected fractures and hammertoes which had been ignored by the other podiatrist. I would recommend Dr. Evans to anyone in need of a great doctor.

Dr. Hyatt is the absolute best, he is a great person and when he sees you, you have his undivided attention, you can tell he truly cares about his patience. Dr. Hyatt was able to find the issues with my foot, when no one else had ever been able to. The staff have always been so sweet and helpful, they go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Triad Foot Center in Burlington and if your looking for the best podiatrist on the east coast, look no further, Dr. Hyatt is it!

The atmosphere is wonderful as well as the staff.

Be wary of the new patient fees. I had to pay $260 simply because I hadnt been there before, on top of the other very high fees for everything else. Most Ive ever paid for such a thing. Thats nothing but an insurance scam, and not all insurance will cover it. BCBS definitely doesnt, so I was stuck with the full bill. Other orthopedic doctors dont charge anywhere near that, best to look around at other options.

This clinic is great! Dr. Evans is compassionate about his patients and I would refer anyone to him. Christy Check in/ Check out was great to work with from making my appointment to checking out from my appointment a great experience with Christy!!!

Had an appointment as a new patient, but got caught in traffic. I called to inform them I would be late to the appointment. The receptionist forced me to reschedule and condescendingly told me I should have left work earlier and Im supposed to arrive 15 minutes early. She repeated this over and over until I snapped at her that I was aware of the need to arrive on time. Then she gave me flak for wanting a late afternoon appointment. After explaining that Im pregnant and trying to save my time off for when the baby is born, she rolled her eyes at me.After rescheduling, I did get in to see Dr. Evans, who was excellent in treating my plantar warts. It took three visits (at $85/visit because my insurance sucks), but we were able to get all of it.

I really enjoy triad foot center. The staff there are so.nice and helpful. There like a family setting there takin care of all your needs. I would recommend this facility to all my friends who need a podiatrist. I enjoy Dr Matthew Wagoner he is the best him and his staff and triad foot center in Burlington NC.

Dr Hyatt was awesome, but the customer service was the WORST ever... We drove all the way from Apex to Burlington with my family to be told because we were 5 min late, we could not be seen... Im leaving for the US VIRGIN and dont know when Im returning, and still she didnt care... It was more important to set an example about time, than customer care... As we sat in the waitingroom to process the reality that we wont be seen, when we realized the room was empty, not one customer...But the principles of time were being upheld... My right foot hurts and I was denied seeing the Dr before I leave for the USVI...VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED...I asked her for my files...
