My experience was excellent. I had surgery by Dr Patel at Milwaukee surgical suites. I wouldnt hesitate for a minute if I had to rethink options. The staff at the surgical suites did a great job. The staff is helpful, kind, happy and knowledgeable. If a staff member couldn’t answer my question They got the staff member who could.More than one staff member remarked on the positive environment and working conditions.The surgical center is small and immaculate. Something I never experienced. I really felt like they were treating me, the person, rather than a number and just another patient.The difference for me is that I feel Advanced Foot and Ankle of Wisconsin aren’t having to meet a patient quota like so many clinics and hospital these days. They actually get to be physicians and care for the patient.

I enjoy going to Dr.Kolkat’s office. The staff is happy and friendly always . I have been coming to see Dr.Kolkat for years and this is how it is always . I was going on vacation with my son and daughter-in-law & on a last minute thought, I called Dr Kokat’s office to see if I could have treatment done on my feet so they wouldn’t hurt so much. They had me come in 2 days before I left. I am writing this while on vacation and my feet haven’t hurt at all. Thank you so much for making it work for me.

Advanced foot and ankle was great. They were able to schedule me quickly. When I got there I had already completed paperwork. My appointment was for 2:15 and the doctor saw me at 2:15. No excessive waiting or anything. Doctor and staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.

To put it simply. Staff is professional. Dr Kokat is concerned for the welfare of his patients and spends the time required to answer your questions. There is no wasted time in the office. You are in within minutes of arrival and back on the road quickly.

After seeing other podiatrists in the past, whom just wanted to find ways of managing pain without finding the causes, Dr. Kokat is now the only doctor I trust to care for my feet and their issues. Not only has he helped to figure out the causes of my pain, hes helped me to manage without first seeking surgical methods.. Hes worked for me, with me.I trust him to provide the best care, and hes never let me down.

I’m truly blessed to have Dr. Kokat as my surgeon he’s awesome and truly puts patience first and answers everything with concerns of surgery he’s literally saved my Ankle as a screw from another surgeon after a triple Arthrodesis was preformed. The surgeon who preformed that surgery said their was nothing wrong I walked on my foot for 6 months till I was told to see Dr. Kokat Thank God I did he removed the screw that was coming out of my heel . As a long time runner my ankles have taken a beating on Sept 17,2020 Dr. Kokat fused my right foot and honestly I’m forever grateful that I’m in the Best Care and on the road to recovery . His staff is very helpful and caring for anything and questions that you need answered . Dr. Kokat literally gave me back a normal life as another surgeon didn’t believe or take pride in his patience. Dr Kokat listened well to my individual needs. He identified a structural problem I was unaware of and other doctors have not noticed. He gave me a cortisone shot and had a good touch. He is creating a unique orthotic that I am hopeful will address my particular issue. The location in Burlington was easy to find and access.

A very professional experience but with a truly personal touch, not found in many Doctors offices these days. The Doctor listened to every detail and was determined to get to the root of my painful problem. Dr. Henke is a top notch Doctor with your best interest foremost. I was glad I went to Dr. Henke.

Was welcomed and screened with temperature check for COVID-19 before entering. The nurses were AMAZING SO ATTENTIVE AND COURTEOUS (sorry I can’t remember any of their names I was still groggy from anesthesia.) I’ve had other minor procedures where I felt rushed out of recovery for them to send me home, not here, they made sure I was feeling well enough to get up when I was ready. The nurse literally held the apple juice so I could drink it (don’t know when I had such attentive nurse). Over all my experience was great. One more thing I usually have issues coming out of anesthesia and I honestly didn’t have any, no getting sick or anything the anesthesia doctor was amazing as well, he actually listened to what I said and I felt good coming out of it. Dr.Kolkat was amazing can’t wait to update you all after my recovery.

The doctor and most nurses were awesome. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Anesthetist nurse was fairly judgmental and almost made it out of my room without giving me unsubstantiated life advice. She almost made it.

Dr.Kokat is a very great doctor. Been seeing him for awhile for my foot he had been great since day one. He figured out what was wrong with my foot and recommended Surgey. He is very good at what he does. I would recommend anyone to see him for anything.

I tried for years to fix the pain in my left heel, nothing seemed to work. My shoe guy recommended that I make an appointment with Dr. Kokat, best thing I ever did, its been almost two years since the procedure and I have a hard time remembering which foot hurt and which one was good. I do remember hobbling around for at least a couple of years. Dr. Kokat knows what hes doing, and has a pretty down to earth personality, I wish I would have found him sooner.

I recently got my husband to see him and I am so glad I did! He helped him when everyone else was just trying out different things, Dr. Kokat knew exactly what to do and got him in for emergency surgery and took care of him right away.

Very happy with the care I received for my bunionectomy. Previous to the surgery, my big toe was in pain and could not flex up. As a long distance runner, this injury was having an affect on my stride and causing minor injuries on that side of my body. Dr. Kokat made the diagnosis that a bunion was the cause of the problem. Now, 6 weeks later, my toe is flexing further than before, and the pain is decreasing day by day. I hopefully will be back running in a few weeks.Throughout the process, everything was clear, and my questions answered. Appointments were easy to schedule with the multiple locations around the area.

I found you online searching for doctors.I have been through a lot these past 9 months. Last year September I was attacked at work by a resident that was not mine, the resident was from another wing and another nurse was in charge of this resident. This resident was in a bariatric motorized electric wheelchair. The resident was looking for someone and could not find them. I was able to get my 2 residents out of the way and my CNA out of the way. The resident proceeded to move the wheelchair in reverse. I then started to walk with the resident and explained to the resident that the residents nurse is down the hall and lets go ask her to help find who you are looking for. The resident then push the wheelchair forward, I tried to jump out of the way and that did not work. My right foot got stuck and rolled my ankle to the left as the wheelchair went forward. Then as the resident moved the wheelchair backward my ankle was turned then to the right because the gym shoe that I was wearing was stuck under the footboard of this motorized wheelchair. Sharp pains. I screamed and cried. Also my left knee was then pinned in between the residents electric bariatric wheelchair and the wall. I was stuck and crying.Had surgery on the left knee last November.The doctors tried to discharge me but I pleaded for them to do an MRI of my right foot / ankle and right knee.MRI done - results were 2 torn tendons on either side of ankle. Bone swelling in ankle. Cysts also formed due to this injury.4 other doctors and ALL different diagnoses were given.First doctor could not help and sent me to a specialist. This specialist could not help. So the specialist referred me to ANOTHER specialist. Got that appt set up. 2 days before I was to see this next specialist PANDEMIC set in and ALL APPTs were cancelled.This specialist was the second doctor seen through video chat and he explained that I would possibly need an arthroscopic procedure and one tendon repair but due to COVID he would like to wait to do a physical exam when his clinic opens up.Then third specialist doctor told me that I had a flat foot and I needed a custom orthotic made.4th doctor did not even video chat with me or speak to me on the phone NOR did a physical exam - he told me this was pre-exhisting and that none of these injuries were due to being attacked at work.Now this Dr. Kokat seen me, looked over my MRI and took new X-rays. Did a physical exam. Told me what injuries I had due to this attack last September. Dr. Kokat asked lots of questions. Gave me 3 different options to choose. If I had questions he had an answer. Very AWESOME bedside manner. Made me feel important and that what happened to me was in fact from the attack. Not something that was pre-exhisting. Dr. Kokat explained what how this could be fixed and also about how long I would be out of work.I FINALLY felt like I was able to get some answers. I feel that Dr. Kokat is going to be able to give me my life back and get me back to work!!!Many stressful days of crying and in pain and getting different opinions from all the other doctors.Thank You Dr. Kokat.

Dr. Patel always takes time to listen to my concerns. He really seems to hear what I am saying and acts appropriately concerned. It is slow going but so far he has helped me improve from my tendonitis.

Very friendly, helpful people at the Ascension hospital on 27th in Franklin. My day surgery went well with everyone explaining and answering questions before the procedure. The only bad part is how very expensive it is!

Saw Dr. Kokat on an semi-emergency basis. First, the staff worked with me to get a last minute appointment. Dr. Kokat took care of a situation that could have progressed to a sever infection. I left with hugely bandage foot but happy with an outcome that probably save a couple of toes. Kokat is extremely serious about his trade.

I had a partial toenail removal today and Dr. Kokat was amazing. He thoughtful explained my options at the start of my appointment and had me choose how I wanted to proceed. He was very fast and accurate with the numbing injections which I greatly appreciate as I have a minor fear of needles. The procedure itself was also very fast, complete, and had almost no pain whatsoever. This is the 4th or 5th time Ive had to have an ingrown removed so I feel a bit like an expert at this point; and by far Dr. Kokat has been the best. He also provided me a very likely to be permanent solution to this problem. I will be happy to see him again for any other foot or ankle problems I experience.
