Very rude staff, went in to get my prescription they told me they hadn’t received it. I called my doctor and they could see on their end they accepted it through fax and hour prior. The pharmacist was very rude to me when I was just asking questions. Sucks because I love haggen but the pharmacy staff has ruined it for me. Cathy was the very rude one.

I came in today to inquire about a Covid vaccine. The website says “appointment required” and so when I walked up (I saw a sign saying walk-ins welcome) I wanted to confirm they accept walk-ins, the “pharmacist” told me to ‘look at the sign’ rudely. Obviously I saw the sign had said that; but the website told me otherwise and it’s not wrong for me to ask. After this interaction, I then asked if they were giving out the J&J vaccine, which she then told me “it’s not anywhere in America, no where offers it”. Which I found out to not be true, as multiple pharmacies in Skagit DO offer it. In my opinion, a “pharmacist” as rude and poorly informed as this one, should not be working in a pharmacy.

Ive been going here for years and even if they dont always have my certain script on hand (meaning I have to wait a day), I dont care. They know me and I feel comfortable going there. So yeah, I live in MV but go to Burlington pharmacy. I tried the MV one and it felt weird. Like I was cheating (haha).

I love the pharmacy staff!

No people skills. Rude front counter people. Very little service. Cost more than most. Wait forever for your pres. for some reason they never go though.

Unbelievably rude & could care less about you.

Slightly higher prices but god selection and service.
