This is my 2nd visit to this pharmacy. On the first visit they didn’t “get” my prescription. After calling them 3 times over a week, I finally was able to pick it up.This month, I go to get the prescription refilled. This time they don’t let me know that my prescription was ready. I came in to pick it up today and they informed me they put it back on the shelf because I didn’t pick it up in time. So I’m typing this review now as I’m waiting 30+ minutes to count the 30 pills I’m picking up, with no other customers in this pharmacy.Guess going back to Walgreens.

Go anywhere else. I have had nothing but problems here with reoccurring prescriptions. You have to call multiple times and try to have a 15 minute discussion with their robo answering service. THEN it takes them 3-4 days to refill a prescription. I was told my prescriptions were ready for pickup and now Ive been sitting in the waiting area over an hour. Not the first time this has happened to me either. As Ive been sitting here, Ive heard at least 10 other people be told we cant find your prescription or can you have seat and wait please, we dont know how long it will take.

This pharmacy is horrid. Most of the staff is rude as hell and now Fred Meyer has decided that they will tell you when you can refill a prescription instead of your doctor and insurance company. That might be excusable for things like opiods, benzos, or hypnotics but thats not what they regularly refuse to fill until the day before you are out...even though the insurance company authorized the refill 3 or 4 days prior. We are done

Before I switched to Walgreens (due to where I live), I used Fred Meyer Pharmacy exclusively. The staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If they can expedite a prescription for you, they will. The pharmacists are extremely helpful when it comes to explaining a drug to you. They cover everything you might need to know about a prescription. And they make sure you understand clearly, exactly what they are telling you. Its a great pharmacy and I would still be using it if I lived 35 miles closer than I do now...

They dont text when meds are ready & argue that they did.if they are out of your med or only have part of it they wont notify you or give you ANY! youll just run out & when they get the rest its up to you to find out. They wont GET any med they dont normally carry either so good luck if you need a special prescription. fred meyer sucks !

A very cooperative pharmacist (Robert) searched for, and found, an impossible-to-find medicine. Not at Costco, not at Haggens, etc. I’ll go here regularly now.

I brought in a prescription for my very sick 2 year old to a pharmacy and they no longer accepted my insurance so they sent it to Fred Meyer in Burlington and called so they could get it started. Took me a half an hour to get there only to find they hadn’t even started it. When I got there I was told a half an hour I came back 40 min later to be told sorry they got busy and still hadn’t started it. I’m sitting here still an hour later and they still haven’t finished it. I needed to get that dose of antibiotics in before noon and now that’s not going to happen thanks to this careless pharmacy.
