I had Mr.Jarvis for my workman’s comp case, he would never return my calls, I felt he put no work really into my case, he wanted to just settle and get his money. I felt the mediation attorney was more on my side than my own attorney! I would not recommend him for workman’s comp, he does not care about his client, he will just settle . Also he was okay with knowing all I went through, and he took more money out of the case than I received.

A family member reached out to Jarvis & Modun with a list of qualifying conditions, and was appalled by how dismissive and cold the response was. As a firm that claims to understand disabilities, you can do better.
