Cynthia and her team stole my retainer without ever performing a drop of legal work. Its been 8 months and Im still fighting to get even the unused portion of my retainer back. The only legal work her team ever once did was to grossly benefit the opposing party at great financial and emotional cost to myself. Unfortunately after so many months Im now forced to follow up with the court system against this horrible legal practice. Also worth noting that what she charged thousands and thousands in retainers for was a $140 form anyone can send in and probably should have advised me to do.
