Dr. Segool is awesome, patient and genuinely cares about the patient. I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr.Segool for about 4 years now. Place is always clean. Staff is very friendly. Schedule has availability. Answers my questions thoroughly. No plans on changing doctor anytime soon :)

Dr. Robert is a great eye doctor, the staff members are very caring and professional and the establishment is clean and well taken care of. This is my second year visiting his office and will not be the last.

Doctor Segool cares! I called for an appointment to get an irritated eye examined - they saw me within hours!My eye had been bothering me for about a week and was getting worse, Doctor Segool put me on an aggressive treatment program and saw me for the next four days to make sure I was getting better. Once the swelling went down he was able to remedy my situation very quickly. He took great care of me and my eye! I can not explain how relieved I was to find a doctor who took interest in daily follow up and treatment. I am now taking my children there for their regular eye exams. Excellent Doctor and Staff. I arranged an appointment for a basic eye examination and a new pair of glasses. the examination should be covered by my vision insurance policy. however, the doctor probably run some unnecessary examinations which is not covered by my insurance company. i thought it is a miscommunication. so i call them to set it straight. i was quite polite and patient , struggling with my poor spoken English. the laddy insist that they have not done anything wrong and insisted on my money. she mentioned i have signed the paper to confirm about the test the doctor was going to perform. i do signed the paper which i thought its a basic eye test for a pair of glasses. after all, its my fault that i could not understand those items on the paper. later, i find out that Costco vision department ais a better choice for a new pair of glasses. less hassle.

Constantly asked during my visit if I was covered by my vision plan/health insurance to make sure I would not end up with any thing extra. I left just paying a copay, but a month later ended up being billed $450 after a routine eye exam and getting fit for contacts.

Dr Segool is a great eye doctor. He goes above and beyond. You can tell that he really cares.

Seriously the best eye doctor around !

The best eye doctor I have EVER been to. He is more than an eye dr. I live in NH and travel 2.5 hours and pay out of pocket just to see him for an exam.
