It smells. And it looks low income. Just slow. Also a hot mess.

If I could give this drs office less I would. My daughters Dr is smart, caring, and sweet, however the rest of the staff need an attitude adjustment and some training in customer service. They tried to give me every excuse in the book, but I wont take ridiculous excuses as an answer!! It took more than 3 weeks of calling (multiple times a day) and not able to leave a voicemail bc voicemail is always full (I was to leave a couple messages that never got returned) until I was too fed up and actually drove there and walked in to get an appt and refill on my daughters prescription (which they told me they need at least 7 full business days to send a refill prescription over) and an appt over a week away!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN OR ANYONE ELSE HERE!

Just switched to using them as my primary healthcare provider. So far Im impressed with their organized patient handling.They could do a far better job with handling the phones though!!

Worst pediatrician ever!!! I chose this place because it was close to my home but my child nor my grandchildren will ever go back to them ppl who have zero compassion or an ounce of care for babies..didnt check her ears, chest, legs, nose, teeth, nothing. Just vaccines and they lean there big bodies onto the babies legs when they vaccinate btw...guess this is what type of care they give to medicaid patients here in North Carolina 👎

Doctor patel!! She is an amazing doctor every time I visit her she goes above and beyond im not just another patient just being seen and rushed out... she actually cares and takes her time every visit.. she was my fathers pcp and now my mothers. Thank you for all that you do.

I have been waiting on the phone for 15 min just for them to hang up on me. It’s not the first time I’ve had to wait so long to get through to someone. So I sat down today knowing that I’ll be waiting for a while. I know they’re busy. But this happens all the time (even before covid).

I had made an appt thru scheduling and when I get there they tell me I dont have one and refuse to help me when I have 2 broken feet and can not walk what a joke. I wouldnt go back if the last place to get treatment in omaha. They dont care about the Community or the ppl in it obviously otherwise someone would have done a better job trying to accommodate my needs. Thanks 4 nothing!

I have called to get an appointment every day this week. I was on hold for an hour each time...... Why is it impossible for them to pick up a phone??

Called to get a prescription refilled 4 days ago haven’t heard from my doctor yet so now I have to wait 48 more hours

We live in Burlington but werr taking out children to a pediatrician in Chapel Hill. We decided to switch because its closer to our house and my friend and her family come here.I was so impressed with the care my children received. It was just a regular new patient visit but Dr. Blanchard was great! All of the staff are really friendly and awesome as well.

The drs are really great, and they are pretty quick to get things done.

I doubted taking my grandson here when he was born in 2015. However, they really are a great place to receive care. The doctors are very nice. It is hard to get an appointment. The offer same day appointments but you have call in 8am!

Everyone is welcomed with a smile and they go above and beyond to help clients get the services and medical help needed.If they dont know an answer they will find out for you and then turn around and let you know. No descrimation felt here. Nothing but professionalism and kindness all the way!

Dr. Patel is amazing. I went in there for an urgent care matter and she took her time explaining everything to me including the meds that she gave me. The wait time is a little long. Dr. Soles from the Burlington Community Health Center is also amazing and my primary PCP.

They treat my children and they are very nice and kind to them. When comes to get their shots, they quick qnd gentle.

Super friendly staff. Amazing doctors office for people with limited income. No matter what the circumstance, everyone is treated nice and is given the care they need.

Loved Dr. Patel and her medical student Sam. The phlebotomist was awesome!!

Havent been here as a patient, but needed to pixkuo my nieces medical records and the receptionists i spoke with on different days were bith very kind and helpful.

Don’t recommend it... may satisfy the low income but for people with great insurance they don’t... the doctors are a joke to me
