God awe full. Came into the emergency room late at night with my significant other and “they are not excepting visitors at this time”. Mind you were where just here not to long ago and I was able to be in the same room with my significant. She is having an anxiety attack alone in her room while I’m in the parking lot upset that I can’t go in there and calm her down. Please change that policy sometime in the future. No one should ever have to be alone in there room, in the emergency room.

I had to change primary doctors due to moving, and I was extremely happy with how the doctors listened to me and helped me out. Not every doctor will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of but Theresa Hewitt was a nice change of pace in that regard. The nurses were also nice and helpful!

Went to Urgent Care on 1/23/20 for congestion and a ear ache. They prescribed Augmentin, I let them know I have had that previously and it does not work as well as Amoxacillin for some reason, even with my objection, they wrote it up for Augmentin. A week later, I feel the same and now they want me to come back in rather than prescribe what works for me. I love how they know my body better than I know what works for me. Dr. was Linda Lackey. . . . Disappointed

If there was an option to rate a zero, I would! I was diagnosed with a middle ear infection, a sinus infection, and wrongly diagnosed with strep throat. After fully, completely, taking my antibiotics, my symptoms never went away. I called today to tell them that I was still experiencing symptoms of a sinus infection and my ear hasnt gotten better. They told me I needed to pay another $100 to be seen! Im in so much pain right now. So much for helping people! Oh, and the Dr. that treated me...they told me she never worked there! Way to go! Keep track of your employees! NEVER GOING BACK! !!!!!!!!!!

Maybe the doctors in the urgent care should go back for more training. If the doctor would have given an antibiotic for a stab wound on my hand,I wouldnt have ended up having to have emergency surgery and a 3 day hospital stay.

Mis- diagnosed in Burlington - sent away with no help. They even took my wheel chair away so I had to limp back to my car. Then confirmed the misdiagnosis in Lake Geneva - gave me drugs and a treatment plan that caused more issues. Cost me 11 days of pain and 2 weeks of work. #NOONEGETSOUTOFHEREALIVE

I had a good experience at the actual health care center. My issue lies with auroras billing department. I was looking to take my $600 bill and spread it out over 6 months. They refused, and said the least they could do was 2 months. They said that was all they were going to do, and if I paid less they would give it to a collection agency. I am not new to medical debt as my wife and I have paid off 40k over the past 10 years. Never before had I dealt with such unreasonable people. I also have another friend who had the same issue with a $350 dollar bill that they demanded up front, again with threat of collection agency.

The receptionists should learn to be nicer. I need a job if they dont want theirs! They talk to people like they are stupid.

Cant stand this place. About a year ago I brought my son in for a terrible cough that I could not at all get to go away. They tried telling me it was viral and that it would go away on its own. Brought him into another hospital and he was diagnosed with pneumonia. Burlington is the worst.

I cannot explain how terrible Aurora Health is to work with. The customer service is poor, their billing practices are unethical, and most of their doctors barely spend 5 minutes with you and bill you a million bucks. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do NOT go to Aurora.
