I was nervous to sign up for 1:1 fitness because I had never used weights before and had little experience in a gym. With Nathans intentional support, I have exceeded my fitness goals and I am feeling better (both physically and emotionally). Nathan is knowledgeable, professional, and radiates positivity.

Nate is the real deal. He has experience and knows his stuff. In addition to guiding you through effective workouts, he can coach you on nutrition and get you real results. He isnt part of some big gym that is going to try to up-sell you on different programs. And his prices cant be beat. He strikes the perfect balance of being supportive and pushing you to do your best without being a drill sergeant.After my pregnancy, I was 20lbs heavier than Id ever been. Nate helped me get and stay motivated and get back in shape within a few months. Working with Nate was an investment in myself, physically and mentally. Best $ I ever spent.

Nate is a perfect mix of tough, kind and encouraging. After training with him for many months, it’s clear he’s in the right field. He will push you hard, but is still respectful not to overstep the limits of your body. With that, he has great intuition.I have had issues with my wrists prior to beginning my workout program, and Nate is always conscientious about making sure the different exercises don’t have a negative effect on it and if I feel it even a little, he will modify or change the exercise for the next set. You can tell that he genuinely cares about getting/keeping you healthy and has knowledge about diet to pair with the training to promote your overall health. I have never left a session feeling like I did not get a great workout in.I cannot recommend Witfit Fitness enough.

I’ve been working with Nate for a few years now. He always pushes me just hard enough, always keeping things encouraging and challenging. He’s great to work with, is always friendly and cheerful, and I always leave sweaty and hungry. I absolutely recommend him for anyone who is looking to learn about weight lifting or a seasoned pro who wants to refine technique and routine. I love his one on one sessions and his group classes!

Nathan has been my personal trainer for a couple of years. He is encouraging and challenging, and makes each session worthwhile. In working with him, I have increased my strength, become more confident, and have surpassed many of my fitness & health goals. This is a great investment. Im very grateful for Witfit/Nathan. I started working with Nate when I started getting aches and pains from running and realized that I needed to incorporate strength training into my routine. Not only has my lower back pain disappeared, but I can now do real pushups (a HUGE gain for me!), have noticed an improvement in endurance and am starting to get muscle definition in my arms for the first time ever in 41 years! Nate is knowledgeable, considerate and I feel great after every session with him.

No matter your fitness level, Nate has a way of making you feel comfortable and competent. I am shocked at how hard I can work but he has such a friendly way of pushing and encouraging, I leave our workouts still liking him! And wanting to go back. Nate is a skilled athletic trainer and I highly recommend meeting with him.

Nathan is a great guy who continues to support me around my goals. And oh is he PATIENT! He puts up with my constant complaining, and still manages to keep a smile on his face. He helps me around nutrition, and listens to my daily dose of drama. Book that appointment!

After 2 knee surgeries, I spent months in physical therapy before transitioning to personal training sessions with Nate. Four years later, I still work with him on a regular basis, both one on one and in the group core classes. He is challenging and pushes me to be my best. As I train for a marathon, I doubt that I could have done as well without him.

Nathan is professional yet kind and encouraging. He is mindful of any injuries and at the same time seems to know when to push you a bit. He also does not body shame if you arent svelte and/or ripped and Nathan was very encouraging with me being an older woman, with my limitations due to illness and previous injuries. I highly recommend Nathan Long for his personal training services and the Witfit Fitness Center space.

Ive been working out with Nate for a few years. I started taking his Saturday morning Core Class at 8:00 am and quickly learned that he was someone I wanted to work with. I started personal training with him a few months later and I couldnt be happier. Nate is a true professional. He knows his stuff. He takes the time to learn about you, your lifestyle and your fitness goals. He then takes that information and forms a customized exercise plan to reach your goals. When I take time off from training with Nate or miss a week, I can see and feel a difference. If youre on the fence about personal training, I guarantee that in no time Nate will convince you that its well worth every penny.

Working with Nate is one of the best things Ive ever done for myself. Ive been training with him consistently for almost 2 years, and have been amazed at the increases in strength and endurance Ive had. Not only is Nate a top-notch trainer, he is also a wonderful person who is highly professional, reliable, and full of knowledge. He knows how to push you past your mental and physical limitations in a safe way that is always supportive. He meets you whereever you are at in your fitness journey, and helps you create and surpass goals. I was never a gym person prior to working with Nate, and now my workouts with him are absolutely a highlight of my week.
