My first few months of appointments went well. Everyone was super nice and professional. Cheryl has been kind to me and helpful from the start of my visits. The nurses are patient, and very kind. Overall, I really am thankful for this office. Someone told me about them, and I overall have enjoyed the place. Sadly, recently I have had the worst luck with the receptionist working there. She always cuts me off mid sentence when I call, always has a tone with me, and literally acts like I’m a bother to her when I call to ask questions or get refills on my medications. She has hung up on me twice, talked down to me, and is downright unprofessional. It’s very saddening since I have had otherwise great experiences with the place. The same person who recommended the place to me also has told me she has had the worst luck with the receptionist. She told me that she is rude to her as well. I understand we all have bad days, but trying to argue and talk down to me every single time I call now is uncalled for. I hope things get better. I literally dread having to call now. Get past her and you’re good is all I have to say.

I absolutely love the staff here. Everyone is always nice and helpful. They take the time to answer all your questions and make sure you understand everything. They dont talk over your head. Jennifer has helped me so much!!

Glad I found this practice! They are friendly, staff is patient and understanding. I was looking for a new primary care facility as my original one closed permanently and someone told me to come here - I am so happy that I made the correct decision.

I contacted Dr. Lindley as.a recommendation from a friend. I do not have insurance right now but I paid 140 to see her. I told Dr Lindley I was having panic attacks and depression. I went through this in 2001 as I told her and told her her to contact psychiatrist Dr. Heinne and he could get my records showing my diagnosis or panic disorder and OCD with major depression. I told her I had been here before and I needed help. She prescribed me Zoloft and an antipsychotic medicine which cause my blood sugar to shoot way up. When I complained about this she immediately started acting as though I was some addict seeking anxiety medicine well the needing the anxiety meds was true if nothing else i needed them to get the Zoloft in my system. I took the last money I had looking for relief of a trying time. Although she had made up her mind that she new my mind better than me and acted as though I just wanted pills but not once did she give me a drug screen for me to prove to her I was not looking for any particular med. Then today o get.a certified letter telling me I need to find a new doctor cause our relationship has been irreparably harmed. I seen her for fifteen minutes. I want my money back ASAP and I will spend every minute of every day until I get her suspended as my mother was in patient relations at duke for 50 years and have never seen this kind of treatment of. Patient that the doctor seen for 15 minutes. I think she needs some time off to see if she really wants to back the oath she took to become a healthcare worker.

Dr Cheryl is an outstanding practitioner. You will not find a more thoughtful, intelligent and proactive caregiver. She is an excellent listener and totally committed to her patients health. She will leave no stone unturned in finding a solution to her patients’ health issues. Her entire staff are all highly professional but also accessible— kind and easy to talk to. Preferred Primary has a wonderful business culture where the patient feels like they are part of a family dedicated to patient health.

This is Leslie Webb , I cant even imagine finding another Doctor ,She cares about ALL of MY problems ,I have EXTREME ANXIETY and Panic Attacks , Cheryl has went above and beyond to work with me to find medicines that will help me ,And the ENTIRE STAFF IS WONDERFUL and VERY KIND !!!!

I have never been called a liar from a doctor. Only visited Cheryl twice and I wasnt even given the opportunity to explain myself about my meds before she assumed the worse. Im a Christian and very dedicated to my church. I can honestly say if you ask me something I will give you an honest answer. When Michelle called me I told her it was a lie but she kept insisting otherwise. On that note I will never visit this doctor again.

This was a horrible experience all around. With an appointment I was not called back for 45 min after my appointment.the nurse was very unorganized and was taking notes on a blank piece of paper. Rather than general questions and then she had to come back in several times to ask me something she forgot. I then sat in the room for 40 ish min waiting on the doctor which informed me that she was unaware that she had someone waiting on her. I had to get blood work done and they could not find the phlebotomist. So again I sat for an extended amount of time in her unorganized little room. With boxes everywhere. I had to return to more blood work that I needed to be fasting for. On the second visit the phlebotomist could not find my chart or paper work of what needed to be done. When drawing the blood she used the smallest needle which took forever and she made my vain roll several times. I have never had this happen to me before. Then she proceeded to tell me that she should have used a big one and it should and it would not have taken so long ect ect... almost 3 weeks after my appointment I get a call saying that they can’t send my labs ect to insurance because I have to sign the paperwork and that my labs/paperwork were lost and they just now found them.

I couldn’t ask for a better Doctor than Dr.Cheryl she treats me and my kids like family.she always double checks to make sure she has done her best to make you feel better❤️She has the best staff team I have ever experienced at any Dr.office.Michelle,Karen& Darlene Are always so helpful and caring my kids and I love it here❤️Wouldn’t trade them for any other office

The staff at the practice and dr.s are really not fond of black patients you can just watch and listen and see the total discretion sad Im new here and Ive already pickes that up thinking I am going to have to find me another dr that meets my needs

My wife has been drug around through this place and there is something going on with her. This place is trash and I don’t recommend going here.
