The CHOP network is a large comprehensive group of very talented doctors. My children visit this place for their primary care needs. They have also been under the care of the pediatric surgical ENTs.I love their patient online platform its extremely user-friendly. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need just a click away. I find my childrens vaccination records, upcoming and previous visits, prescriptions, medical professionals who have provided care for my children from all the different facilities.Dr. Mcfadden is great! She has a warm and caring bedside manner approach and is a fantastic active listener. The office is large and I have never had issues with parking. The nurses are sweet and I feel the staff offer quality service. My son 3, once injured his forehead (huge bump ans slight bleed) playing with friends. I called the practice and was able to do an assessment with a RN over the phone saving us a trip to the ER or Urgent Care. I definitely recommend.

We LOVE chop salem road.. the doctors are all so kind and patient. They show a true interest in your concerns as a parent as well as listening to my childrens many stories.. I would definitely recommend chop to anybody who has kids... All the doctors are amazing however doctor Esther Martinez is our favorite!!

While I liked the doctors there, I have a serious problem with their policy of needing to schedule different appointments to discuss different issues. When I bring my son in with a history of migraines and I describe some other symptoms that hes been having I dont want to be told I need to schedule another appointment to discuss that, which had happened to us. I described it because I was worried it might be part of a bigger issue. Your need to bill your patients multiple times is reckless.With that being said, Dr. Lee was the first doctor there to take us seriously and suggested some testing just in case. She took the time to listen to everything that was going on with my child. All doctors should be like this.

There are two great doctors here but the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Literally waited 45 minutes in the waiting room for a scheduled appt. As I sat, I read a sign that stated if the patient is more than 5 minutes late for the appointment, their appointment will be rescheduled. I asked the front desk help about why we are waiting so long and the only explanation I got was that there were patients ahead of me. And when I asked about the 5 minutes late rule, there was no response.

I love how they are on top of things and they dont wait around. I transferred my kids because I was unhappy with their doctor before them and it has been the best decision yet. We have been going there for 5 years.

We recently moved and are so disappointed that we cant find a practice even half as good as CHOP, Salem Road. Every interaction we had with them was so friendly and professional. There was always someone to answer the phone and get answers for us in a timely fashion. It was always easy to get in same day when there was a need. We were with CHOP from the time they checked on my son a few hours after he was born, so were only now discovering that other practices arent run as smoothly. It turns out that at most places (at least in our new area), its difficult to get appointments at all and same-day means waiting around urgent care facilities. More than anything, it was evident that everyone at CHOP, from the front-desk staff to the nurses to the doctors, truly cared about their patients and families.

Children are 11 and 2. Best pediatrics Ive ever been to. My children love it and feel very comfortable with the staff. Never had any issues with appts, referrals, ect. Great extended hours. I love that they provide you with updated records after each visit.

I love Dr Esther Motherly touch and the other Male DrAlways advice the kids about their school activities as well, you are not treated like a number

I’ve been taking my daughter here since she’s been born. Excellent service and drs.Dr. Turner, Dr. Hickey, until my visit on Monday with Dr. Kim.We have never had her before!!My 14 yr. old has a very bad sore throat , fever , congestion, coughing, and huge swollen lymph nodes. As Dr. Kim entered and asked what was wrong , she only checked her throat!!! Left room to do throat culture for strept. Came back in said it was negative as she sat. Never did she even examin my daughter !!! Didn’t check heart, nose, ears, ... I told her as she was sitting , can you please check her lymph nodes , she got up checked them and sat again!!! Than I said she has pain in her stomach, sorry to bother you doc but can you check and she did.What is this the new way to be a Dr. ?So disgusted, what if she had an ammonia , bronchitis..., will never see her again.I would like to know who is in charge their so I can further discuss these procedures. The other Drs. Their are so thorough especially Dr. Turner. Unfortunately, this Dr. Makes them all look bad.

I have four kids. I have been very pleased for the past 14 years. We have moved and I am afraid to switch.

Very bad service when I make a appointment no body coming the phone waiting time 9-8 minutes. If pick the phone not give me appointment because nurse call you. Any nurse call me said give to Madison tanatol. Almost four days my son still sick. So i am very very upset

After having to wait over an hour to see a doctor for a scheduled appointment (twice) I decided to switch to a new provider. I found it hilariously ironic that i had to wait in the office for 23 minutes (yes, I timed it) to sign the records release form. And to add insult to injury I had to pay $10.

Dr Martinez is phenomenal!!!
