My husband and I just moved to Burlington and choose this location as our new dentist office! This has been the best decision ever. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. They even remember previous conversations which is an added bonus that demonstrates that they pay attention to details. Dr. Edwards is super friendly and a people person. This entire office staff is dedicated to helping you improve your oral hygiene as well as help you protect your smile. They have very flexible hours of operations which help accommodate working individuals. My husband and I both experienced the same treatment at our separate appointments! They also are practicing very safe Covid-19 protocols. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone!!!!

The thing I love the most about Dr. Edwards, is she is upfront and truthful with what you need and don’t need! That means so much to me and that is why she is my dentist! Thank you for always being honest with me about my oral hygiene.

I saw Dr. Edwards for the first time yesterday afternoon. She and her staff were all very friendly and professional. My mouth is complicated and although I didnt get the solution I had hoped for, Dr. Edwards was upfront with me and didnt try to do extra services that would not have helped. I sincerely appreciate her honesty! She gave me a referral to a specialist who would know more about how to deal with my situation. I would definitely recommend her to others!

Update, permanent crown is awesome. So far so good. First dental work for a crown. If the permanent crown is just as perfect as the temporary I’m completely impressed and Tracy has earned my business until she decides to retire. She’s also a great teacher especially with Kaitlen. Loved the fact that she gave me the option on color choice for my crown. No other dentist has ever done that. Very friendly staff.

Dr Tracy & her team are fabulous! They are very thorough but value your time. You can get in & out on your lunch hour & still have a fabulous cleaning! Her fees are very comparable to other dentists in our area. I highly recommend her & her team!

Dr. Edwards and her staff are awesome! My dentist retired and I had a dental emergency. I called Dr Edwards on a Sunday and left a message that I did not have a dentist but need help. Do you know she called me back within 30 minutes? I couldnt believe it and she came in the office early on Monday morning to see me. One thing I really like is she put a care plan together for me and is helping me prioritize what needs to be done first....believe me I have a ton of work that needs to be done. They also let me know exactly what I will have to pay after insurance pays and have always been spot-on. If you want a compassionate, quick to respond, and a dentist who does fantastic work you will want to see Dr. Edwards and her staff!!!!!

Went to cleaning but charged me $44. Cigna has already processed and they all covered cleaning expenses. I havent received any refund. SCAM and FRAUD.

My 6 year old has always been a good dental patient, but when we learned he needed a little work done, I panicked. Hes not one to accept a simple flu shot or finger stick, so the thought of having to be numbed for a procedure immediately sent me into frantic mom mode. The office staff reassured me that all would be fine, and if it wasnt, we stop and try another time. I put on a brave face and marched into the office the day of the appointment. Like any mom I pretended to be terribly busy on my phone while hanging on to every word and activity in the room down the hall, where my son was happily entertaining everyone in the room. Dr Edwards flawlessly throughout the entire procedure somehow focused on taking extreme care with my son with her craft, yet chatted with him the entire time in order to gain his attention and draw it away from the bad stuff. Im not sure he ever knew there was needle involved at all, which is a feat for my curious boy. The whole thing was done in less than 20 minutes.I would recommend any pediatric patient or frantic parent to Dr Edwards service. Im a patient myself! The staff are incredible and Im so thankful to have found this dentist as a new Burlington transplant.

My daughter chipped her tooth 3 weeks into college. Being 1,000 miles away, I called the school to ask for a referral for a nearby dentist. They gave Tracy Edwards name. I called them and they agreed to see my daughter the very same day. When she arrived, the dentist examined her tooth, fixed it, and it was all done gratis! They even offered to give my daughter a ride back to school since she took a cab to get there. How many people/companies do business like that any more!? I am in awe and I want everyone to know that Tracy Edwards and her staff were terrific and accommodating to us in every way! I told the school infirmary about Tracy Edwards and encouraged them to refer all of their students in need of a dentist to her. Just paying it forward!
