Dr. Mack is by far the BEST orthodontist I’ve ever met!! I used to hate going to the dentist when I was little but when they told me I needed braces I was so excited! The first time I had ever met Dr. Mack you could tell he was the most amazing and compassionate person you could ever meet. There’s not enough stars to give for such an amazing orthodontist, and that he is! I’ve been a regular patient for him and every time I get to go I have the best time! These guys are awesome. My daughers teeth are looking great (another year plus to go before she is braces free!). The staff is incredibly friendly and kind and their payment plan has helped me immensely! They are always on time for appointments, and they get my daughter in and out quickly. Going to Mack and Mckee Orthodontics has been great! The people that works there are politely to their patients and even my daughter. The treatment there has actually improved, and I havent had any trouble being there. Everybody is calm and happy there when we walk in, its like stepping in heaven for another visit. We go in quickly, they do their job and done ready to go. I highly recommend going there and so does my daughter.

Dr. Mack is wonderful, as are the rest of his staff. I usually do not like any kind of doctors appointment, but when I go to the orthodontist it feels so easy. The atmosphere is very nice, they joke around and some might even sing along to the radio :). I have always been able to get in and out within a reasonable amount of time and have no trouble scheduling my appointments around what is going on in my schedule.

Both my 16-year old daughter, and myself have been patients of Dr. Mack. I must say, I have never met an orthodontist who holds two degrees, pharmacy and orthodontics. His staff is very friendly, and eager to accommodate even special requests. Theres always an entertaining DVD playing while you are waiting, although Ive never had to wait long enough to enjoy much of it. The waiting room may be full when you arrive, but it is always cleared out pretty quickly. The single most attribute that impressed me about Dr. Mack, was his generosity. After my orthodontic care was complete, I had to be re-fitted for another retainer. I had been out of work for a couple of months because of major foot surgery, and Dr. Mack gave me the second retainer at no charge. I did not ask him to do this, and was very surprised. Thank-you Dr. Mack; I will recommend you to everyone that needs orthodontic care!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. McKee and Dr. Mack. They and their office staff are knowledgeable and friendly and have always answered all my questions. My son loves going to see Dr. Mack now, due to his conversations about Anime, which tells me they truly show an interest in the kids they work with. I will always highly recommend the office.

Dr. Mack has left an intimidating presence on me since the day I met him. I completed 13 of 24 months of Invisalign before I slacked which is completely on me. But instead of lifting and encouraging me, I felt more of a failure with the way he talked to me. I didn’t go back to get my brackets off for 2 years due to embarrassment of not completing my Invisalign. Once I was older, more mature, and ready to face the negative put down of Dr. Mack, I returned. I told my father numerous times I was nervous because Dr. Mack would be mean and he wasn’t quite sure what I meant at that point. We met with Dr. Mack and my father attended because It is still his insurance and his finances. When Dr. Mack entered the room he asked what he could do. My dad went to be the first to speak before he was rudely cut off by Mack saying, “no, no, no. He’s 21. He can speak for himself.” When also asking about trying again he said, “again? Haha i mean you remember you had little to no progress?” I just want to say to you Dr. Mack how out of line that was. You have no idea why someone is in the room and for you to think you are teach someone a ‘valuable lesson’ is beyond out of your jurisdiction. You run a business. You have no right to tell a customer who can speak and who can’t. You know the littlest amount of someone’s life yet you think you have the right to be that condescending? Your remarks have bothered me for the longest time and I felt you should know. I guess when you have 2 locations and a commercial on 99.5 you don’t need every customer, huh? For customers still reading I just want to say this is NOT an orthodontist for all ages.

I had a retainer issue from an Orthodontist in AZ. I found Dr. Mack while attending school at Elon. He solved each problem within 10 minutes, then said it was a courtesy, free of charge. Started my Invisalign treatment as a senior at Elon University, knowing I wouldnt be finished by graduation. I opted to stay with Mack Orthodontics for the remaining months of treatment instead of transferring to someone closer to my home in TN (five hours away!) because I couldnt imagine a better experience anywhere else. Dr. Mack and his team are knowledgeable, personable, understanding, and excellent communicators. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone near (or far) from Burlington.

Me and My brother just started going to Mack & McKee in January and let me tell you, they are A M A Z I N G!!! Even though we live in the Greensboro area and their in Burlington, its worth the drive! Theyre all so very nice to me and to the patients. I notice that my teeth are starting to improve and Im so exciting! When we get there, BOOM! Hello im Bob Johnson, I have been going to Mack and McKee for a short time now. The service they give is fast and great for most schedules, Kervin is cool to guys like me, and i assume there are a lot of guys like me so it makes this all to perfect

I visited Dr. Mack for a consultation, since unfortunately already got braces elsewhere, and starting with a call, the staff was always really friendly, Dr. Mack took the time to give me a free consultation about my current situation (since I am not happy with the results of my current orthodontist).During my consultation Dr. Mack always a great listener, paying close attention about my case and the results that I was looking for. He was the only one out of 3 Doctors to find out right away a very critical point; due to braces being placed for a long time I have Root Resorption in my two frontal teeth! Which is a permanent damage and literally will cause your teeth to fall off!!!Well to summarized the story I had to get the braces taken off right away to avoid further damage.Once again Dr. Mack was able to see this otherwise I would loosen my teeth.In summary he is a very knowledgeable person and with lots of experience.By the way nobody paid me to write this review.Lilia Aviles
