I showed up a month early, to the day, but they were able to get me in. They did a quick assessment of the situation and suggested that I wait a few minutes. Things worked out. Now I will work on my calendaring skills.

Highly organized office with personable staff. The receptionist can be a little curt, but shell make sure you get completely taken care of. All COVID precautions are seamless and youll be made to feel comfortable and safe.

I am happy to share my experience at the office I am one of those people that get very tense when I visit my dentist office and most of the time I end up with a mouth full of cancer sores yesterday I went in for a cleaning I had asked to be seen by Shelby because I had heard good things about her they were all true this woman is a miracle worker this was the first time in forever I enjoyed my visit not that Joe isn,t great because he is but he doesnt usually clean teeth I now have a new dental assistant who is incredible actually looking forward to my next cleaning THANK YOU SHELBY

New dental hygienist Rachel is excellent! Very gentle and very thorough. I wouldn’t have my teeth cleaned anywhere else.

We travel from central VT specifically for Dr. Kropf and his staff. We have been patients for over 20 years and have always received the BEST care and solid advice. His staff is unfailingly pleasant and consistent. A wonderful group of hygienists and administrators. Our son, now in college, received best smile as his high school senior superlative. That says it all!

Went in recently for a cleaning, felt comfortable immediately with the Covid precautions they have put in place. Highly competent, friendly and professional staff as always!!

The office is in a super convenient location just off Shelburne Road in Burlington, with parking! I highly recommend Dr. Kropf and his staff.

I rarely write reviews, but I am so grateful to Dr. Kropf and his wonderful staff who helped me though the unexpected lose of a tooth. At the time, Dr. Kropf came highly recommended from the maxillofacial surgeon that removed my tooth. Once the tooth was removed, Dr. Kropf went to work creating an implant that matched my other teeth perfectly. I remember being so upset at the time, and now the implant feels and looks so real - I never notice it. I want to thank both Dr. Kropf and his staff for their amazing work.
