Timberlane Dental group is the most professional organization I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Everyone there has always been cheerfull and all appear to love working there. I have been a patient them for over 30 years and only a few times they have not taken me on time for my appointment. And when that did happen before my appointment time someone came out and explained to me why, usually there was an emergency earlier in the day. That means a lot to me. I do not mind being taken late if I am told why.

This is a fantastic pediatric dental office!! From start to finish it was a great experience. We saw Dr.Gulka today, who was friendly and professional, and took plenty of time with us to explain our sons dental health and upcoming care plan. She was personable and knowledgeable. Her assistant, Merima, was also wonderful! The office was clean and safety protocols were carefully followed... Even the receptionist, Debora, gets 5 stars! We came to Timberlane Dental (North Ave location) after having a poor experience at a different pediatric dentistry in the Burlington area, and Im so glad we did.

I met with Dr. Turner, who did a thorough examination. I expressed the fact that I had some bad experiences and did not enjoy going to the dentist, so tend to avoid the dentist until the end of the year. When I left my exam with him, I was feeling better and thought I had found the right dental group for me. He was great and I would recommend him as your dentist.However, I returned today for my cleaning and it was a nightmare. The dental hygienist was so aggressive that I left with both sore teeth and gums, barely able to eat my lunch 3 hours later. After persistent discomfort throughout the day, I used a flashlight to check a particularly sensitive area and saw that the gum above my tooth was injured during the cleaning nightmare. To give some context, I brush my teeth twice daily and have never had a cavity, so I was surprised by the 40 minute aggressive cleaning with scraping tools. Never in my life have I had such an uncomfortable and miserable dental experience. So, if you are someone like me who already dental anxiety, I highly suggest asking for more details on the hygienist before booking your cleaning appointment.

Great dentist and my child had a wonderful experience. They have anxiety about dentist but the staff did great. My daughter even got her picture taken and was given a paper frame to Bring home

Awesome dentists!!! I was on a roadtrip with my family when I discover that my 8 year old daughter had a loose permanent tooth. After finding Timberlane online I called them the next morning. The receptionist was very friendly, understood that I felt this was an emergency, and setup an appointment for us that morning. When we arrived the dental assistant (Marina) was also very friendly and great with kids. made my daughter feel very comfortable.Then Dr Chuck came in, kindly introduced himself (something the few dentist Ive had in the past years seem to do anymore), listened to my daughters dental background (she has expanders in) and then took his time looking at her teeth. Turns out the looseness is not uncommon with expanders so our minds were put to rest.I was just so impressed with how friendly yet professional everyone was, how competent Dr Chuck seemed, and how he really spent the time looking her over and answering other questions and concerns we had related to her expander. I wish my daughters dentist back home was as good as these guys!
