Extensive dental work provided by Dr.Awad and his staff was exceptional in my view, over the six months I had this work done everything that was explained to me was spot on! Exactly as was described in my initial visit, I could not be more pleased and would recommend Burlington Dental Associates to anyone.

For the past couple of months, I’ve been trying to find a new dentist to do my overdue checkup and teeth cleaning. Luckily, I contacted Dr. Awad office. His office staff were responsive and highly professional. They accommodated my busy schedule and we’re able to book me an appointment at a time when most offices would not. His staff made the intake process is seamless and I was seen by Dr. Awad on time. His quality of work is superior and I am very satisfied with the results. Dr. Awad answered my questions thoroughly and explained to me my options.Overall, I’d highly recommend booking a consultation with him and try his services yourselves.

The entire experience is stress-free and positive because the staff is so personable, professional and easy to get along with. They are on top of all aspects of the process from newest equipment to allow you to have the best teeth you can as well as understanding all of the dental benefits that are out there and never improperly billing you. So very happy with my restored smile! For over a year I covered my mouth to laugh, as I had a missing canine. Today Dr. Awad gave me back a beautiful smile and formed a patient plan of goals with which Im completely comfortable. The office is always so nice and helpful. During this pandemic they follow the states rules. Which I like very much since I am a senior. Dr Inomata and his staff are so pleasant and caring. The Dr even asked how my last visit was and how the crown is.

Dr Awad and staff are awesome! This visit was for semi-annual teeth cleaning and to apply a permanent crown from a root canal performed the prior month.

Let me start by saying I was putting off going to the dentist for a long time. Too long. Things were starting to deteriorate, even with a strong home dental routine. I went to a chain dentist in a strip mall 5 years ago. That sting was still with me, but the mouth sensitivity was getting worse. I am too young to have a good side.So my first criteria for a new dentist? No chains. A Doctor. One that can fully maximize my Delta Dental plan.Usually this gets you into a dentist that is not the most modern. But not here.I was thrilled that the full xrays did not require the 1940s bite down 12 shots... It took moments, and was pain free.The doctor is outstanding. His staff is personable, professional, and thorough.I feel cared for. My mouth has not been this pain free for years. The associates for cleaning and fillings do outstanding work.I was not sized up for my ability to benefit them, but how they could service me. From the front desk to the top and all in between.A blessing to have a well trusted competent dentist. One I am thankful for.

After changing main Dr Kin Wong, I was not sure how it will be response but found Nice care, It was routine periodontal maintenance visit.Luckily My Dentist was same in new practice also.

Dr. Wongs office will be your last stop for your dental needs. I moved out of Burlington a long time ago but will always come for two main reasons:a) They know what theyre doing, and do it wellb) They excel at genuine customer service. Im not sure if Dr. Wongs work culture promotes this or if he simply (not simple) hires well - but they are the best around and have been excelling at customer service since before it became a business model for many other companies. They explain things to you when you have questions and youre never rushed.Case in point...The picture is of the team answering my several questions well after the office closed on a Saturday.

Dr Wong and his staff are very professional and provide great service to their customers. I have been going to Dr Wongs practice for about 10 years...my Mother had started going there and recommended his office to me.I see Dee for my teeth cleaning and she is very friendly and extremely thorough in her work! Occasionally I get to see Dr Wong and have experienced getting fillings from him. I have never experienced any pain and I have never felt the Novocaine needle going in...ever...if you are afraid of going to the dentist and are in need of a new dentist with state of the art facilities, I highly recommend Dr Wong and his staff :)

Not very pleasant conversationIve been going to this office for 7 years. My hygienist was the nicest Ive ever had. However, Ive had problem with loosing the outer layer of my enamel, which could be from my chronic acid reflux. Any time I met Dr. Wong he said oh.. you are from xxx countries, you must have eaten lots of nuts. You shouldnt eat them. They are crunchy. You should eat soft food like boil vegetable Ive been telling him, I grew up there but nut isnt what I like to eat. But hes been so insisting that it was my eating habbit due to where I came from and people from my country eats nuts. One time is fine for me. But if hes done this 3 or 4 times, You know what... this is too much of an insult and ignorant. Ill just go somewhere else. Good Bye!

No issues. Visit twice a year for cleanings. Staff is friendly. Waiting room is clean. Free WiFi available.
