Recently my family came in desperate need as the urn we had ordered for our family was unfortunately not going to come in time for service. It had been special ordered. We found out very late it wouldn’t be here. After contacting few funeral homes we were very concerned on what to do. Then we called Prugh. Not only did they allow us to borrow a urn for the service, allowed us to pick which one, and were over the top amazing. These are the things that are most important quality when looking for a place to help you in time in need and to take care of everything when it can be a very hard time. We can not thank them enough.

Prugh-Thielen did a wonderful job handling my husbands funeral this past February. They have checked in with us periodically, and have sent helpful reading materials during the grief process. They also gave our family a beautiful angel Christmas decoration recently with my husbands name, birthdate, and date of death engraved on it. I feel that they went well above and beyond our expectations. Their staff are wonderful people.
