Unfortunately, my daughter passed away young and during a criminal act. Fortunately, Prugh Funeral Services was there to help me through all the details and were so kind to our family. These types of situations take a toll on family and friends, but Doug was very nice and sensitive to all our questions and needs. From the evening Sam arrived at the ER to “pick up” Steve to the extensive planning to the Celebration Of Life to the service to them delivering flowers to my home, the staff of the Prugh Thielen Funeral service was amazing! At the saddest time in our lives, my family was supported and lifted up by them. There were never any questions on how or why or what to do...they were all there to guide us through the process of honoring and celebrating and loving Steve at the time of his passing. My family and I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and loving support they showed us during these dark days!

Lindsey and everyone at Prughs did a great job for me during a very stressful time. I had to bring my mom home to Burlington from Indiana in the midst of COVID. Thay helped with EVERY detail and keptme informed through the whole process. Wonderful people!

Prughs has been a blessing for my family handling the death of my father 4 years ago and the recent passing of my mother. All of the folks at Prughs are kind professionals. The Prugh Thielen Funeral Services is one I haveknown for over 50 years now. Although my family was not large, all three members who have passed away have been taken care of by them.
