Amazing threading place. The staff is very professional and experts. Never had such less pain during my threading.

Absolute hack job. The person rushed through it and it came out terrible. I think because I’m a man she thought I wouldn’t know the difference, but I’ve had my eyebrows threaded for years and this is by far the worst they’ve ever looked. Would not recommend.

Every time I go to this place I walk out thinking how nice they are there. Super nice and just really good at what they do. Its only 12 bucks for brows, but they offer upper lip and full face treatments too. I love that you can just walk in while you are at the mall. They always do a great job and I highly recommend.

Nice spa and quick/great service. I was very happy with the brow threading, especially for my first threading experience. She didnt thin out my brows but cleaned it up and gave them a good shape.

Let me tell you why I can never trust this place again:To preface, Ive had my brows done here for months, so this is not a lightly given review. Second, I have great eyebrows. Its a weird thing to say, but Ive gotten compliments from people next to me at the hairdresser, coworkers, etc (literally the first thing my friend said to me when I called to vent on the way home about my experience was oh no, and your brows are so perfect!).Im Italian, so I need strong brows, used to wax my own, and know what shape fits my face. Up until this evening, the ladies here have always been great when I say I just need a clean up, I like the shape. Thats exactly what I got, and if they wanted to suggest a slight tweak, theyd show me in the mirror before doing it.This evening was different. I said the same thing I always did, and the girl went to work on my brows. As she was doing my second brow- -the left, it hurt a lot - substantially for someone whos had this and waxing done all her life. Only when she was done and gave me the mirror did I realize that it hurt because she was threading hairs Ive never plucked in my life!!I looked in the mirror, horrified at the two differently shaped brows - the left threaded within an inch of its life. In panic, I told her you took way too much! Theyre different shapes! She proceeded to tell me that there was less hair on the left to start with and she was fixing that. BULL. You either werent careful enough or you plain messed up. I now have one sharply arched eyebrow, and one rounded. Either way, you didnt listen to what I specifically asked - not to touch the shape!! NOT. OKAY.I stood up and was so simultaneously angry and about to cry. My brows look as if Im constantly raising one up, even though Im not. Yes, I know they grow back. But I just paid someone to cause me an inconvenience for the coming weeks, so thats the issue here.So now, for the coming weeks, I get to spend extra time every morning and lunch hour making sure Ive filled in my brows to look the same. And I got to pay for that service.I will never, ever be back, because theyve lost my trust in their service, and I sadly will be telling my friends that I no longer suggest them either.When your job as an eyebrow threader is literally to listen to what I like for my brows and then do it...and you cant...thats unacceptable to me.PS - The kicker is that there was NO actual apology, or even an apologetic tone from the threader - instead, bitchy silence that I had the audacity to tell HER that shed just removed half my eyebrows (when I specifically told her not to touch the shape.) I can confirm she did remove a ton of hair because now, an hour later, my left eyebrow is stil stinging from the hair follicles that were just ripped out for the first time in my life.Horrible.

Lovely women working here! They always go above and beyond to make sure Im 100% satisfied! My mom has even started coming here and she lives an hour away.

Ive been a loyal customer for years and after a few location moves, thyve settled into a gorgeous space. Prices are very reasonable and I have ZERO problem paying for excellent service. I have sent my family and friends to this spa, and we have all become fans. If youre looking for a great threading job, look no further - this place is the real deal!

First I just want to say, *threading is life* !! The one-star reviews from men seems a little suspect to me, but whatevs.... I stumbled across this gem while hitting chi-fil-a in the food court. The salon I believe is brand new and oh-em-gee is it gorgeous! I tried somewhere else years ago, and never found a place close by that offered it, so it was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and the girl who did my brows did such an awesome job and I will for sure be back..... My only regret is that I didnt take any pics.

There were mixed reviews but I decided to try it since I was in the area. The prices are about the same as other places, and I think whoever did my eyebrows did a pretty good job .... but the problem is that she had a bit of BO and thats not good when she has to loom over close to you while threading your brows. Luckily she finished pretty quickly..

It was a pleasant surprise to not need an appointment for a full face threading. I will be coming back here next time I am due.

My eyebrows barely grow in, the hair is thin and uneven. I sat down and said good luck! Not only was she still confident in doing them she said I dont need luck, I got this! My eyebrows came out perfect!! Ive been threading for years and Ive never had them shaped to well with the little hair I have! Sad I didnt get her name but I will definitely be going back!
