Havent done a review in a long time, but this is well worth it. Just went in today, 9/18, to the Burlington Supercuts and only had to wait 1 minute. Corinne was my stylist. Wonderful experience. Shes funny and witty. Made the time go by fast, but not rushed. Awesome hair cut! Ive finally found someone Ill be returning to!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I’ve been trying to get a hold of the manager who I guess just doesn’t want to talk to me so went in for a cut a while ago I don’t remember the blonde girls name but very unprofessional. She dropped her clipper during the cut and picked it up and continued to cut my hair with it, without checking the blades for damage or cleaning it.she could of cut me if the blade was broken and how unsanitary. With all that’s going on. Also this hair cut took 45 mins I was watching everyone who came in after me leave before me. And their hair cuts looked better. I won’t be going back and I recommend you don’t go here.

Depends on who you get, but if you find a good person(there are a few) then i recommend sticking with them. Great service and politie

Only go here if a home haircut isnt available. The staff ia friendly, but the store operations are ABYSMAL. No more walk ins allowed, which is fine, as there is still a pandemic. You can only book same day appointments, and they fill up very quickly. Dont expect your appointment to actually happen on time, either, or to receive any notification that theyre running behind schedule, even though they have your phone number and could easily call or text you to inform you. Incompetent branch management leaves the employees in an impossible spot.

Ive never received a haircut this bad before. Ive also never received a haircut that destroyed my mental health this bad before. I look hideous. After stressing that I DID NOT WANT A BOB multiple times during the haircut, thats what Ive gotten. I even showed MULTIPLE pictures of a previous haircut I had, and those requests were ignored. I would have preferred a buzzcut to this disaster. I can no longer look at myself in the mirror. I now need to pay extra to a new salon to fix this mess. Every step of the way my requests were ignored and even in the end when I mentioned that this was not what I wanted, the stylist just responded you look nice and sent me off. Never going back.

Had my hair colored today. It’s meant to have been burgundy. I have black hair. You can’t even see the burgundy. The hair dresser seemed uncomfortable dying my hair and didn’t even check to see if the color was taking to my hair. I have had my hair colored burgundy plenty of times with great results. It’s really disappointing. T. Angus

Need appointments? Walked in day before going into hospital and told had to call ahead in order to receive a haircut on Sunday. Oh well guess Ill wait until June 1st

Probably the worst hair cut I have had and the worst salon in Burlington ! Very Bad Service!The lady rushed her haircut( dont know why) and had a terrible attitude.Dont waste your money. I would never go back.

It is a coin flip what you may get. Last time, I got a great cut. This time I just got the worst haircut of my life in which nothing is remotely even and there were parts on the back that were completely missed. Thank god I own clippers that I could fix it (for the most part) otherwise I wouldnt have been able to go out in public without a hat.

You get what you pay for is all I can really say. The staff is not very well trained, so haircuts have been quite unreliable. I have had a couple good ones, but also some very bad ones that needed to be redone somewhere else. Many stylists also arent very good at understanding your requests, but if you want something simple theres a higher chance of success.

Very accommodating, decent adult prices (for an all over glaze and trim,) also good with kids (for a trim and styling.)

I made an appointment with Stephanie and she was wonderful. She gave me an amazing cut and style. I asked for “The Rachel” and she delivered!

I went to Supercuts in Burlington to have my hair cut. Lina did a fantastic job. My hair is very straight, so if not cut properly, it looks chopped. Lina took the time to consult with me and was happy to look at pictures of what I wanted done. You could tell she was very experienced. Id been going to a salon that was getting very expensive, so I thought Id just get a cut. For only $20, it was well worth it.

A good place to go for an hair cut if you have coupons. You should look for the people with more experience. I took my kid for an hair cut, they were very patient and took good care but the end result was not good. We could see many uneven cutting at the front and back.They have variety of hair coloring, shampoo, gels and other items for sales. Check for coupons in their website.They even have web check in facility. The place comes with good amount of car parking. Kohls is nearby.

Ive been getting my hair cut here for years, everyone is very friendly and you will walk out happy. During busy hours make sure to call ahead because they do tend to get very busy. Cathy has been there a long time and always does a great job.

I have been going there for many years. Cathy is by far the best in the place and has been for some time now. The 2 stars is for the fact that you can not place an appointment a day in advance and if it was not for Cathy the wait time would be even worse than it is already.

Ive been going to Supercuts Burlington for a year now. They cut, color & blow dry my hair. They generally do a good job however, the last few times Ive walked out with hair die on my fore head that remains for 2 days. This time the lady managed to get it on my shirt. Think it maybe time to look elsewhere.

Checked in a hour before online, and then came in, and they served the people who didnt check in, or walked in before me first. What is the point of having an online checkin if you dont use it.On top of that, the stylist squared off the back of my hair without asking, didnt show me the back before leaving, and didnt even clean up the neck or the sideburns. Might as well go somewhere else and start from scratch.

On a business trip in Boston.There was an Asian woman who spoke literally no English ! It took her 10 minutes to put my name into the system. As expected a lousy haircut followed. Whats worse -- the same haircut which costs 14 in NJ costs 17$ here -- cant fathom for what. Everything was worse.
