She was so friendly and super professional while also making sure I was the top priority! Highly recommend her and this wax studio. My favorite place to get waxed. I’ve tried others and EWC by far is the best. The wax they use makes having a very “personal” wax done so easy compared to the others. Danielle is amazing there! She makes you feel so comfortable….I went ahead and did the wax pass and am back on the regular where before I was hesitant at other places or felt like they were too pushy about doing other services that I just wasn’t interested in.

I had my very 1st Brazilian here & as soon as i walked in the receptionist was the SWEETEST!! My wax girl made me feel soo comfortable and lessened my nerves since it was my first time. She let me know when to expect any sudden movements and made it super easy and FAST! She also ( i believe her name was Chelsea) was super sweet and educated me on some products and tips. Overall the environment was super great, fun & professional, let’s not forget how chique it looks. Definitely my new favorite place!!

It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and I felt very comfortable with my wax technician, Candice. We had a good conversation which distracted me from the pain of the wax lol. I am so pleased that I have no hair down there! She also taught me about my skin and body care routine and EWC had a great sale on their products which she encouraged me to purchase. I love all the discounted items I got as well as my 1/2 off wax special for being a newbie.

I’ve been getting waxed for about a year now at European Wax- Durham. Once I met my wax specialist Savannah there she demonstrated great customer service, cleanliness and most of all ...pain free wax! Once she transferred to European Wax- Burlington I followed her there. I don’t care that it’s a 40 minute drive for me. It’s worth the drive. I love European Wax and I love Savannah!

My wax experience at the Burlington NC location was great. Everything is always clean, professional looking & they’re always on time. Charise was very friendly as always & easy to talk to while she was completes my service. She keeps my mind off what’s going on so that it’s not an awkward situation as I’m still getting used to the whole wax experience. She also informed me of the products I should use to help my waxing continue to do good & not cause me any problems.

Danielle S. is the best!! I started going to Danielle at the Greensboro location almost 2 years ago now. She is always very professional while still making you feel totally comfortable....and it helps that she makes a Brazilian wax feel like a breeze! I’m happy to say that she’s now closer to me so she’s just a 5 minute drive away instead of 30! (But I would still make a 30 minute trip to let her wax me!) 10/10 recommend!

This was my first time at this place but my second wax! Going into the place was very warm and welcoming I got a Brazilian wax once I got on the table the experience was horrible I had Savannah and I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but she literally felt like she didn’t care she just ripped the wax off without atleast holding my skin down after removing the wax she didn’t place her hand on it for the pain I still have hair down there and I was bleeding in my creases it was the worst wax experience ever it was very painful I would love to go back but maybe to someone else who atleast seem to care .

Went in to get a Brazilian. Tanina was so pleasant, she made me feel so comfortable. I was in and out within 30 mins including checking in and checking out! She’s the best! Definitely recommend her!!

A little late with my review, but I had an appointment on 6/9 with Danielle S., and let me just say she was amazing. She’s very friendly and we actually had a lot in common. She was patient and gentle seeing how it’s been a long time since my last wax (as I’m sure it has been for all of us). I wasn’t sure if I was going to make this location my “home location” but as long as she’s there I’ll be there lol.

Highly recommend EWC of Burlington and Danielle State! This was my first ever wax experience, minus previous eye brow waxing, but Danielle made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She calmed my nerves due to the anticipation and she waxed me with confidence, which obviously gave me confidence that it was a job well done and also that I had nothing to worry about!
