Great place, my stylist, Chantel Randall is very talented

Taylor turned my boring hair into this. She gave it a new life and gave me a new confidence. Not only is she amazing at what she does, you can tell how passionate she is for her work by how she performs her job. Multiple times she asked me if I was comfortable and was super personable. No more going from stylist to stylist trying to find someone. I will be a repeat client. THANK YOU.

Chantel did my hair today and I was SHOCKED at how soft and lightweight my hair felt after she was done! We did a full foil and not only was that done amazingly but so is her overall service. She offers you snacks and water, makes sure you’re always comfortable, and really takes her time to make sure that it’s perfect.

Chantel is amazing I left the salon extremely happy with my hair! I felt so welcomed and so comfortable as soon as I sat in the chair. Definitely never going anywhere else.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went to see Amanda Troxell to get my hair lightened and toned to an ash shade. She bleached my hair to an orange shade and then used a toner which left me with extremely bright orange brassy hair! My absolute worst fear! I paid $200 to have my hair turn orange! I asked her to fix it and asked for a discount because it’s what I had come in for in the first place. She responded VERY rudely and said she’s offended that I ask for a discount because my hair looked fine! Even tho I have pictures of how bright orange/yellow it is without an ounce of ash!! She then said it’s a process and can’t be done in one visit which is not true because I see professionals do this all the time and she never mentioned a second appointment to finish my hair at all. I requested a second appointment myself - willing to pay full price to just get my hair fixed and looking decent so I can face people. She later randomly texted me to say that she canceled my appointment and booked someone else in my spot and I can find someone else to do my hair. I am absolutely shocked by this horrible service. Now I’m left with bright orange hair and don’t know where to go to get it fixed or more like finished what Amanda started.

Chantel has done my hair multiple times and has always been kind, professional, and easy to talk to. I always get a partial foil from her and I leave with the most beautiful blonde hair, she’s always doing her best for each client.

Not only is Lavish a very welcoming place, but all of the ladies are extremely talented. I personally see Chantel and my hair always looks soooo good. Whenever I use to get my hair done by other people, it’d end up very dry. That’s not the case when I see Chantel! I look forward to my next visit!

I see Chantel for my hair needs! After getting my hair done by her I feel so much at ease coming to her for any bleaching/hair coloring , she and the other staff truly care about the Health of your hair over processing too quickly and dealing with more issues down the line, highly recommend!

I love this salon! Rochelle is my stylist and she does such an incredible job. While in the chair i’ve also had the chance to admire other stylists work. They are all so nice. The salon itself is super cute and chic.

Highly recommend this salon. Rochelle is hands down the best colorist I have ever been to. I have been going to her for a couple years now and used to make the drive from Seattle area just to get my hair done by Rochelle - she is worth it! She does book out pretty quick so make sure to call well ahead of time to make an appointment with her.
