I have went there a total of 3 times. The first time I went to get my hair done burgundy red. She ended up making it bright red but I ended up liking it. The second time I went to get a haircut and that went well too. But the very last time I went was to get another haircut and this time I didn’t have a great experience it was really short. I wanted a little bit above the shoulders. And I ended up getting a short in the back and long hair in the front which I didn’t ask for. But I didn’t make a big deal about it. I didn’t say anything and that was my problem not saying anything. But it’s like you already cut it. It’s not like you can glue the hair back. So I left it alone. Then I noticed my hair was poofy so I asked her to thin it out. She thinned it out way too much and the bottom layer of my hair is so thin. And the top looked choppy like a bunch of uneven layers. That fyi I didn’t ask for. I was disappointed because I really trusted her. And expected more.

Whoever I spoke with was VERY RUDE. I called about making an appt and when asking about availability, the lady that answered spoke to me in a rude matter and asked if I was looking for Hortensia, a stylist. I replied with uhh yeah sure, and the lady mimicked me. Then asked for my phone number. I told her nvm because she was rude and hung up. Then they had the nerve to call me back, and rudely asked me who she was speaking to. I hung up again. Ridiculous. Not how you treat a potential customer.
