I love Dr. Lisa! I frequent her SF location, and went to her 5 years ago. I have to admit I did cheat in between by going to LaserAway, and thats something I regret very much!LaserAway definitely lost me as a client, because they arent honest at all. I definitely appreciate Dr. Lisas blunt honesty. Thats how I am with my clients too. :) I also think Dr. Lisas sense of humor is hilarious.I love Botox, and Dr. Lisa broke my Filler cherry 2 weeks ago! I love my lips! Definitely want to go bigger for sure! Pictures of my lips are from the day I did them. Botox prices are $10/unitI drive up to her SF location from San Jose. Thats how much I love her, and her staff.Im sorry I strayed Dr. Lisa! I wont stray again!

I love Dr. Lisa! Every time I come in I feel like she really cares about me. It’s the first Med Spa ever where I don’t feel pushed to buy products or sign up for their packages. Dr. Lisa is very honest and never tried to up sale any of her treatments, actually she tells me no for many things I wanted to do but she thought it wasn’t necessary for now. She will never get your fillers or Botox overdone. She is very talented and skilled, she always has the newest treatments and latest technology. I see big improvements since I started with Dr. Lisa’s treatments. Her staff is very kind, polite and well trained. The clinic is very clean and organized. The prices are fair, actually I find very affordable in comparison to other clinics.

Dr. Lisa is amazing! She is the best because she will not going to push you to do purchase more or recommend you more than you really need. She has a great eye for symmetry and face harmonization. I wouldn’t trust my face and body to anyone else. She is honest and she does her best to make you feel and look your best. The SPA is so clean and the staff is very caring and friendly!

If you have not tried this spa, you are missing an opportunity. The staff is professional and helpful. Dr. Kang is most knowledgeable and patient. She listens to your concerns and is genuinely interested in your feedback.The spa is meticulously decorated and the procedures are cutting-edge.

I have been going to Dr. Lisa for many years.First in San Francisco now in Burlingame.The offices are lovely and the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Lisa is great. I have had many procedures done by her and I am always pleased with the results. She takes the time to thoroughly explain things and has a great eye. I highly reccomend Serenity and would never go anywhere else for my. cosmetic procedures.

Dr Lisa is amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional and gives solid advice and never pushes me to purchase more then I need. Actually I usually want more then she advises. She is honest and a solid doctor. Dr Lisa will answer any questions you ask and is not a unnecessary chit chatter. Her staff is friendly and very attentive. I generally book my appointments with Doctor Lisa in advance because of her solicited service. I wish there would be two like Doctor Lisa. She is my star and will always be. I recently had done bbl for my discoloration. The result obviously amazing. My skin looks radiant and brighter. My discoloration got reduced significantly. In addition to my bbl, I have to mention that love the way how doctor Lisa does my fillers. I won’t trade her for any other doctor. She takes her time making sure your face looks as symmetrical as it can be. By all means, Doctor Lisa loves to give you the most astonished look and you to be happy with the results. I trust any suggestions she has for me. She doesn’t try to upsell you with treatments and procedures. Doctor Lisa is very passionate, an trustworthy and talented Doctor. This is my first BAD review ever.I bought Groupon for laser hair removal in this place.When I came, I got my procedure there and THEN, the employee said to me that a have to pay additional fee for upgrade the coupon, because coupon was only for small area(actually, it was not noticed on the coupon advertising web banner and price was approximately like another laser place on the groupon for bikini area). Additional fee was in few(!) times more expensive that coupon price).Ok, maybe I was confused and I bought wrong Groupon but why I WAS NOT warned about extra fee IN ADVANCE!? I couldn’t cancel my Groupon and turn money back, because they already have done one procedure and they redeemed my coupon.And the thing is they wanted to charge me for brazilian bikini what is much much more expensive, but I got only traditional bikini laser removal procedure. It looked like “the getting money system” in useThere is now any care about their clients in that place. Only money is thing here. I’m sorry.This is my first bad review ever.
