Tiffany provided a wonderful hydra-facial. I will happily return to her. The COVID protocols are careful and thorough, but they have managed to keep the lovely spa-vibe intact as much as possible. A really nice treat for me and my stressed skin.

The ambiance inside of the spa was instantly relaxing. Their use of aromatherapy is great. Laxmi gave me a hydra facial after doing a very thorough skin analysis. She concluded that I was dehydrated, very congested, and that my barrier was slightly impaired. She manually performed extractions and added the suction. She was concerned with my comfort level and very thorough. My favorite part of the treatment was her massage. She relieved tension from my shoulder. She is strong, her hands are warm and she has a good spirit. It’s been 3 days and my face is brighter smoother and my sensitivity has minimized. I will definitely be back to this eco friendly salon. 5 stars for sure.

I dont usually have time to write online reviews. However, I am so impressed by James at MODA Eco Spa. I signed up for the Hydrafacial treatment and would recommend the Hydrafacial to everyone. My skin feels super clean and hydrated. James used just the right amount of pressure and explained everything step by step. He is very knowledgeable about skin care and answered all my questions perfectly.

I recommend James for the Hydrafacial at MODA Eco Spa in Burlingame. This spa is a great find. I’m 29- years-old but think it is so important to start taking care of my skin now. I will definitely reap the benefits of taking good care if my skin today in my 30’s and 40’s. James explains everything in detail. He is very skilled and the Hydrafacial was a gentle treatment with great results. I left with clean, super hydrated skin. The spa was immaculately clean also. Definitely will be back to see James at MODA in a month or so

Laxmi did a very thorough skin analysis and gave me great information about how to care for my skin. She was super professional and knew exactly what products to use for my skin. The custom signature facial left my skin looking and feeling amazing! I have tried other skin spas in Burlingame but MODA offers a fresh approach to Skin Care and is simply the best spa here in the area. I enjoyed working with James, the Spa Director also. Best hydro facial ever. If youve never had one before I would highly recommend Pailin she is amazing. It will leave your skin feeling so hydrated and smooth. I have made several appointments to make my skin better for my upcoming wedding and I am so happy I chose Moda Spa. At previous spas its always been a 30-40 minute treatment, And costs sometimes over $200. Here they give you the whole experience and lasts an hour or more with consultation, product knowledge, massage, LED treatment and extractions if you want them. Pai definitely made the whole experience very worth it and is only $155 which is the cheapest without sacrificing quality, and even better than any Ive had before.Very easy to call and book an appointment, and if they dont answer they always call back if you leave a message. I booked my appointment with James the owner of the salon, and he was great answering any questions I had, and as he is a licensed esthetician as well, he was very helpful with any concerns.Upon arrival very welcoming staff and offered bottled water. Super cute modern spa with nice private rooms, so it was very easy to relax. They also offer package discounts which was perfect for me since I knew I wanted several sessions before my wedding. Cant give enough stars to this wonderful new addition to Burlingame .

Staff are well trained, knowledgeable and MODA Spa is in a convenient location right across the street from the Il Fornaio restaurant. I was greeted by James, the Spa Director. He explained everything, was super professional, and answered my questions before we started my waxing services and facial. WONDERFUL experience. James made waxing painless. The treatment room was very clean. Waxing was followed by a deep relaxation facial using Dermalogica products. My skin felt great and looked great. Clean, hydrated and glowing. Had a fantastic hydrafacial treatment at Moda in Burlingame with Laxmi, she explained exactly what she was doing and told me about my skin and its current condition. After the treatment she explained what to do to look after it better in the future.During the facial treatment I was so relaxed I could have almost fallen asleep and I could feel the energy flowing through Laxmi’s fingers. It didnt hurt at all, and Laxmi was doing some deep cleansing.Laxmi massaged my face and applied several different products, even with all the products (which smelt incredible) my face didnt feel at all greasy after the treatment. My face felt hydrated and my lines had visibly decreased, the following morning my face still felt and looked amazing, so much so all I needed was some mascara.I would recommend the hydrafacial treatment to anyone and would certainly go back to Laxmi at Moda in Burlingame without hesitation. SUPER CLEAN SKIN after my Hydrafacial with James at MODA Spa in Burlingame! MODAs facials really work! I have dry, mature skin and had a Hydrafacial treatment with JAMES! WOW! My skin has never felt so clean and smooth. James is a Licensed Skin Therapist and has a magic touch. The 1 hour session was so relaxing and included a wonderful European facial massage.The Dermalogica Skin care products they use at MODA really do work. I purchased some exfoliant and a moisturizer to use at home.The Spa is beautiful inside and the treatment rooms are immaculately clean. MODA Eco Skin Spa is located right across the street from the Il Fornaio restaurant. I will definitely be back. Scheduled my mom for a facial next week also. Thank you James!

Wow! Loved my HydraFacial with Laxmi! New location for MODA Skin Spa. Started their business in Redwood City and expanded in downtown Burlingame. Laxmi took time to understand my skin concerns and did a very thorough skin analysis. I highly recommend the Pure Relaxation facial which includes European facial massage and the Hydrafacial treatment. Laxmi uses some innovative Dermalogica products which left my skin feeling exceptionally hydrated. I recommend a series of monthly treatments for optimal results! Thanks MODA Skin Spa.
