Use the other nearby Walgreens! Consistently messed up prescriptions with delays. Texted me that RX is ready shortly before taking a “lunch break” (so I arrived and then had a 20m wait). Saw them turn away an elderly patient seeking Covid vaccine who had a ton of completed paperwork without any empathy or support. Just go elsewhere.

Convenient Place. About location-wise, I lavish praise on this store. I could feel that it trace its roots back to cordial store.

Very poor customer service, those employees seen doesnt want to work and help the customer. 2 weeks after Mothers day, the flower already dead. They still put them here for sale. and I ask help for the FedEx shipping they not willing to help. Very bad community store.

This place has zero absolutely 00000 ethnic hair care products. This store location doesnt cater to POC when it comes to their hair care which is an extremely essential thing for POC. I couldnt find a single product that was specifically made for thick, full hair. Its sad actually. Not everyone in Burlingame had thin wispy hair. They really should take into consideration the image that is shown by not having these essential products for the non white community. Which exists but the way white folks of Burlingame

I had a great experience at this Walgreens! I urgently had to get a passport size photo printed late in the evening (almost closing time for this Walgreens) and Jesse went above and beyond to get this done quickly and keeping the required dimensions (unique dimensions) in mind. Thank you Jesse!

Tiffany is great. Shes a little quiet and introverted, but she is effective. I had some problems with the photo kiosk, and she was very patient at helping me out with my passport photos. Not just me -- I saw her help I saw her help several other old ladies too with the kiosk. When I picked up my passport photos today, they turned out even better than I expected!

They handled my prescriptions super fast and professionally, even though I was from out of town, with three prescriptions that needed them to contact doctors back in NY (they even worked with the different time zones). Very thankful for the pharmacy staff.

Its small but it has a little of everything. It has parking, so thats a plus! The staff is always friendly here. What I love most is make up section, its quite big for this size of a store.It has a parking lot in front of it which is convenient.

Our neighborhood Walgreens. Clean, well run and very polite staff. The pharmacy department is very efficient and helpful. You can ask the consultants questions and they dont hesitate to help. All counters takes Google Wallet and other NFC payments.

Nice friendly staff who helped us find the items we wanted. Look for items that will give you extra savings with their card; dont leave home without their membership card.
