This doctor will sit and listen to my concerns. She is really friendly. I love her!

She has helped me at last after years of pain when no one else could. Shes a lovely person with a positive attitude and listens to what you have to say.

Dr. Bajaj is without a doubt one of the best Rheumatologist that I have had in over 15 years of dealing with this condition. She not only cares, but is extremely competent. She keeps up with the current information regarding Covid-19; and, told me how to manage my medication with respect to getting the Covid-19 Vaccination. She is thorough during the examinations, and is explains clearly what I need to do.In addition, her staff, Vanessa and Brittany are extremely competent and helpful. When I need a prescription refilled, the process is expedited quickly!! I feel blessed to have a physician like Dr. Bajaj.

I LOVE Dr. Bajaj. I was literally at the end of my rope when I started seeing Dr Bajaj. After having been misdiagnosed for 8 years by multiple doctors, I had little faith that she would be any different, but she proved me wrong. She listened and I mean really listened and got me correctly diagnosed and on a treatment plan. I am back to being me. I really dont understand the negative reviews, because they are not representative of the Dr. Bajaj that Ive come to know, love and respect. I refuse to relocate because I want Dr. Bajaj as my doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Bajaj about five years. I can see how others might find her personality a bit gruff but shes awesome once you get to know her. She listens to me and not just the labwork. Shes very knowledgeable about the medication and costs. When discussing treatment plans, she helped me find the best fits for my budget. She is caring, funny, and goes the extra mile.

It took me seeking another rheumatologist to discover how lazy she is. My new dr ordered 24 X-rays to get a baseline where my joints are being affected. My X-rays showed arthritis in multiple joints.She is nice but I feel she needs to listen to her patients more. I’ve been trying to get disability for several years. According to her, I’m not disabled enough in my joints for her to support my decision. She didn’t even recommend another dr. I have complex hip and back issues along with fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. In my records, it says my bursitis is well controlled with trigger point injections. Trigger point injections is like putting a bandaid over a injury and calling it helpful. These injections take the edge off by reducing swelling. But you can’t get them frequently. And just bc I don’t come back in a month or two doesn’t mean they are working great. As a pain patient, I would be at the dr daily trying to put out fires in my body. It’s too exhausting. I typically push as far as I can go until I break to he one of getting another bursitis injections.I’m sure she can be helpful to someone who has clear/defined joint issues. But forget seeing her if you do. She will rush you out, talk over you, won’t listen, and brush off the severity of the pain.

This office is the worst, I have been trying to get a prescription for the longest time, every time I call the office they always tell me ok we will send the preauthorization to the insurance so they can cover your medicine... and they never do, my medication has been sitting in the pharmacy for the longest, waiting for this doctor to send required preauthorization to my insurance stating why I need this medication and the office staff seems to not care about my health at all.This office and Dr. here dont even deserve a one star review at all, they dont care about the patients health, they just care about the money.I am now in the process of switching doctors because this is just ridiculous. They cant help you out and I have been in a lot of pain for 2 months now and the medication I was originally prescribed gave me very bad side effects.I went through a lot of trouble getting this taken care of and the office kept sending me back and forth with my insurance. I was told several times by my insurance that they still hadnt received pre-auth when Doctor and Office would state otherwise, my insurance even sent the office a pre-auth for them to fill out via fax, all they had to do was fill out and send back but they still took their sweet time and sent it until the end of the day when I kept calling and calling, not considering how long Ive been waiting and not even having any sympathy that I am already in pain again.

I absolutely love Dr. Bajaj.....she has been wonderful in taking care of my issues....💗💗

If you have seen another doctor within their group and you want to change doctors they wont see you, even though you havent been to the other doctor in 2+ years. I just wanted a doctor who was more knowledgeable and wouldnt just throw pills I cant take at me. Wow, way to care about people.

Dr. Baja is awful. Arrogant personality, rushed, does not like to answer your questions and is not straightforward about her schools of thought on certain conditions. Just a very bad “bedside manner”. The type of doctor that wants zero patient input. If you have more than one “simple question” you are talked over and made to feel you’re taking up this doctor’s precious time. Very rude. I do NOT recommend this doctor and I can see from other reviews the similar complaints to the one I voiced.

I dont know who some of these people are complaining on here. She is The BEST doctor for gout and arthritis there is. Ive been fighting gout and arthritis for over 30 years , had major pains and problems for years. She done test and fixed it all 3-4 weeks I have had very little problems sense. She is amazing doctor

Dr. Bajaj uses excellence in her field or Rheumatology. I had been having extreme pain throughout my body and my primary physician referred me to her. She diagnosed, then treated me lessening my pain level within two weeks. I continue to see her for checkups and medication. Every time I am at her office she is professional and pleasant. Her staff is also professional and pleasant.

Dr Bajaj did not take the time to listen to me. She interrupted and said moving on many times as to ignore what I had to tell her or to explain my pain or what I was feeling. When it came to me answering a question she would talk over me. Her bed side manner is un-professional and I feel she does not take the time to tell or explain what is going on with my treatment as I have RA. She does not consider other treatment options and working with the patient is the upmost importance in patient care.

I wouldnt give her any stars but I had to in-order to give a review. DO NOT book with this physician EVER!!!! She was so RUDE during my visit I left in tears. Oh and she sent me for blood tests and exrays and then NEVER called me back with the results!!!!!Bottom line no one wants a doctor who is rude and unwilling to treats patients with respect.

Dr. Bajaj didnt ever take the time to truly listen to me. if she asked me a question she would begin talking over me as though my answer was unimportant. office is run in assembly line type fashion in my opinion; get the patient in and get them out as fast as possible. Ive since changed to a different rheumatologist. Im only giving a star rating at all because I cant post my review unless I do.
