I have been seeing Dr. Rosy for several months. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes her time to explain labs and your condition. Also, she makes you feel comfortable asking questions related to your health. She has a very welcoming personality. I was referred by a friend and I am so thankful. Dr. Rosy is awesome!In addition, the staff at Dr. Rosy office is amazing. They are always quick to answer or return calls. I even received a follow-up call on a Saturday. Talk about great customer service! Also, her medical assistant works hard to ensure that information is accurate and answer questions that you may have.I am very satisfied with the quality care Dr. Rosy and her staff provides.

The Dr. and staff were very professional and courteous. Made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Kelsey was great getting me all set up and Dr. Rosy is always wonderful. My only concern is that it is difficult to get through on the phones. Its worth it for the quality of care.

This appointment was to get results of testing done to help determine diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr, Rosy was wonderful and explained her plan of treatment. They canceled me as a patient. Said that I did not show up for appointments which is not true. The only appointment missed was one that the office called and left a VM that they needed to cancel. Do not recommend. Go to another Rheumatologist.

Dr Rosy shes very Knowledgeable, and empathetic .I am grateful to have her as my rheumatologist. I just don’t like all the medication they offer but I guest I need them to fell better.

She took time to try and answer many if my questions. She also worked around my disabilities without complaint. I wasnt able to get some if the answers I was looking for, but she set me up for a complete round of tests. So hopefully, Ill have my answers when I see her in a few weeks.

After trying a couple of doctors already, I was optimistic when I saw this doctors great reviews. I was hesitant about the appointment not being in person but went for it anyways. During the first appointment I was asked a couple questions and sent for 2000$ worth of blood work. My second over the phone appointment was 2 minutes long and was the Dr. Telling me nothing showed on the blood work so there were no answers for me, thats where it ended. Very uncaring and disappointing

Called to make new patient appointment. They answered and once I told the lady I would like to make new patient appointment, she hesitated and sound like she really didnt want to do it. So she said going to have to put you on hold and will see about making you an appointment. I was on hold for about 15 secs when click and they actually hung up on me. I tried to call back and they never ever answered again.Find yourself another doctor!!!!

One of the best doctors out there. Listens well to patients and knows what she is doing. Several times shes been listed as one of Texas best doctors.

I spent 13 years searching for a diagnosis with multiple family doctors and rheumatologists refusing to listen to me let alone try to figure it out. Dr. Rajbhandary not only listened but ordered more labs than anyone else had ever bothered with. 10 tubes of blood, a urine sample and a second visit later and she had diagnosed and started treatment for Ankylosing Spondilytis.13 years of my life was gone because arrogant doctors would not listen to me. Dr. Rosy (what I call her b/c I cant pronouce her last name) did and now I am slowly getting my life back.In the time since, Ive had to message her twice about issues caused by one of the medicines I am on. She has responded very quickly with fixes for the issues including changing the format of the medicine Im on.For those that are worried about her manner and some of the reviews saying shes rude, shes not. She is abrubt and no-nonsense. Some people cant handle that and intrepret it as rudeness. Simply put, she knows what shes doing, she CAN be caring when its warranted but she isnt going to hold your hand and speak to you as if youre a child.All in all, I wouldnt trust my care to anyone else at this point and that is mainly b/c she is the only one who cared enough to actually do anything.

Doctor Rajbhandary has been my Doctor for over 3 years every since I was diagnosed With Lupus. Dr Rosy takes excellent care of me and my needs when I’m not feeling a 100%.she makes sure she does what she can to make me feel better. She is so sweet and really care about her patients .. I have recommended my family and friends to her because I know they will be in good hands! . She also has a great staff that are very nice as well.... 😁

Very rude. Very abrupt. Talked to me like I was two years old. She felt very adversarial, which is not what you want from a doctor.I almost told her that I didnt appreciate how she was talking to me, got up and left during the appointment. I didnt because there arent a lot of Rheumatologist in the area. Thank goodness I just found one. I will not be going back. Her name might be Rosy, but her disposition certainly is not.

Doctor was very nice and considerate. I did not want to come to clinic during Covid since I am high risk and immunodeficiency, doctor did telemedicine for me. Great experience with the doctor. Had my first appointment today, the staff was very friendly and helpful as well the office was clean. Dr.Rajbhandary was straight forward with everything answered all my questions. She’s a great doctor and sweet lady I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Rajbhandary is very accommodating. I scheduled an appointment within that week and was able to get an appointment fortunately. She was very open minded and listens very well to what I was going through and my preferences. She always has a smile on her face and is very positive which I enjoy, especially when visiting a Doctor. I have been a patient of Dr Rajbhandary for almost 3 years now. She is a very smart, compassionate, empathetic doctor. I have been suffering from scleroderma for more than 10 years and seen 2 other rheumatologists before her. I realized I was in the best hands of Dr. Rajbhandary from day one and I’m sad for myself why I missed coming to her in the first place. My disease has no cure. But Dr Rajbhandary has provided me a lot of relief and she follows guidelines and instructs me what I need to do. With her guidance, I have my life back. I have SLE lupus and fibromyalgia, Dr. Rosy was the one to diagnose me at 18. I went my whole life not knowing what was wrong with me and went from doctor to doctor, each one telling me it I was too young to be in such sever daily pain or it was in my head. I finally went with Rosy and she believed and listened to me. She is nothing but polite and makes me feel comfortable. Her office staff are great and know me, they take care of me, and schedule me immediately when its an emergency. Im 21 now and I was recently in the hospital because of a kidney infection/ lupus flare that Ive had for a month. I was in and out of the ER they would give me antibiotics and send me home it wasnt till we had enough and went to Rosy where she was absolutely appalled that nobody had tended to me. My blood work was not good and I could barely walk. She immediately admitted me and told me not to worry that she will take care of me. True to her word she got me back walking and my markers better. I highly recommend her due to her caring and gentle demeanor. The staff is excellent her nurses are the best and the front office ladies are always welcoming.

I transferred to Dr. Rosy on a recommendation from another provider. She sat with me and listened to my history. Asked great questions and then started from scratch. My health has completely turned around once we started over and swapped medications. I will refer to her for anyone who needs help in rheumatology for sure.

Dr. Rajbhandary is absolutely the best doctor anyone could ask for. She is so compassionate and takes her time each visit. Ive never felt rushed nor felt that I was simply another appointment to her. If I need a prescription changed or filled she completes it the very same day. I highly recommend her and there is no one I trust more with my life and heath.

Ive been seeing Dr.Rosy since January 2019 my left hand hurt severely couldnt hardly make a fist and my hips hurt severely, she has made me feel so wonderful Ive been pain free ,she is a wonderful Doctor sweetest person I highly recommend her to everyone

Shortly after posting my review of this Dr. She sent me a letter stating I was no longer welcome and should find another Dr.As if Id go back to pay for more terrible service.I was surprised at the retaliatory response. My original review is below. If I could give zero stars I would have.The wait was ridiculous. Better than can hour. The wait was compounded by the receptionist rude response to my question is she always more than an hour late. Her response shes a specialist she takes time with her patients. Im a patient. Im a patient that was on time. I can give 20 minutes or so but more than an hour to get an attitude with the patient that not only paid with my hard earned money. Im overpaying with my time that seems to have no value. The Dr seems nice enough. The receptionist not so much

I have Psoriasis which can lead to Psoriatic Arthritis which was the reason for my visit. I’ve had two visits with Dr. Rosy, the first she was cold, offering no advice or help and actually told there really wasn’t anything she could do for me because I told her I wouldn’t take Humira because of my being a Breast cancer survivor and Humira lowers the immune system, so needless to say that wasn’t an option for me. I was foolish enough to go for s second visit, after having extensive bloodwork and x-rays per her request. Again absolutely no help and her staff is so lazy that instead of submitting a new prescription to my insurance with a diagnosis of Psoriatic Arthritis where I might have gotten some help in paying for the new drug they submitted it through another doctors office, a dermatologist, so needless to say got no help from the insurance company, save your $415.00 office call and try to find a rheumatologist that gives a damn!

Bad experience at Dr. Rosy Rajbhandary’s office. The receptionist ( Ana) is rude.So is the doctor. Dr.Rajbhandary does not want to listen to your questions or concerns, she is very passive aggressive. She pushed for medication even if it didn’t work well in the past. I’ve only had 2 visits with her and she told me to look for another doctor because I wanted to know about my test results that she ordered. She told me she’s not here to go over any test with me. If I don’t take the medication (medication that my body can not handle) she doesn’t want to see as often. Inconsiderate doctor cuts you off when you talk. How is it possible she is still working as a doctor?

It’s too bad that I can’t give her negative stars. This doctor is very rude and has absolutely no bedside manner. The staff is rude and very argumentative as well. I only had 3 visits and decided it was time to find a new specialists.

I have had LUPUS for 8 years and she is the 1st rheumatologist that has fully explained every medication to me..she made me feel welcome and wanted on my 1st visit..I would recommend her to anyone with severe SLE which i suffer from.

Very professional and friendly staff my Dr. is very concerned about my well being! I love this hospital

Inconsiderate doctor. Talked over me when I was explaining symptoms. Spoke slowly as if I were stupid because I kept asking alot of questions. Would not look at xrays that I brought (on a disc) from another hospital, despite having a computer in front of her. A test result showed my spine being okay but they xray she declined to look at shows its curved. Prescribed me the same medicine that I took in the past that did not work and said that doesnt mean it wont work this time.

Very rude staff and also lied said I was dr shopping ! When I had my doctors before I saw her I kept her informed about everything , she never gave me a contract of any kind I never singed anything saying not to except meds from my other doctors . I didn’t know she could write me pain meds at the time I was seeing another dr. Which I decided not to go to them again that office was mad at me because I complained about the long waits I never saw the doctor just his RN and that wasn’t good to me I wanted to see Dr. Adwald she never would hear me out and dropped me and my mom That wasn’t professional at all and I had a very bad bad time without the meds she didn’t seem to care and it was hard for me her office manager was very nice and said that why would I want to see a doctor that we do that and lie on me anyway she was then behind me and help me find another doctor in which she did to her the office manager I’m grateful but to the doctor in the other part of her staff that was so unprofessional that I didn’t understand what was going on and a person with a rheumatologist rather stay in pain the pain and having to just drop them like that without making sure they’re OK and find someone else and then with the lies that were told it made it so hard for me to find a doctor I

My storySo 3 years ago, I lived in Midland, TX which is 9 hours from home. I woke up one morning and I couldn’t move an inch of my body, no arm, leg, nothing. I had no idea what was wrong so I called my brother crying while he was at work. He rushed home to find out what was wrong and rushed me to the hospital. They hooked me up to Ivs, and took multiple blood test. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong so they sent me back home. At this point I couldn’t take it so I called my mom and she rushed wayyyy from Atlanta, TX and made the 9 hour drive to get me and bring me back home. We made another trip to the hospital and still no findings. Just pain meds. I couldn’t do anything on my own, including use the bathroom. I began to feel a little better, and I had a trip coming up to Cabo, Mexico that I definitely didn’t want to miss. I WON THE TRIP AT WORK.... So we went. On day 3 I started sweating really bad and my sheets were soaked! So we went to the hospital, again no findings. The next day we flew home. I’d made no progress. Hospital visit after visit no one knew what was wrong, but they thought I had lime disease. Wasn’t it. 3 months later my nurse practitioner took blood test and suggested it was likely lupus. And DING!!! It was. We finally got an explanation for the symptoms, and needed to find a rhumetologist. His name was Dr Kier. He prescribed me with Prednisone and suggested I have weekly visits. I did so, but after a few weeks it stopped helping and his response was always “oh it’s just the lupus.” Very poor response, so I stopped seeing him. I found Rosy Rahjbandary online whom had excellent reviews! She suggested I take bynlista infusions. After my 2nd one I started getting really sick and throwing up and passing out often. So I stopped. A few weeks later I moved to Dallas, TX. I made a visit to Parkland Hospital where I stayed a whole month. I had an entire TEAM of doctors who took very good care of me, kept me informed on what was going on, and gave me lots of knowledgable information. I stayed an entire month until they released me making sure I was ok. During this time I developed Raynoids Syndrome so it was difficult to use my hands. So my mom had to dress me daily. I decided to see a rhuemetologist at Parkland and make him my permanent doctor. He’s been great! This is who helped get me to remission praise God. My meds taper off weekly and I’m so thankful that God placed HIM in my life as my guardian angel here on earth. All glory be to him. For those of you with SLE, I pray you continue to fight and have the same happen in your life soon! Her practice should be shut down!!!

I am giving one star as I havent seen the dr. yet.I have been referred to this dr. as I requested but I do not need a referrel as my insurance pays for any physician of my choice. The girl who answers the phone is who called to schedule an appt. and did not give her name. She stated the dr.s very difficult name and spoke so quickly that I had to listen to the message 3 times. I called back & the same girl answered the phone very unprofessional and made my appt. 6 weeks away. WHAT??? If I wanted to wait 6 weeks I would have called around & found my own dr.So I called today and they gave me an appt. for May the 8th. Still 4 weeks away. I am going to search for someone else as I need assistance now. This doesnt feel right and most of the good reviews on here are from young ladies.The worse part of this whole experience is the gatekeeper of her office is very unprofessional. She is almost illiterate and speaks with an accent that is barely understandable. She is rude almost to the point of argumentative and answers the phone so fast that I have to ask her to repeat who I have called.I am not sure if I will keep the appointment.

This is Doctor is horrible NO bedside manner and does not listen to the patient , She is very rude and when you advise of the issues you are having she does not care !! Please do your research before choosing this Dr. ! My husband called the office because he was having a horrible Lupus / Fibromyalgia Flare and the Dr. hung up on my husband ! She should not even have a license to practice !!
