Firstly, I love dr Hoffman. He is an amazing doctor. His staff not so much. Luann is a mean, unhelpful woman. Try to only deal with him or a NP.

I have been a patient here for at least 7 years and can tell you they are the best I have ever had. ( by the way I am a nurse and expect excellent care). I see Dr. Hoffman and Kimberly Robinson PA . They pay full attention to you and I have never felt rushed. They take time to explain everything and answer questions you may have. My husband and I went through a very difficult situation medically and financially around Christmas one year and Kimberly shocked us by providing Christmas dinner for us and our family out of the kindness of her heart. We recieve the best holistic care. We are so lucky to have them in our lives. The entire staff are amazing!!! If you want the BEST, you just found them.

Dr.Hoffman is nice, but We are self pay. I was quoted via phone 109.00 for my sons visit then they turned around and charged me an additional 60.00 because the Doctor coded the visit at a higher level . this was wrong and I should have been told before our visit. My original quote should have been honored.

Dr. Hoffman is the best! Genuinely cares and spends time with his patients. Cant say enough about him and his staff.

Dr Hoffman so far has been good. The problem I’m having is the medication they want me to take is very expensive. So I have been calling trying to get things changed because that’s what I was instructed to do. By the dr. All I can get ahold of is the front desk people. Can’t talk to anybody direct. All they can do is send a message to a nurse that will then talk to the dr. It’s getting old having to call and wait for the five minute speech then only get to talk to front desk and wait for a callback. I am really Second guessing the decision to switch to this doctor simply because I’m tired of the loop around. It’s getting really old really fast. Lack of personalized care is irritating.

Dr. Hoffman is a thorough Doctor and takes time to explain everything to you and is truly concerned about your health.

Truly a professional staff and a nice experience. The doctor and nurse listened to all my concerns and treated them respectively.

They got us in and out right away! I love that this office opens at 7 AM! This is the first time taking our kiddo Here and they did a great job, even looking for connection points that she would be interested in engaging her about her interests and providing her with stickers and lollipops. Like most I would say having to go to the doctors office because of an illness isnt something one looks forward to, but its sure Great knowing when you do, that your going to be taken care of👍In my 63 years, this Doctor and his staff are the best I have ever experienced! They are professional, careing, people friendly. They listen to you, explain things in a manner easily understood. Ive never left their clinic scratching my head and wondering about what I was told or how to treat an illness when I get home. I have not had any bad experiences and would recommend this Doctor and his staff to anyone👍

I never have to wait long to get an appointment with the doctor or PA. This visit was my annual physical and was with Dr. Hoffman. Waiting room time was very short before the nurse took me back to an exam room. She went over my meds, took my vitals and then Dr. Hoffman came in. He listened to my concerns, talked about possible solutions and checked me out. He is very attentive and knowledgeable.

Dr. Hoffman is the best. He always knows my complete history before the exam begins. He is very caring and the consummate professional. His staff is excellent as well.

Man. Those ladies at the front desk are as rude and unprofessional as it comes. They also told me I couldn’t have my own medical records without a payment. The further told me a needed a specialist but still have yet to release my records to the one I want to use (that’s not their recommendation). I sent a fax and requested to simply terminate our relationship, they have been paid and treat me like a criminal. I do not recommend anyone go to this conglomerate. They don’t care if you live or die. Just your money.

I have been a patient in Dr Hoffmans office since a move to the South Burleson area. The staff are friendly, pleasant, attentive and courteous. Dr Hoffman is very sensitive and compassionate to the patients needs, and can provide the best possible care to resolve your problems. Obviously I recommend Dr Hoffman and his practice to all who are searching for a medical practice. By the way, I am not a staff member, family or friend but a true patient who is being treated by his office and highly recommends your investigating for yourself. You will be happy that you did! Dr Abigail is fantastic. She listens and I never feel like she doesnt have time to do so. She lets me participate in my treatment plan I am so pleased to have changed to this practice. Everyone there is top notch in this practice.

As always I had a fantastic experience. Front staff greeted me with smiles the second I walked through the door and were extremely prompt checking me in. I was roomed in a timely manner and saw Dr. Hoffman right on time. I had a very thorough visit and left with the answers I was looking for. Will definitely continue coming to HFP for many years to come!

Dr Hoffman is the best primary care Dr I have ever had. He always listens to you and gives outstanding treatment for the problem you went to see him about.

Be careful if you are told all you owe is your copay for allergy testing. Especially when we find out after the appointment that they were told by our Insurance company while my daughter was there that it would go towards our deductible. The insurance company has recording of the call proving it but will not release to us. Working on getting the recordings released. So disappointed. I really don’t believe Dr Hoffman knows what’s going on.

Worst experience with billing. I went in for my physical - which is covered 100% through my insurance, doctor asked if anything was bothering me, I explained what was going, we discussed family history etc. I was told by the nurse I would have to schedule another appt. if I needed further care, which is understandable due to this only being a physical, I re-scheduled went back in 2 weeks later and paid for a doctors visit to talk in further detail and get medicine. I now received a bill for my first visit and I was billed for a physical and an office visit. Which is bizarre. If I would have known this i wouldnt of came back a 2nd time and paid $130.00. If I would have gotten the care I needed on the FIRST visit - I wouldnt mind paying for an office visit along with my physical. I have reached out to the office and no hope getting this resolved. I wouldnt recommend talking about any issues you may be having, getting refills or talking about family history during a physical or you may be billed for an office visit like me. VERY disappointed!

I felt very comfortable when I entered the office, and Dr. Hoffman was exceptional at hearing what I had to say and explaining things to me.

Very unhappy with this office, receptionist dont seem concerned at all about your symptoms nor what might be something very serious. They dont even attempt to try n see if there is anything that could be done for you!!! Dr Hoffman is an extremely great doctor however cant say the same about his staff. Guess Ill be looking for yet another family physician.

Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. I saw the PA. She was very knowledgeable. I didnt feel rushed and I felt that all my medical needs were adequately addressed. All in all great visit.

Dr Hoffman has always be right on the money with his diagnosis. I have done a sleep study and am suppose to be getting a cpap machine. I have been waiting a month, staff have been no help what so ever. Im going to have to bypass them and buy one on offer up. Or a medical supply. I need some sleep and Ill never get it at this rate. I know a lot of people who have them,and they had no problem

No problems. If you arent needy or drug-seeking, its good. Always able to see and treat me the 1-2 times a year I need medical help.

I went to the Drs office because I had a rash. I havent been sick in many years. I was charged $325 for new patient even though he has been my primary care physician since about 2005. They billed my insurance then sent the 128.43 that wasnt paid to collections. I have a credit score of 824 and work very hard to keep it. I paid the bill but am concerned about the bogus charges to my insurance company because I dont get sick. Dont bother emailing Katie, I think its an automated response.

Dr Hoffman and RN’s are amazing but worst office staff I have ever dealt with. I filled out forms multiple times because they did not get filed billing is ridiculous you will be double and triple billed and they can not figure out how to run it through insurance properly. And will turn in improper bill to collections.

If I could give them 0 stars I would... Jennifer Proffitt has a HORRIBLE bedside manor. She accused me of lying and taking something into the restroom to manipulate my drug test. After she SEARCHED ME she saw I had nothing to hide. My drug test came back showing I had not been abusing any illegal substances and she still decided to discontinue prescribing me my medications after proving I had not been using any illegal substances. I would not take my dog to this doctors office. Totally unprofessional and they treat you like you are a criminal. DO NOT USE THEM, ESPECIALLY JENNIFER PROFFITT.

Unhappy with the quality of service. Im not sure what happened, but something needs to change. I called twice yesterday about filling a prescription for me and no one ever called me back or filled the prescription I had requested. I even requested the prescription online. Somewhere there is a disconnect that needs to be fixed and if it isnt, I might be going to another doctor soon.

I would NOT recommend using this facility. They seem to be just like a emergency room. They like to treat the symptoms instead of running test or have imagining done to find the real problem. When I requested answers from them I got nothing. What I found is you have to be stern with them to get anything done. With that said I just received a letter discontinuing our professional relationship. No problem I will gladly find a new doctor.

No matter how many times you call or have your pharmacy call for refills, they have zero urgency. Every single time I’ve needed a refill, it takes around 10 days, not the “24-48 hours” they claim. I had to sit in the office and wait 35 minutes with my baby until it got done today. Then, went to get my other prescription and shocker, they were still waiting on approval too. From last week. It’s absurd and being someone in the medical field for 17 years, I would never treat patients this way. It’s simply not their priority for patients to get their medications. I will not be going back. Ever.

Staff is great. They help you out when you walk in and say goodbye when you leave. Been coming here for 5 years and will continue to come here.

I use to go to dr white but got tired of them never answering their phones so I switched to dr Hoffman and I will never go anywhere else! He is amazing and genuinely cares about his patients! Nurses are awesome and they always have a friendly receptionist

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother went in bc she had a lump in her breast, was told they would set her up for a diagnostic mammogram, 3 weeks later they finally did. She called multiple times and my dad even went up there and said he wasnt leaving until it was done. She now has breast cancer and its aggressive, those 3 weeks could have made a big difference with treatment, she could have already started treatment. It wasnt just that, after they found out it was cancer they were not willing to do a referral for her breast cancer doctor fast, they told her it could take 10 days. She then had to talk with his nurse and tell them all she needed was something saying she was a patient there, the insurance already knew she was going to the cancer doctor, they just needed her labs. They sent them over 3 days later. Please dont go here, plus hes the most expensive doctor to see without insurance. Cost me 175 to see a PA there and 56 to see an actual doctor who he used to be partners with.

Wow! What a staff! Friendly from the front door all the way through my visit to finishing. Im a new patient, so the first visit always sets the tone for me, and I can tell my relationship with this practice is going to be exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks, everyone!

Excellent health care for year with Dr Hoffman and his staff. Last dealing with getting a prescription fill absolutely horrible. Prescription was promised to be called in but never was. I called back to the Dr office to have it resent, NEVER SENT. Office is now closed for the weekend . If this was simply a error or a total disrespect for one of your patients that needed his medication. Hope this is handled as I am sure it will be.Best Regards

Dr. Hoffman has been talking care of my health issues for over 10 years. I have recomended many close friends to him and will continue to to so. His staff is friendly and always greats you with a smile.

Surrounding environment was nice and well kept definitely felt safe pulling in. Walked in to a professional environment. Everyone made me feel real comfortable. The lady to took blood from me was extremely good at her job. Didnt feel a thing. Dr. Hoffman was the one that seen me, and for the first time in the 7 years ive been having my problems I finally got a sigh of relief. Finally found a great doctor that treated me like a person and not just another check. Will definitely be back and will highly recommend to all my friends in the area.

LOVE, LOVE Texas Family Health Care. Switched to Dr. Hoffman after trying several other Family Medical places. Staff is pleasant and Dr. Hoffman and PAs are great - listen, advise, never make you feel rushed.

Decided to move to a doctor closer to us and, after 30+ years, stop seeing our GP in Fort Worth. With so many services in Burleson now, it just made sense to find a doctor close to home. Excellent experience with Dr. Hoffman, the front desk, the nurses and everyone. Needless to say, we found us our doctor!

Very much recommended. Ive been several times and have yet to be dissatisfied with any part of the experience.

Ive been seeing this dr and his PAs for several years. Today I was very disappointed. I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks ago and explained it was an E.R. follow up. I went in last Monday to have labs done. My main cincern is my epilepsy condition. The labs they did Monday were only for my thyroid condition. I paid 176.00 today for what?? Idk?? I didnt even get any of meds refilled.

I love dr. Hoffman he is very attentive, kind and helpful person. He has always listens to any questions for anything i ask and gives me good advice on my health . Ive never had a bad experience.Today i went in for refills saw the P.A very sweet , compassionate and answered all questions, but beware if you talk about anything besides refills or anything other than what pertains to refills you have to pay extra , i was unaware of this so i was put out and somewhat startled. When did we have to pay for talking with our doctors about any concerns??? Never have i ever been charged more for talking to my doctors.Really made me feel like idk like nobody just another person and were done on to the next lol. I ask if i was holding her up cause I didnt want to keep anyone waiting she said oh no its fine thats what Im here for ask me whatever or any concerns i have . Well no wonder lol i was paying for it. Im just going to tell the reception charge me for full price appointment cause i think of things when they start asking u questions and im going to ask the dr. When he ask if i had any concerns or anything going on ?? Im going to ask him if it is going to cost me extra ? Seriously other than today ive had nothing but good experiences . Hes a great dr. And so is the staff.

Dr. Hoffman, his PAs, nurses and staff are all great people! My children and I have been going there since he opened.

I was running 30 minutes late to my appointment due to bad weather and severe traffic. I called to let them know I was running late and they told me that they could not see me anymore and would have to reschedule me for a week later. Staff was not helpful whatsoever.

My family has been seeing Dr. Hoffman for years. Ive never had to wait long for an appointment or to be seen.
