***PROCEED WITH UTMOST CAUTION***First of all I would like to say that my experience was at the ALLIANCE location, but since the overarching company is where the gaffes are taking place here I go. This office will have you calling your insurance, their offices, and any number of other collection agencies.I visited the ER with regard to a broken rib, of which the doctors were unable to give any help. Just an X-ray and prescription for 10 Hydrocodeine will run you in excess of $1,000 to me personally in addition to the money paid by my provider. If the inflated costs of sub-par service are enough for you, then realize that the accounts billing department will be sending your information to collections without so much as ever contacting you!Throw in the fact that they had been paid, both the original amount AND a re-negotiated agreement amount filed a month later, you will spend hours of time on the phone explaining the situation to people who seemingly dont care about your problem ad nausea. I cant ever recall such a boondoggle of service and certainly pay all my bills, on time and in full.I can assure that after my experience at the ER, I was assured by the attending doctor that all billing would be clear and concisely completed. Couldnt be further from the truth. 90 days later and countless hours of my time later, the issues still remain unresolved and Texas Medical Resources has been unhelpful to say the least. I will be consulting an attorney about the wanton abuse perpetrated by these jackals.
