People are nice. Communication and attentiveness are horrible. Not sure what the problem is; staff, system or a combination of both. As an established patient, calls are either not returned for days or not returned at all. I will establish myself elsewhere. I’ve been neglected quite enough. My frustration and the buffoon level of communication is inexcusable. The practice has made it clear that they are too busy for me and being an established patient offers me no perks. Not returning patient calls is bad patient care and something I will not accept no matter how pleasant the staff may be.

Called first thing in the morning and they got me in right away. Dr. J ordered STAT testing and found where I could get it done at. Then even the office closed at noon and test wasn’t done with till around 130pm he call me at home with the results. He could have made me wait the entire long Memorial Day weekend but he didn’t. Lots of people hate to go to the doctor but My experience with Dr. Jircik and his staff make me feel comfortable. Dr. Jircik takes the time to explain things I dont understand. His staff is very nice and helps Dr. Jircik if the need arises.

They have always taken excellent care of me! I am in and out in no time! I have always felt like they truly listen to me and that not only are my needs important but that they are met! When I say they I mean the entire staff from the ladies in the office all the way through to the doctors. In fact, I love this place so much that I even referred my own mother! I not only trust them with my care but hers as well!

Been going to this doctors office for about 7 years now. They make sure my health is a high priority and make sure referrals are sent and help me understand everything that is going on with bloodwork and etc....in terms i can understand so i can take the right steps to help myself get better. Dr. Jircik took his time to listen to my concerns and to get my input on my conditions in determining a course of action for my medical issues. He is being very thorough in developing a baseline from which to develop future treatment. Even though my medical issues are likely self-inflicted due to my weight, he is making sure that all lab stones are being turned over to make sure that there are no underlying factors. I trust Dr. Jircik with my health issues. He is able to listen with compassion and includes me in the plan of care. He is very knowledgeable and I feel that he has my concerns at the forefront. He also asks my husband what he thinks.

Dr. Jercik is very good. He is personable while at the same time being organized and effective. He sees a problem, diagnoses the problem, explains the problem to the patient, and develops a plan of treatment--and he does this quickly and apparently effortlessly. He always has his Scribe at hand to allow him to focus on the patient. In addition, he may have a med student with him that he is instructing. With all of this, there is no sense of rush and no sense that you are merely one of many patients. Remarkable doctor.

Yesterday was my second visit with Dr.Jircik.I was very satisfied with all things and the Doctors attention to my issues. My only complaint is the confusion over a second prescription. One staff member said no there is none and an other said there is. After a couple of phone calls to try and clarify I still do not have the second prescription.

The nurse that takes you back has very little personality but everyone else was great. Dr Jircik took the time to find out what you were there for, asked questions about what may have caused the condition, then explained the different treatments, medications and advantages and drawbacks of each. He then explained why he would rather use one treatment over tbe others. Very enjoyable and educational.
