I had a doctors order to drop off a specimen, and was told to come as soon as they open. I got there about 8:30, actually. And there were a lot of people in the waiting area. There was no one at the front desk, but a sign said that if no one was there they’d be right with me. I was in a rush to leave my house seeing as I got there later than I planned, and didn’t grab a mask. I saw a sign that says masks must be worn, I assumed they would have a disposable one for guests like most doctors offices- because sometimes it happens. I stood at the front desk only for a few moments until a staff member opened the door to the waiting area and very rudely, and sarcastically asked me “how can I help you”. I wish I could mimic exactly how she said it. I said “my doctor wanted me to drop off a specimen, and I forgot my mask at home if you have o-“ she cut me off. “You need to wear a mask or you have to leave. You need to make an appointment.” I told her my doctor told me just to come up to this location. She muttered something about me needing a doctors order. I had it with me, I showed it to her and she snatched the doctors order and specimen right out of my hands and said “I guess I will just have to write it as a pass through, thank you” with more sarcasm than the first time. My doctor called them yesterday to set this up.. I have never been met with such hostility. I am not a rude person and nothing I said to this person was rude. I understand if the office is busy and things get intense, but that was uncalled for. If it were my choice I would opt out of ever having to go here.

I dont know why this place gets bad reviews. Great staff and very professional. Sometimes it takes a little longer to schedule a fasting blood test online, but once I do, they always get me back quickly and out the door in 5 minutes!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE This place is so unprofessional is not even funny! I come here to get a simple blood test on Tuesday- sign-in on their little kiosk - sit down and wait--- 40mins later I get up to see whats taking so long.... women comes out and look at a sign on the wall and say oh yo name, not on dat board I freaking leave! I come back the next day. Try the same thing, wait for 25 mins, this time I took a  look at their pathetic sign on the wall.....my name still does not appear. This time I leave for good called my doctor, and ask to have my test transfer to Lab Corp. Everything at Lab corp was done in 15 mins flat..Even the reps at lab corp heard about the unprofessional practices at Quest in Burleson. While waiting at quest the place sounded like a bowling alley and a wrestling match...no exaggerating!!! All kinds of noises - clowning around - slap fest coming from behind the doors and very rude staff. Not hardly the place for someone who wants quality business care.How can a business providing test results of patients conduct themselves in a manner like the Burleson location? You people should truly be ashamed of yourselves.  Customers take my advice and go to another location or another lab altogether. This place stinks!

I scheduled an appointment online for my blood test, checked in and literally was in and out in 5 minutes - no joke. I had the sweetest young lady named Yolandra do my blood draw. You can’t ask for a better experience. As a side note, she also did a blood draw on my teenage daughter and went above and beyond to help make her comfortable.

Very sweet and personable staff. Perfect blood draw and she had very steady hands when switching the blood tubes. Couldn’t have been better!

I would prefer to give them 0 stars. You make an appointment on line and they consistently run 30-40 minutes behind schedule. Their check in system does not work properly. No call and no text as it should be.

I am sharing this on behalf of my spouse. Absolutely horrible service. LONG waiting time after being texted they were aware of his arrival- he showed up at 6:45 am to drop of lab tests. Should have been a quick drop off. The staff argued with him, refused to take one of his tests and embarrassed him in front of about 10 other people in the waiting area. The woman who was helping him claimed she could talk to him however she wanted because she was pregnant. I have already contacted Quest directly to complain.

This was end of July, or beginning of August, 2021. Dropped off a specimen. Took her 30 minutes. The programmed drop down tests did not match up to my simple C&S with gram stain. I worked for Quest, I was coaching them about accuracy, etc. Still, the specimens did not have the days and times on the test results. The comments were not added. On the result, there was a comment on there for the doctor to contact them. He was unaware, therefore, the results were not completed.I called a supervisor (after lengthy wait time and terrible computer operator controls). She said she would contact that person, retrain her and have it corrected. On one specimen, she put the wrong drop off date with a four day difference on collection! Specimen is only good for 24 hours. The other time was also inaccurate. On one of the questions it was left blank.Then I get a bill!!! And the tests were not even completed. Called three lengthy times. The third time I went online and found a different number. After two calls and pushing all those buttons, someone answered, barely introducting herself. I was shocked and said, did I get a real person?? Lol, sometimes I react and speak before I think. I was just sooo glad and relieved to get a real person and the right department this time. She added the insurance information (again) and said it was resolved to ignore any more emails or texts. Glad she added that, as I did get two more texts.Because of the lack of real people contact, time spent and errors, I reluctantly went to back to Labcorp, in Burleson this time, for the fourth specimen and so glad I did!

This is the only place I go for testing everyone is so nice here I love it.

So rude and unhelpful. I read all the bad reviews for this place but decided to try it since we needed blood work quickly. No one runs the place or is there to help. We checked in but no one called us back. I had to push to get an answer.

I went for lab work today at the Burleson location. A young lady named Yolandra waited on me. She was one of the most kindest, personable and professional person I have ever met. Her positive and friendly attitude made my day!!

Went in today and waited for 1 hour and nothing so just had to leave. Really bad service will never be going there again.

I was very nervous to have my blood drawn, but Maribel was so helpful with making me feel very comfortable! She was so nice and made it quick and easy, I was in and out in under 10 minutes! Thank you for making my first experience a pleasant one!

My name is mikayla I came in today and the lady who toke my blood was very rude to me I will not be dealing with you again. I feel like she didnt do her job accordingly and Id really like her name so if one of your people can give me a call if appreciate it. I dont tolerate people who treat their patience like s*** specially when they are pregnant.

I used this lab back in December 2020 and they lost my sample. I never got any results back. Then I went again for important lab work I needed done two days apart. So I went thursday and chose the option for waiting in my car and for them to text me when they were ready for me. After waiting in my car for an hour I went and asked if they skipped me. They informed me then that the texting does not work and they called me a long time ago. I guess they couldn’t have put up a sign that said that bc I did not have time to be waiting like that all day. So I went back in saturday for the second round of blood work I needed and they said the coding was wrong on my order and I asked them to check what they did two days ago. And she triple checked the system and there was no record of me even being there Thursday. I will definitely never be using them ever again.

Great personality, loved atmosphere, lots of patience, diligent. Doesnt hurt. Smooth pinchers.

Been here several times.... Sometimes a bit slow, but they are very friendly. So I dont mind. Its clean and their polite.

This is the slowest place every. States to sign in and they will text you when ready told 45 min wait. 2 1/2 hours later still not done! They need a better system!!

Kendra at Quest is a nightmare and terribly represents this company. She was offensive and judgmental to my 2 year old. The interior was filthy from the sign in tablet down to the chairs and walls. Completely unprofessional. Those with kids beware. Avoid this place like the plague.

I was very pleased with my experience here. The staff was very quick and friendly. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very precise. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Went to this location for first time this am and had a terrific experience! I will make an appointment next time to save on the wait time. But it was worth the wait ...the staff was very friendly and very experienced. One stick and I was on my way. Great job !!!

Im deathly afraid of needles, I hate them, but Ms. Kendra took THE BEST care of me and drew my blood with such ease and comfort I barely felt a thing. She was awesome and super understanding. She made the experience a full 10/10 for me. Thank you again Ms. Kendra, if I ever need blood work done again I know who to call and where to go!

I do not recommend this lab. Rude worker and they obviously can’t calculate your age from your birthdate. 🙄 I will not use this lab again!

The first time I ever had someone say my pee from my body was not temperature tried to make me stay hours to retake.. i left went to this other place for another test for a different job and what do you know not a issue passed with flying colors. The lady tried to say there cups cant be faulty well Im proof they are.

Worst experience with a lab ever. Can hear the party in the back from the waiting room but there is no one to answer questions or even greet you. If I could give a negative star rating this would be a negative 5 star experience.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and the staff are always very nice and professional. I always make an appointment so i don’t have to wait for long. In and out in 5 minutes usually. I would definitely recommend!

Just left there for a blood draw. The process was quick. My dr will have the results tomorrow. The nurse was very kind. I will be back. She also confirmed all costs and insurance coverage when I asked.

Dont ever fax anything to this place ! Had to wait about an hour and they couldnt find my paper work that was faxed over to them twice. Waisted time waiting and nothing accomplished !

My daughter has to have labs drawn pretty regularly and they have been drawing labs from her for probably 5 years. We dont get labs drawn anywhere else unless we have to. Wonderful staff! They are very patient with my daughter.

EXPENSIVE! They charged me $1279.20 for a simple blood test while Huguley lab charges $200. When I checked prices for other tests my doctor recommended, they were always 3-4 times more expensive. I would strongly discourage from using Quest Diagnostics! Service was not great, but for the price, they should have way more to offer than just not too bad. They were indifferent on the phone, didnt acknowledge that price is high (were not surprised by the numbers at all, seems Im not the first one to tell them that), didnt offer any suggestions or solutions, no price match or discounts.

I would rate a big fat ZERO if I could! Arrived to a waiting room full at 8:20 am. No body at the front desk, Im writing this review as I sit and wait for a member of the staff show themselves and at least acknowledge us. Been waiting 15 minutes so far. This is unacceptable business practice. Other reviewers have had same experience in the past too. I would like to know why management is not doing something to improve customer experience...

Went to this place to have my health screening for my employer. I had made an appointment online, had the email to verify my appointment and when I got there, there was a waiting room full of people, no one at the front desk, and a kiosk there. I placed my name in the kiosk and was trying to find where it said I had an appointment, it wanted me to scan something. I didnt have anything to scan and no one to ask. I thought, well, I have a time, they should see my name and connect the dots. An hour after my scheduled appointment time came and went, I finally saw someone and said that I had a 9 oclock appointment and its after 10. I waited again and when she finally got me back, she said that they had already gotten the 9 oclock back. I said obviously not. I showed her the email to show my appointment time and she had the nerve to say I did it wrong. Excuse me? Then had the nerve to tell me I had a 4 dollar balance and would have to pay it now before they drew my labs. Horrible service and rude employees. They obviously care more about the bottom line than hiring additional help.

Took my first test and accidentally flushed.. So of course, I had to take another. I waited for her to call on me. She never did. So when she came back out I told the lady (Laura) I was ready she said Okay Ill call you next. Being pregnant I had to go terribly bad. When she came back out she called someone elses name. Then 10 minutes later came back to call me. She was rude and I had a horrible experience. This location changed my mind about Quest Diagnostics.

You cannot call these people. I sat listening to an automated messaging service for 10 mins before it gave me an option to talk to some one then I got a long drawn out voicemail to leave a message. Ridiculous.

Staff is so incompetent, schedule a health SCREENING a week prior to my appointment, get an email from quest confirming everything. When i arrive the only moron there says Im not in the computer and that is my fault that I didnt put my information in right. The B**** is lazy and doesnt know how to work a computer. Better off going ANY WHERE ELSE

This place is horrible, they refuse to answer any phone what so ever. Theres a tablet to check in on because nobody sits up front to answer any questions. Waited 30 mins to be told oh sorry, we dont do drug screening for another hour , youll have to wait again even though nobody else was waiting.

I have never been to an establishment and had this bad of an experience. The staff is rude. The wait time is excessive. There was hardly ever an employee at the front desk. The hours are different for drug/blood so make sure you call because it doesnt say on here. If it was not for this place being appointed to me i would easily go somewhere else. This place does not deserve anyones time or money because they definitely dont appreciate it.

Ashley was the best. She was done taking my blood in a flash and I have a terrible anxiety issue when it comes to somebody wanting to draw blood. Wish everybody was like her.

Yes, sometimes you can go and have a good experience and get out quickly, and other times it’s a pain to have to wait to be recognized. There has to be a reason behind this. They are good at what they do, but need training in social public.

Seriously? I dont know why this location is open at all. There is usually one person working there, they don’t answer the phone. They falsified test results my doctor got urine results for me when they didn’t take urine from me, I guess they forgot and decided instead of calling the patient they just “borrowed” someone elses... pretty sure that’s illegal....you wait forever regardless of whether there’s one person ahead of you or three....

Horrible. You can not talk to anyone on the phone. No one answers. Doctors office says they sent an order yet they have said they havent got it since last Thursday it is now Tuesday. But you have to go get in line and wait to have a person tell you the order isnt there. You cant even call and check before you waste gas and time going there.

I hate getting blood drawn because my veins are very small and people almost always have problems drawing from me. They end up pricking and acting like Im the one with the problem.I went to this location with the same negative attitude, expecting to be treated the same. However, the phlebotomist, I believe her name was Shameika, was very nice and made me feel comfortable. She drew my blood on the very first try and it didnt hurt. Since I always look away, I didnt even know the vials were getting filled until she told me I was finished. That might have been the easiest draw Ive ever had.The rest of the staff was nice as well. I will return here the next time I need my blood drawn.

I went in for a pre-employment drug screen. I had a 10:30 appointment and I got there early and I was in and it of there before my scheduled appointment time.

They are very friendly and it is an easy process.

The staff is very rude and extremely inconsiderate other that patients.I showed up a half hour before closing(as the phone location service said for my pre-employment UA) and the individual that came to the counter 20min later very rudely asked what YOU want? I indicated what I needed. She interrupted me with NO, we dont do them after 4pm and when I mentioned the phone message she said it was wrong.

I dont know whats up with all of these bad reviews, but I went in today to get some routine labs drawn and I have to say that my experience, from the customer service to the actual procedure, was great.
