Unlike Quest, Labcorp requires one to actually print out the paperwork for testing so thats quite inconvenient, especially if you dont have a printer.However, Megan - the tech that assisted me today - more than made up for that draw back with her personable professionalism. Thank you, Megan πŸ™‚

I always use Burleson Labcorp because its convenient, and I get in quickly. I love the technician, Megan, who is so friendly. She is the best at drawing blood. It never hurts, and there are no visible marks left. I wish all technicians could do as good job as she does! Gloria

Needed lab work and to drop off a specimen. Online scheduling very easy. Meghan took me back and got me registered. The blood work from one doctor was in, but not for the C&S. This was my fourth specimen.Meghan went over and above. She was right, the other doctor sent it to Quest. Told her my first experience with downtown FW Labcorp just to drop off a specimen, was time consuming, and terrible customer service. Then there was a comment on a partial result apparently for the doctor to clarify and he never saw it. Specimens are time sensitive.So I sent two specimens to Quest, same issue about the results, only bigger issues, including data entry and insurance errors. So this one being my fourth specimen, I was a bit frustrated. Meghan stayed professional and willing to put it in the refrigerator while I went to my car to contact my doctor, who was closed for lunch. Lots of communication and clarification. She gave me contact info for this issue and how to obtain my results. Once I contacted the doctor, I went back in to let them know they would be faxing the order in. Meghan later called to confirm they received the order from the doctor, as promised.The only reason I gave it a four star is this. I did not know they closed for lunch (my bad), from 12-1:00. Could not find the lab, not the reason for a lessor star, just maybe preventing someone else making the same mistake. Went into two buildings. The second one had a directory, with Labcorp on it, the suite number, but there were not in that building. A women came in and said, no, they are all the way at the end. I still got there during their lunch break. I waited in my car till 1. I went to the door and it was locked. I checked twice. Stood around, looked inside and saw a worker at her desk. I purposely stood by the window so they could see I was waiting.A gentleman came up, we said hi, I let him know they were still closed for lunch. He checked BOTH doors. I didnt hear them unlock the door, and I would think common courtesy they would open the door for us, letting us know they were now back. I later wondered if they could unlock it digitally from the desk.This was probably only a matter of minutes, (not more than ten, idk), but when your not feeling well, getting lost, then having four attempts for the same issue, delaying treatment, it all adds up. I will gladly use their services again.

I have used them three times and its a super quick and painless visit. I suggest making an appt and checking in online as soon as you arrive. Very friendly also! Appreciated ❀️

I just had my blood drawn by a young lady named Megan she was so wonderful I was nervous about my about having my blood taken she was helpful understanding and very very wonderful I just want to let you all know Megan is great.

So I do not know why this place gets all these bad reviews?! I showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment (yes I made an appointment online (same day)). I went back to my car to wait and within 10 minutes I was called in. Once I got into the room to draw blood the wonderful tech pointed out that my paperwork from my doctor was for Quest and I was at Labcorp! I thought for sure I was going to have to leave and go to quest and do the process all over again.. Nope! She called my doctor and asked them to change the order to Labcorp. Within 10 minutes the order was there. Next, she drew blood and after 5 more minutes I was on my way home.Very professional and cared enough to help me get it done there instead of simply saying I was in wrong place and ushering me out the door.Thank you to the tech that took the time to help me get my lab work done and get me on my way!!

Scheduled my 3 hour Glucose test online. I live 30 minutes away and rearranged my whole day with work and 5 kids to be able to have this done. I arrive, check in, and get called back. Thats when they ask me if Im there for my 1 hour or 3 hour test. I told them 3 hour and they tell me they cant see me for 2 more hours....I tell them I am 29 weeks pregnant and have already been fasting for over 12 hours. Sorry, Hun was their response. First, dont call me Hun, its extremely disrespectful and condescending. Second, why was I able to schedule an appointment and check in if I couldnt be seen? I asked them why there was no information online regarding scheduling conflicts for 3 hour glucose tests....they couldnt provide me with an answer just a card that has their hours on it. How is that supposed to help me?This is the second time I have gone in for labs in 2 weeks and have been turned away for no reason or any help. The first was when I needed a urine collection jug for 24 hour urine collection to test for Preeclampsia. They told me they were out of the jugs and couldnt provide me with any alternative. Needless to say, I will NEVER be returning here.

These guys are condescending and poorly organized. They sent my pregnant wife away twice. One of the times they sent her away because her glucose test would impact their lunch hours (really?). She scheduled it online and it said nothing about not being able to do a 3 HR glucose test. Great job treating a pregnant women with a condescending attitude and making her drive 30 minutes! You guys are horrible!

Sweet staff but had to wait over an hour with my fasting 4 year old. Only one staff member working from 8:00-9:10am with a hot waiting room of at least 12 fussy people. My daughter actually acted better than most of them. Elderly folks trying to figure out the self-serve check-in kiosk while the only employee took care of everyone for 70 mins. NOT PLEASANT.

I went there today early 7:50. At 8 oclock I checked in using the kiosk and it took me about a long 4 minutes I guess. And this was my actual waiting time there. After I wanted to sit down, I got already called in. So no waiting time at all and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Plan to spend at least 1-2 hours of your day. Very slow everytime I come to this location. Its so crowded in the waiting area. Hate it here but I need to have it done.

Friendly, but unfortunately phlebotomistMust be new.This is the first time any person has had me in excruciating pain while drawing blood.She didn’t verify my name nor the doctor, she didn’t lable the tubes while I was there. Not to mention she made me wait while she finished her conversation
