I most importantly really appreciate their hours of operation. I called and got an appointment same day for 6pm which was literally perfect because I work an 8-5 job. The lady (I believe her name was Amber) did a great job on focusing on exactly what I needed done. My only complaint is I wish the massage itself was a full hour and not 50min.

I had a great prenatal massage with Precious! I was 36 weeks pregnant when I go my massage and its exactly what I needed. Precious was kind and accommodating to make me as comfortable as possible. This was by far the best massage and experience Ive had! I slept like a baby that night! Definitely will be scheduling another after the baby gets here! :)

Been coming here for a while and its always been a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is nice and the employees are so pleasant and helpful! Today was the first time I got Jennifer, also her first day at H&SM and she was absolutely awesome! Perfect pressure and took very good care of me! Highly recommend her!

This was probably the worst massage Ive ever had. Didnt even target the areas I asked her to, and walked out in more pain. I felt pressure to say nice things when checking out bc there is 3 or more workers up front and clients. Plus I dont like being pressured to buy a membership. I usually have a massage therapist I go to but she was out of town and I had a bad flare up that couldnt wait. Also, the sheets were scratchy the bed wasnt soft, too cold and music was too loud and obnoxious. So glad to go back to my regular girl. Waste of money.

I had a wonderful first time massage with Kaylie. She was very nice, perfect pressure and left me feeling very relaxed. The rest of the staff was very professional and friendly as well. Definitely worth a visit!!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. My experiences there have all been top notch. They work with my schedule and try to accommodate any needs I may have during my appointments. I also appreciate how clean the facilities are! Definitely recommend this branch to anyone interested in facials or massages.

This place is amazing. I had a deep touch massage by Taylor. She was great! I got exactly what i was needing. She asked me questions before we began about my specific needs. She adjusted the pressure if i needed her to. It was so wonderful from start to finish. Even the people at the front desk were great. I will definitely be going back!

This place is just rude and nosey.The Asian massage parlors are 100 times better, they dont try to make you join a club or ask all your personal information either.Not to mention the price is better.I will never go here again.It says walk-ins are welcome but really they arent.I wouldnt even have went a second time if someone hadnt bought me a gift card.

Rachel has done my previous massages and she is great!However, cancelling is a pain. I needed to cancel my membership and still have one unused credit. I have to pay another month in order to cancel OR they can use my unused credit for a cancellation fee and I have no credit for anything. So money down the drain in that case. Last visit was ridiculous as I got a massage and facial as well. I told the lady that I did not want to pay anything extra but apparently proceeded to some mask that I found out was an upcharge upon checking out. Luckily they were helpful and undid that charge.My mom had credit to use as well since we got her a 3 month membership for her birthday and of course during the pandemic last year she was unable to get out to use it. FAILED to let us know upon gifting this that she had only 90 days to use it. I had called prior to making our appointments to verify her membership and that she was still okay to use. At checkout they said she owed money. That was a complete hassle trying to get that resolved. The staff was beyond rude during this trip and never very friendly the times I have been in previously.

Do NOT do business with them. They will charge you even after you cancel. They have taken hundreds of dollars out of my bank account and refuse to give a refund, even though I was told they made a mistake and offered a full refund. Months later still no refund, and now they refuse to. They have the worst customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Everytime I book a service the day of, they call to cancel. No notice, but they want me to give notice when I cant make it. It would have been alright if they had to cancel once, but everytime, thats bad service.

Don’t get the subscribtion they close you on after your first massage. I said yes to be polite because the sales lady almost had a panic attack asking me to do it, and i figured id live around the area to go do it. on an emergency, i had to move out of town so i called to cancel but was redirected to a retention agent that did not care, because “you have to give a 30 day cancellation notice to not be billed” which is ridiculous because this is just a massage place, not a credit union, very bad business and you should avoid it if they are this needy for money and care so little about return business. The retention agent was probably also a manager, her name is Skyler

It was okay. The staff seems a bit juvenile. I needed a deep tissue massage but the only staff they had available for that is an, which my husband will not allow. So I got a therapist who did light to medium massage. It wasnt too bad for the price but they forgot that I asked for an add on...oops refunded me and didnt get the service. I do like that they carry dermalogica products. They are amazing. Ill give them one more try, as I did purchase the membership at a discount.

This place is very clean, front desk is nice and the reminders of your appointment are awesome. The membership is the way to go or you will pay too much. Therapist Miranda is amazing, kind and a true believer in positive thinking. Therapist Sylvasta is the best medical massage I have ever had, if you need help or pain relief he can help. What I dont like is that they stop short of an hour so you are not actually getting the whole hour massage more like 45 minutes and even with the membership 59.00.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. We set up our monthly massage and the staff is extremely welcoming and they make you feel valued and satisfied.

In the room I got my massage done floor was very dirty. The massage therapist hands were very cold. The room was very cold. The front desk receptionist had dandruff all over her shirt and head. Short staffed or unorganized not sure... the experience was terrible!

My experience as this Spa was amazing! It was my first time coming to this spa. I got an hour long Swedish massage and a peppermint oil scalp massage. If you dont want anything else done, I highly recommend coming in for just that scalp massage!My therapist was amazing! I am a bit of a chatty person, and she did not seem to mind, it felt like I was talking with an old friend. I will definitely be back for more massage sessions and services.

Unfortunately I have not received any services yet but have had 2 bad experiences thus far this week. I walked in earlier this week to schedule a hair removal appointment. The young lady at the front desk was less than impressed to see me...in other words, I had to speak to her first. I have been a member a Hiatus Spa in Ft Worth, but after getting so many flyers from H & S and since they are right here in Burleson, I thought Id give them a try. Prior to leaving, I did make a hair removal appt for me and massage and facial appointment for my husband and myself hoping that we would love it and I could start going there regularly. Unfortunately I called today prior to confirming my Saturday appt to question the process of the hair removal since I saw that wax was not used. The call was worse than when I walked in. The person who answered the phone couldnt answer my question which was fine. They put me on hold only to come back and tell me that what they do is less painful than waxing. I asked for a manager in more ways than one and she finally got me a manager who was very helpful and apologetic for my experiences thus far. I am debating if I will give them a try or not. Customer Service is very important to me and this is something that they seem to be lacking in training at this location.

The service is great but its a HUGE HASSLE to cancel your membership. I am diabetic. When the pandemic hit I wanted to cancel. You can only talk to one person in the whole place to cancel and have to call when theyre there. After much back & forth and convincing me to not cancel we placed a hold on my account for 3 months. I know I called after a couple of months and told them I wanted to cancel (again, the same hassle). The account was not canceled and I got charged after the 3 months was up. I called again (more phone tag with someone else) and now Im told they will not refund me and that I would have had to pay an extra month regardless and have 90 days to use it. Again, I am diabetic --- this is not an option for me right now. I loved the massages but the hassle I have had to go through to cancel my membership is not worth it. To add insult to injury, I have not been there since April. I was billed in March, and as mentioned above, tried to cancel but was convinced to place a hold on my account, and now have to pay for July. They now have collected $120 in fees that they did not provide services for. Not cool.

I was able to get a last minute appointment and I was super happy with my massage. The receptionists were very nice and polite. I also liked their options for massage upgrades and products they carry for purchase. My only complaint is I paid $10 for an aromatherapy upgrade and I did not smell any lavender throughout my massage. I’m pretty sure it was forgotten about. I would definitely come here again but not pay for upgrades if I’m not going to get them.

Went in for a facial, regular one with extractions.Basically all I got is a face “massage “. She extracted maybe 3 things. I got home and my face looked the same as before.Waste of money.

Booked an online massage. My credit card was charged. When I got to my appointment the Therapist did not show up. The staff did not know how to credit my card back the amount owed. They do not seem to understand their credit card systems or web site bookings. Still waiting on my credit. Very dissatisfied with this location and staff.12/23/18It’s now been 5 days and I still have not been issued a credit.

I went for a 60 minute massage, but it was only a 50 minute massage. I was a little disappointing my time was cut short! My appointment was at 1:00. I got called back at 1:02 and I was getting dressed at 1:55.

I got my first dermalinfusion treatment done yesterday by the Esthetician Lindsey. She is wonderful! She takes the time to explain everything to you. She also gives a wonderful facial massage! I also saw Claudia 2 days before my facial, and let me say, she is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! I was so impressed by Claudia that I had my husband come and see her 2 days later . He then signed up for the monthly membership because Claudia did such an amazing job! Wish I could give this place 10 stars!! Oh yeah, the front desk guys are wonderful too! I will send everyone I know to this location in Burleson!

I took my mother here for a facial and both of us ledt glowing and completely relaxed. I have had 3 facials in past and none of them with the attenrion given this visit. Both myself and my mom from out of state will be going back.

Stopped by on my lunch w/o an appt. to see if I could get my eyebrows waxed. The woman who does the waxing was not in but they called her in for me. I really appreciated them working with me. The place is really clean, smells good (i know weird but it relaxed me lol) and I was comfortable the whole time. I dont remember the woman who waxed my eyebrows name (Im horrible with names) she did a nice clean job. I would definitely like to go back sometime and would recommend this place to my family. But in the future I would make an appt first lol.
