When I called this salon, I was given two different names and phone numbers for the services I was seeking. I am long time extensions kinda gal, and was looking for someone to work around them with color and highlights. Dani was the color specialist who called me back and boy did I strike gold with her!!!!Dani carefully listened to what I wanted and what I thought would work best for me, she asked questions and proceeded with send me pictures of your hair so that I may not only make the connection, but properly quote you and offer advice as applicable. Dani continued to ask more questions and then came the ah-ha moment when she offered advice. Dani is not in this profession to rise above and make extra money off of anyone. Shes a professional and takes true pride in the quality of work she delivers. More importantly, she wants her customers leaving happy and staying happy for the long haul. I have fine hair and at the time had a lot of damage, but I wanted highlights to assist with masking gray hair. Dani did not recommend that once she saw and felt my hair and guided me down another direction that Im VERY happy with. She didnt tell me I couldnt have those highlights and instead said lets give your hair a break and let it heal; when its stronger, well revisit your desire for highlights and see how you feel. I mean who doesnt want that type of professional hair colorist in their life?? Thanks to Dani, my hair is healing and feeling healthier each day, all while I have a nice ashy-blonde ombre with my extensions. I DONT want highlights anymore nor do I feel I need them because of Dani and the expertise she offered. If youre struggling to find someone to do your color, look no further because you too can strike gold with Dani.

Shimmy did an amazing job with my hair. Beautiful color, flattering hair cut, and styled beautifully. My hair feels and looks so soft & healthy. I will always use Shimmy. She is very talented and has an amazing personality.

Miranda is so sweet. She does excellent work. The color on my hair works for me and I get plenty of compliments from people who think it is natural. I loved the style she did for my mom in a special day for my family. I think this is the most lovely style I have seen on my mom .

Feb. 12th I had my hair cut and died by Dani. I have been trying to get ashy blonde hair since I was 17, and every single time I leave with brassy hair. I went in with the brassiest hair of my life, and told Dani that I had realistic expectations of leaving with slightly less yellow hair. After I sent her pictures of my hair, and of what I wanted, she insisted she could make it happen. When I showed up to her salon, she was excited to get to work, and immediately began putting the most foils in my hair Ive ever had in my life. She left my hair to process, then shampooed, conditioned and toned my hair. When she got out her blowdryer, I was floored as I saw she had done what everyone else had shown me was a likely impossibility. Im so glad to have found someone capable and willing to do exactly what I was hoping she would. And at a completely reasonable price, especially for the amount of work she was willing to put in to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Dani!!! Looking forward to coming back!

I saw Amanda and she did an AMAZING job on my hair!

Today my stylist refused to wear her mask over her nose. I asked several times and she never made an effort to cover her nose and wear the mask properly. Unprofessional. No consideration of health of client and Covid safety precautions. Also, is paranoid about salon owner auto drafting her rent from bank account on basis that if salon closes again they would take her rent out even if she’s not there. I told her that’s not true and illegal (because I know that she can stop an auto draft with her bank.) She tells me I’m arguing with her and she still wasn’t wearing the mask properly covering her nose. I told her I was done and getting a new stylist and promptly left. I will not do business with someone who is unwilling to comply with the wearing a mask mandate because this is a person who doesn’t care about my health and safety or her own, apparently. Lost my business and my daughter’s. Found new stylist at a different salon same afternoon who is happy to comply and keep me safe and avoid fines for non-compliance like a professional should behave.

Was recently referred to Ashley Vincent at Legacy! I’ve always had such a hard time finding hair stylists. I think I found my match. I absolutely love my hair. Highly recommend her for hair, make up and spray tans!!

Had an appointment with Miranda today for a hair trim and face frame and she turned my hair from dull and lifeless to full and healthy. My hair feels so much better and looks much more healthier. I was skeptical about going to another hair salon after my last haircut in Waco because it didnt look very nice but Im very glad I came here. Legacy Salon is so nice and the stylists have their own rooms that provide the patron with a relaxing atmosphere away from the receptionist taking phone calls and customers coming in and out. I was referred to Ashley Vincent and she immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to listen to my hair needs and offered pictures and suggestions to help me decide. I am very pleased with my hair and enjoy Ashleys bubbly personality. I highly recommend her for all your hair needs.

I dont know about their service but I went in wanting to get my mom a facial and mmessage for her bday. I told them the day and treatments I wanted and was told to purchase that day and call and set up appointments. After I made my purchase they told me they didnt have a masseuse that week so I had to go somewhere else. They wouldnt give me my money back so now Im out $150. Even though I wouldnt have made the purchase if they hadnt told me they had all treatments available.

I went there about a month ago. Every time I asked for something simple nail tech would tell me this and that was an extra charge. Then when I left my cuticles were sore and remained sore for an entire week. Not to mention my nail was bleeding and then the owner was looking thinking that was going to give tip when my nails were throbbing. He thought wrong!

Rude staff! Took my daughter in and almost all of her nails didnt get polished all the way. So I had them touch them up before we left, not 30 minutes later the polish was peeling off whole on some of the nails, and others were chipping. Took her back in, for them to get fixed for the third time, and the lady was so rude again, and would only touch up one nail. Also when her nails were first being done the nail technician cut my daughter underneath her fingernail with her own nail! We came with friends and within an hour her granddaughter had lost the paint off of 8 of her nails! My pedi wasnt very impressive either, the bottom of my feet looked the same as when I came in. I basically paid for nothing! Will never come back again!

Extemely unprofessional staff member. Bought Groupon and had apt. with Deena for facial. I am not familiar w/Burleson and had trouble finding the location. I pulled up a google map before I left my home. I arrived in parking lot at exactly 3pm but ended up circling around shops as I could not find Legacy. When I arrived, I was 15 minutes late, I explained that I could not find the place and that I went in a Nail Salon, Ulta, and Panda Express to ask for the location of where they were located. When I walked in; Deena was so angry and was extremely rude to me. I felt she was extremely unprofessional. I showed her my google map and said that I just had so much trouble finding the location since they are located behind the shopping center. (I kept circling around looking). I was told that I was a first - that someone could not find the place. I will never go back.
