I had some questions about getting contacts lens, and they were very patient while they explained it to me. The lady working there wasn’t very much help, and didn’t know anything about it at all but she was still polite. The guy who was there had to step in and explain things, but I am very satisfied with the customer service.

My glasses are extremely important as I have so much trouble seeing without them, especially when I travel at night.I called Burleson Walmart Vision Center with questions regarding the 12 month warranty that came with my glasses. The warranty was expiring and I didnt want to miss out.Stetson went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer.He was so kind and understanding of my concerns and even took the time to look me up in the system and explain everything to me.Cleburne Walmart Vision Center on the other hand is a different story. The woman I spoke with was not very friendly. She was short with me and said I wouldnt qualify if my glasses were scratched by improper cleaning and I would just have to bring them in. Which would have been a wasted trip because my prescription had expired. Something I wasnt aware of and that would have taken her two minutes to look up had she been willing to take the time.So thank you Stetson for going out of your way. For your help in making me feel important and valued.Burleson Walmart Vision Center definitely has my business and I cant wait to go and pick out my new glasses!

The ladies who work in the center were very sweet! They laughter with me when trying on chunky frames. I have a small face so It was fun. They keep It very professional and also kept up with the sanitation guild lines due to Covid. I found my glasses and got my contacts ordered in a good 20 minutes. The Doctor who did my exam was very sweet. He really listened to my concerns and worries. He took he’s time but didn’t make It into a all day affair. All around a very good experience for myself.

The girls in the vision center are top notch. Kay and Vicki B. The eye doctor is a major disappointment. Went in for a eye exam and new prescription. Took the Dr at his word he was doing things correctly. Ordered new glasses. Had issues with focusing clearly. Went back in and Dr check my eyes again. Received new prescription and ordered another new set of glasses. Still had issues. Dr told me to give my eyes time to adjust. That was 3 months now and still having issues. First appointment seemed rushed and second appointment for reexamination even more rushed as if I was a bother. I dont feel I got the proper exam I paid for nor the professionalism I should of. Definitely would NOT recommend his services.

The vision center is really good. But the eye Doctor gets my prescription messed up every time. Going to a new Doc this time.

Vicki in the Vision Center is the best! She makes you feel comfortable and very welcome. I recommend Walmart Vision Center to everyone.
