Dr. Seabert is wonderful. Now, the staff frequently turns over. Not a high retention rate. Which, no problem, until the communication ball gets dropped. I scheduled an appointment for a day and time and the lady at the front stated the called me and told me my appointment had be rescheduled. I received no phone call, no text, nothing. The lady at the front, Julie, did not apologize, all she could say was, “ I opted out of texts” then when they tried to text me after I showed them my text log from them confirming the appointment date and time I had,they realized their text was never ever sent. This is just not okay. Disrespectful of peoples time when I have moved my whole day around for what they gave me as an appointment time. Just apologize, even if it’s not your fault ( which is was) and then make it right. I did get to see the doctor that day, just later. But you know, I had to move my schedule to accommodate. Two stars because I love the doctor.

I had a semi emergent situation and they worked it out so I could come in immediately and took great care to fix me up and send me on my way. Appreciative to the receptionist who answered by call, the woman who started my visit and the doctor! Very kind office of people!

Staff is professional and friendly. Everything is sanitized. Everyone wears masks. Equipment is state of the art. Eyewear is fashionable and affordable. Dr. Seabert is very thorough and took time to truly explain what he observed with my eyes. A really great experience.

Family of four that have been going to Dr. Seabert for the last couple of years. I really like him as he takes his time and explains things. The staff is friendly and helpful....BUT every time we went it seemed to be something that we were trying to be sold. I felt like I was being hustled. After my first exam I was going to check out and the assistant had bagged almost $400 worth of vitamins. Just an example...each visit was like this. Sometimes its services you dont really know if you truIy need. I usually dont post reviews but for those who are searching for a new eye doctor be aware. You better have deep pockets for this one. We have found a new optometrist and will no longer use Dr. Seabert.

Very happy with my experience at Seabert Eye Care. Dr. Seabert took the time to discuss both my prescription and overall eye health. Amber, my optician, worked with me to find the right frames and lenses. The order was fast and the glasses were right the first time. You can’t get any better than that. The costs were also competitive compared to other boutiques.

Friendly staff, very efficient. Great help choosing my frames and worked to help me find the best deal. Dr. Seabert was very thorough in his examination and answered all of my questions without making me feel that I was taking too much time.

First time patient. Way too many pre appointment notifications like 5! Staff especially Carly was extremely friendly and we each made each other laugh. While waiting in the exam for Dr. Sea light went out and thought the movie was starting! LoL. Little mix up on invoicing took 2 trips back in person to get it straight. Maybe simplify it a tad? While the whole exam was very informative and comprehensive, the upsale was a bit much with my glasses. I guess prices have skyrocketed significantly during my last visit to an Optician. Also the initial appointment process was disappointing as I was told I had to have a referral from my primary physician just for get a new pair of glasses. First call was given following week date (21st)then the next day was told Id have to wait a month and half (mid June) for any appointment as I needed a referral? Which my doctor sent next day. So I requested to be put on waiting list. Less than a week later I got an appointment for the following week (4/28). Carley, Ashley and Julie all exhibited excellent customer service skills and were all were friendly and patience with my endless questions. If not for few hiccups I would have given 5 stars, however I feel there is always room for overall improvements.

It was a great experience, and tue doctor was very efficient and patient in explaining the details of my visit. Everyone who worked there was also very nice.

I was very impressed throughout my visit. Every staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. They have the newest and best diagnostic equipment that come with an additional fee. However, they did offer other options that would not incur any additional cost. Having options is always a good thing. I will certainly return.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Seabert for approx 10 years. I now drive from another town to see him. The office has always been kind, professional and personable. Dr Seabert is thorough and has helped me find glasses and hybrid contact lenses to meet my changing vision. Seabert eye care has a beautiful new location and building with all the most recent technology. 100% recommend him and his staff. I tried to change eye doctors when I moved...no one could meet the standard of care he offers.

Was also double charged. A service was billed to my insurance and was rejected for being over reasonable and customary. My insurance told me it was illegal to charge back the customers after they rejected payment but it looks like that practice is common here. Also was only given the most expensive options for contacts and glasses and was told that I would have to schedule another exam with the doctor to go over less expensive contact choices. So another fee. They also push overpriced vitamins. The same ones they want 35 for are 9 on amazon. The doctor would never return my calls to discuss less expensive contact options. 85 month for daily wear contacts. Dang. There are cheaper versions but this clinic doesn’t suggest them

I LOVE this place! I have a hefty prescription so my contact lenses are rather expensive. After expressing that I was really concerned about cost they not only went through every charge in detail, but realized that my vision fell into the medically necessary category. They spoke to my insurance company for me and everything was free. I cried right there in the exam room. I cant thank them enough for their help and always greeting me like Im theyre favorite patient.

Organized, professional people at Seabert Eye Care. I wanted someone who would care for eyes through the long haul and I think this clinic fits perfectly. The staff is knowledgeable and Dr. Seabert seemed very nice and willing to care for my eyes like I do. He recommended supplements to protect my eyesight. I really thought that was above and beyond.

My first visit was because of eye pain, but after a thorough exam, he assured me there was no disease or injury.I have since been back for my routine eye exam and new glasses (which I love). You will not be disappointed with the care and helpfulness of Dr. Seabert and his staff.

Very great thorough exam from the staff and doctor. Highly recommend, kid friendly with my 3 yr old there. Last Tuesday was my first experience at this office. It exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly. The Dr. and his assistant made sure all my needs were met. I had no wait upon arrival, and I was out of the office with my new glasses ordered, and trial contacts within an hour. Highly recommend l. I will definitely be a return patient.

Easily the best place Ive been for glasses. I have a big head and its hard for me to find glasses sometimes but when I went to Seabert, they had many options in my style and size. I have no idea how they keep such a good selection with fewer frames than the bigger stores.Not only did they have many options, the frames were nearly half the price of other places.As if that isnt enough to make you go here, Keishas service was truly above and beyond. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and even took the glasses to my wife in the parking lot because my daughters were sleeping and my wife wanted to avoid waking them to go inside. She even gave my daughters some candy!Ive never experienced service like this. I will definitely be back.

I love it there. I just had a hard time getting the prescription filled. Had to call 3 times and go there twice. Will not keep me from returning.

Your sprinklers were running during the day (1:14pm to be exact)🤬. We have MANDATORY water restrictions still in place. You have the RIGHT day.....not ths right time. No watering from 10 am to 6pm.

Seabert double dips. He charges for a refraction test when it is covered by the insurance. After doing this a couple times, we figured out he was violating insurance contract after we spoke to the insurance company. He actually came out himself and charged us for the test. What doctor does that? No amount of friendliness or niceties make up for fraud. Seabert should be investigated. In reply to the response: We were charged for the refraction test on two visits. The second time, we realized this is obviously a covered item but no amount of reasoning stopped Dr. Seabert from charging us. At every medical clinic we’ve ever been to, the billing staff does the billing and the doctor doesn’t have anything to do with it. We called our insurance and they communicated that there was very little chance the doctor could not have known a refraction test is fully covered. The staff refunded the charge the next day after a phone call and a trip back but were not friendly, did not apologize or offer an explanation at any time. They did not offer to refund the previous visit’s charge and we didn’t request it. Who is pocketing the extra money is my next question and how long does the doctor think he will get away with it? If this is done to 100 or 1000 customers, that is a lot of unaccounted for money. And even if a mistake was realized, was it ever made right unless the customer realized it and caught it? Hopefully, other customers will know their plans and terms better than we did and refuse fake charges. We now go somewhere who never charges for covered items.

Really had an awesome experience there my first time! A lot of eye doctors treat you like a number but I felt like Dr. Seabert and his staff genuinely cared about me and my eye health. I would highly recommend this place and their amazing Dr. and team!!

They fast talked their way into billing me 60.00 extra for an exam by making it seem it was a standard exam and needed. I told them time and time again just a basic exam and yet they did this. They also changed 25.00 new patient fee and billed me 30.00 more than my copay. When I asked why I was told Ill see what those charges are. Well You cant just charge what you want when the copay is set. They also never called back. I filed a complaint with my insurance who is investigating on my behalf. The staff is beyond rude and they are scam artists. I recommend anywhere but here.

Had to go back for follow up contact lens prescription (according to them by requirement of law, but no other eye doc has made me do that). They wouldnt release it without going back. Waited 15 and minutes 40 past my appointment times. Insisted on dilating my eyes or charging extra for a special machine. Absolutely no concern for timeliness.The doctor is friendly and will answer your questions with knowledgeable answers.

This place was awesome they have new technology that I havent seen before thats included with your eye exam. The doctor was really thorough, especially because I am a diabetic it makes a difference in catching eye problems early on. I will continue to use this place for as long as the doctor and his awesome staff are there.

I was not happy with my experience this time. I want to start by saying they had just moved into a new building which is part of the delay I had. My appointment was at 3:30 and I wasnt seen till little to 5:00. The exam was good and the Dr Is very knowledgeable. The person that helped me with my glasses was nice as well. However it’s been 15 days and I still don’t have my glasses. I was not very impressed with the selection or the prices either. I am writing this review in hopes that it helps to improve them. I dont want to go somewhere else but I will. I will give it one more go next year.

The optometrist was very professional and exhibited genuine care for his patient. He did not make you feel like a number or just another patient. The assistant was very friendly and caring also.

Dr. Seabert and his staff have always taken such great care of my family and I. They have patience and kindness with my children, and corrected the bad lens prescriptions my girls received from another eye doctor. They truly care about you and make sure you are taken care of.

Great experience at Seabert Eyecare, got my new frame and lenses in and wore them for about 3 weeks and had issues. Went back in and they found out that factory that made the lenses were off on my left eyes prescription.They are making it right and changing frames as well.

My only choice was a one star review or he would not have gotten that. He is crooked and bills your medical insurance for his benefits!! It is a scam and he should be reported! This is a very very greedy optometrist and he has to do something to pay for his new office. I feel sorry for his office staff and he has a change in staff often and Im sure its because he makes it about him and not them when without them he wouldnt have a practice. Good luck to you staff and my warning is find a legitimate job as soon as possible so that you wont be unemployed when his business fails! I will be sure and tell all my friends and family and more.
