Ive been going to Metta, specifically David, for four years now. I started with custom Swedish/relaxing to address lower back pain. I now alternate between custom and Thai to address whatever tension or pain I have then. I try to schedule appointments every 4 to 6 weeks.David asks how Im feeling and what needs work every time - and every time I feel some relief immediately but then feel even better in the following days.I have had appointments during COVID - their protocols are excellent.

I have been taking online Meditation classes with David. He taught us a breathing technique which has helped me cope with my stomach burn as it reduces the stress. Also, whenever I feel I cannot fall sleep easily, I do the same technique while lying down and believe me that after a few minutes, I am GONE! Yoga classes are also fantastic at the Metta Center. Highly recommended.Last not least, their massage is something you MUST experience before you leave this world. It is magical!!!!!!Ok. thats enough reading my review. I have been getting prenatal massages with Leah this pregnancy and she is wonderful! She listens to my concerns, finds the areas that are achy and is able to give me significant relief. These are honestly the best massages that I have ever had and I will definitely be going back after delivery as well! I can not recommend her more highly.

I booked a 30 minute sinus relief, plus 30 minute massage. The massage itself was great, although not what was described on the website. The description of the sinus relief protocol enticed me with hot towels and essential oils, which I received none of. When I mentioned that to the receptionist she retorted with Well, only so-and-so therapist uses essential oils, as if I was supposed to know that as a first time guest. She didnt even offer an apology, or own up to her mistake. I wasnt looking for special treatment or a discount, I just wanted the service that I booked based on their own description.

Leah is a very gifted therapist. She has been practicing the healing art of massage therapy for most of her life, and it shows. Ive had many massages at various spas and resorts, and Leah is, by far, the best! She can untangle the worst knots, and leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. She also specializes in scar therapy, and she has helped me with a surgical scar. In just two treatments, the scar looks and feels better than all the other treatments, creams, and silicone sheets Ive tried. She uses a special massage technique to help the scar heal from within. Leahs Metta Center is the perfect place to go when you need to undo lifes stresses. Treat yourself to a visit, and you’ll be glad you did!
