We went to get a flu shot today after searching online for pricing with no insurance. We had a less than favorable experience when we were told they would be over $300.00! Your site online says walk ins are fine but we were told appointment only. Appointments are fine but online said $41.00 Your pharmacy employee tks us over $300.00! Ridiculous experience

Called before i went...went inside they did not have anymore . i ask the rep working there ...i said i called a few minutes ago about it. The rep responded...that was you?....okay.....see the cashier ....Items where waiting at the cashier. It was the last one .. thank you once again....

Everyone here knows what they’re doing and gets it done!! I love this place. Been going here for years and everyone from the techs to the pharmacists young and old are always so helpful and friendly and they get my prescriptions right every time!

Called for an otc medicine, I was able to pick it up thru the drive thru pharmacy window and the lady behind the window was so nice and helpful she let me know all the different sized otc medication and let me choose what size I wanted very friendly and courteous

My family scheduled appointments for covid tests at this walgreens location. The line was super long for the drive thru and we did wait quite a while. Once we got to the window Donna helped us and was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful and kind and made our experience great!!

Called Thursday to fill a new prescription, was told by the tech that the refill was denied by my prescriber, which is not what I asked. Had to tell staff a new prescription had been sent to replace the old. It was there. I provided information for the medication to be paid through a third party and was told my cost is $0, but it would need to be ordered and would arrive Monday. Tuesday I go to pick up and I am told by a pharmacist this time my prescriber denied my refill and I once again say a new prescription was sent, which he then saw. Next, he says it will have to be ordered. I informed him it already was on Thursday and he said one arrived yesterday and was filled for somebody else who regularly gets this medication. He then made a completely inappropriate joke regarding the circumstances warranting the medication. He proceeded to tell me it was over $2000 anyway and not to worry because it would be ordered for two days from now. Turns out, another had already been ordered for the person who regularly gets it, but they have meds at home and I have run out. Pharmacist provided no solutions and zero empathy to the gravity of my situation. As a former pharmacy tech myself, the oversight not to fill a high-cost med with critical implications for a patient is egregious and unacceptable. No excuse is pardonable. Oh! I almost forgot they said the other persons name who was given the med ordered for me within my hearing, so perhaps they need a HIPAA refresher as well.

Prescription was called in 5 days ago. It was not filed when I arrived. I waited over 20 minutes for something that should have been ready. Even then I had to stand at the counter and physically watch her put the pills in the bottle. When I called Safeway to have other script transferred they said it could take Walgreens a week to fax back the form. Walgreens was 3x higher in price. Ugh!!!! Terrible service.

The employees in this Pharmacy are the slowest moving people that I have ever had to sit and watch for 20 minutes. After having waited for 20 mins in drive-thru line, after a foot surgery, was forced to walk in barefoot on one foot. I dont go barefoot, EVER! Never had such a dirty foot as when I could finally leave the store. I guess this is the generation of I get paid no matter what I am doing, so why bother doing anything extra or working quickly? I switched to humana pharmacy that delivers everything I need at one time and no trips to the pharmacy lines. And I will now switch my one time meds to a different pharmacy that might appreciate my business. And its only going to get worse with free health care.

I have patroned several Walgreens, all over this country, east to west coast, but NEVER have I been to such a badly run, rude attitude, slow Walgreens, in my life! The pharmacists are extremely uncaring, judgemental, rude, and treat customers like they are an inconvenience. WE, the customers, are their job security. But apparently, these pharmacy employees dont appreciate that we help them to have a job. It doesnt matter what time of the day you go in, the rudeness is obvious, and makes a person feel insignificant.The pharmacy WILL have 17 (yes, its true) in line, and they will have one pharmacy tech ignoring the line, while he/she is doing nothing at a drive-thru window. The poor checkout tech is swamped. The pharmacists are too uncaring to be team players and and refuse to assist the techs with checking out customers. No wonder people are choosing to patron other pharmacies. Once, a lady behind me, passed out from the extensive wait, standing in line.....do you think they cared to assist her.....nope! The front end of the store, is very accommodating, and friendly.....but the pharmacy needs a complete overhaul of employees and pharmacists. Their attitudes show how much they hate their jobs. It is sad. Walgreens in North Carolina and Tennessee, NEVER behave so demeaningly to customers. Nor does one have the wait, like this Walgreens has. Very mismanaged, with horrible attitudes. Time to boycott this Walgreens.
