Terrible customer service. Terrible wait times. People cut in front of you because their line starts out in an aisle. They let people cut in front of you because the customer is always right. This is a garbage place. The pharmacist was on her phone talking to her boyfriend for a year while watching me in the line.

People there are two laid-back you have to wait too long they Forget to call you when your prescription is Done

Great customer service and very friendly staff. Very convenient when shopping to drop off and pick up.

The pharmacy didnt have my pain med in stock. Returned my script and instead of saying sorry or showing the least bit of empathy quoted the store policy. I can keep driving here to check if my med is available. I cant call even though i am here in person w photo id and legitimate paper script. Drive here until i land on the day its in stock!! Im handicapped. This is not right .

Spoke to someone in membership just about 2 mins ago she was very sarcastic and rude.

Im new to the area and decided to transfer my prescriptions from my previous Target store in Utah to Sams club here in Bullhead City. That was last week, and I am still waiting for them to complete the call to Target to trsnsfer the prescriptions. Not impressed with the service practices at this pharmacy thus far. Meanwhile, I am in need of the medication and the staff seems to not care about that end of it at all. They knew on Thursday I was already out of medication for my diabetes, and they never bothered to mention they are closed on Sundays when the asked me to wait a day the prevopus Saturday because of their short staffing. How hard would it be to offer a complimentary weekend doseage? Im used to being taken care of by my pharmacy, so far I have been treated like just another number in a long line. Im giving them one more try this week in hopes that this experience is not their typical way of helping out a new customer. If I get the run around again, guess I will be moving my prescriptions back to Target or Walreeens. I can tell you right now that the customer experience is NOT a top priority at this Pharmacy.

Extremely friendly staff , prescriptions are always ready very fast

Long lines, 2 hours if you want to wait. People unfriendly and do not listen very well. The main reason I gave up my membership with Sams Club.
