Call and double check your appt ! i been waiting for almost a month for my appt then i call to confrim and they said my appt was CANCELD DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION wow SO IM THE ONE WHO CALLED AND SCH MY OWN APPT BUT( HOW) IF IM INACTIVE!! THE RECEPTIONIST SHOULD. OF SEEN THE INACTIVE the reason and IMMEDIATELY UPDATED MY CONTACT INFO BUT NO I WAS THE ONE THAT brought up i have A NEW PHONE NUMBER ! NOW I KNOW WHY PEOPLE PREFER TO GO TO THE (KINMAN OFFICE)!!

Dont believe everything you read here. See for yourself what its like. Having read all of the negative reviews I thought Id wait a while to submit my own review. I have been seeing a nurse practitioner there for at least a year & a half now, & the staff has been very professional, they treat me very well, & my meds are filled on time with no hassle. I dont know what the neg. review people are expecting from MMHC, but they have done a great job for me.

This star is more than they deserve. They absolutely do not care about your treatment. They start you on meds but dont follow through with it so you never get better. And they lie and tell you what you want to hear and do nothing. Its very sad that there isnt better care than this in our town. People might actually benefit from proper care and get better, not going to happen here.

I was scheduled to have an appointment with the psychologist Trish at 1:45pm and never got a call back. I decided to call back, provided my info and was transferred to a woman who was not responding back. It sounded like she was in the middle of a session with another client. I spoke several times and the two females did not respond back. While on the phone for about 13 minutes I disconnected the line and called back again to see what was going on and well the rescheduled me for another date and time with no medications for my mental health!!! Im not feeling well at all, I dont think I should be penalized for someone elses mistake especially a clerical one made my thier staff!!!

I needed help and the psychologists told me I needed a licensed therapist that I was above her pay graid and she dont know how to help me next day saw my therapist about the appointment and she encouraged me to try another facility that they are not equipped to handle me what dose that even mean? Sry tour to messes up move on...

Kinda feel like my sons just a number, a paycheck.. Had to fight to get them to treat us like human. Some care, some dont here.. As the saying goes if you want something done right, its better to do it yourself . I feel like if the government pays for my sons care, its not gonna get done.. But if I pay for it out of my own pocket, hell get better care, and thats horrible.

This place dosent even deserve one star..my dad is a patient there they talk down to him over dose him to where he couldnt remember. U train them they very disrespectful. They are supposed to be helping people they are fragile they need help they take advantage.They should get closed down I feel like a law sue Im going to look into it.

Does not treat you with respect. I agree with Crystal Jackson. Avoid avoid avoid. The old blonde lady Diana is very rude at the front desk. Everyone here are very lazy. Avoid with all costs.

8 months, never the correct dose medications. If stay away from letting Cheryl prescribe medications.... Never gets it right.

One of the workers here told me to put up with my abuse. Nice.Waits are long. Staff has little care for patients.

They said that they are only a walk in clinic. With my chronic anxiety I told them that I cant deal with the uncertainty of a walk in and begged them to make an appointment and still got told no.

I was new to Bullhead City, so I made an appointment...needless to in one day, I went from moving into a new Apt to homeless,... TO Mojave Mental Health sending me to 2 different homeless shelters that didnt exist. Needless to say, I had a major panic attack that put me in the hospital. Then when the hospital called Mojave, Mojave seemed to have never heard of me. To hell with Mojave Mental Health and Bullhead City. AZ.
