This Dr saved my life. 24 years ago. Had he not run some tests that other docters declined to, i would be dead today.

My situation was unique. Other dr.s for over 35 yrs had never explained.Dr. Alvarez took the time, confirmed my suspensions and repaired. So nice to finally put it in the past.

Hard to get ahold of sometimes.But i like this doctor shes a sweet lady.

This doctor has costed me and my family millions of dollars in hostpital bills. I was delivered by this man (Caesarean section) I was breached at birth in which my mother was getting signs of and tried telling Dr. Alvarez. He ignored and told my mother it was fine. I now have a spinal cord injury and have gone through countless surgeries and procedures. I walk with a limp and very well could have been in a wheelchair forever due to the Dr. mistake. He is here to make money. My life has been changed since this man has caused so much harm against me and my family. He should not have a license. He’s had many reprimands and complaints. If anyone would like to see the PDF’s, contact me. I don’t want to cause a ruckus but it’s more about doing the right thing. This man is the opposite.

One of many lousy doctor in Bullhead City. Runs VERY late, more important miss diagnosis. Your important DONT go to this doctor.

Although the doctors and nurses are nice, that one at the front desk needs to be fired ASAP. Her nasty attitude is out of this world. Shes rude even when SHE makes a mistake. And she doesnt mind blurring out your confidential information in front of other clients in the waiting room. And every time I have had an appointment (5 so far) Ive had to wait over an hour to be seen. Once over 2 hours. Never again will I come back.

I recently moved to the bullhead city area where Im in search of a female gyno. So I made an appointment with an extremely rude receptionist who proceeded to give me the address of their old office building. I show up on the day of my appointment to the wrong location. Annoying. Then called to get the real address, again the receptionist was rude. Showed up to the office where I wasnt even greeted by the two rude receptionist who continued their conversation while I stood at the front desk. Where one receptionist then turns and says you can sign in and then I had to interrupt their conversation and say well Ive never been here before. Then was handed this extremely flawed stack of patient paperwork (15 pages long). After struggling to read & navigate the paperwork I decided not to see this doctor & left the office. Here is why.In my perspective if a medical professional is okay with their staff being rude, the paperwork being hardly eligible. I think its safe to say that they dont care about their patients. Pay attention to those who are representing your physician, if they are terrible than chances are the doctor is too! I prefer a medical professional who pays attention to fine detail and takes pride in their team.

Rude in competence front desk staff clinician Marian cid inaccurately coded my office call 410.00 and labs 746.00 so Medicare and bankers fidelity denied. Ive called billing and receptionist ph #s repeatedly for help in getting codes changed to no avail. Receptionsist hung up on me today. I called lab and explained how this office is treating me and now their going to try and get the visit recorded from their end... awful customer service.. would never refers family or friends to this practice.

I dont know what quality of work the doctor does because I did not want to wait more than the hour and twenty minutes I had already waited. The receptionist was exceptionally rude. The other negative review on here is very accurate about the waiting room.

First of all, the reception area was dark and filthy, I didnt even want to sit down. Secondly, there were HIPAA violations all over, starting at the reception area that was left unattended which had patient information scattered across it. I was taken into an office to wait to see the doctor and I am giving him my history and he was extremley rude and abrasive. He had no bedside manner, and was not polite or professional, let alone caring! I would not reccomend this doctor to anyone, I would rather just deal with the pain and not know whats going on than to have this man ever see me again!

Had an appointment to get a birth control shot. Horrible and rude experience. I walk up to the desk, as I walking up I see the receptionist pick up her cell phone and and check her messages. Dont even ackknowledge I was even there for another 5 minutes. Then say oh can I help you. Mean while you could hear me unzip my wallet and take out my id and insurance card. I was told that you would have to see the doctor then reschedule to be given the shot. Boy was I pissed I was already on the shot and was given a referral for this doctor to give me my shot. Since I was already on it. Was not told I would have to have the shot with me. I will never go back to this office only because the desk people is not professional and their messages come first before a paying customer. Oh well I guess I take my business else where.

Been going here for years, and I honestly wouldnt trust anyone else with everything.
