Just called and girl was completely unprofessional! Didnt even give her name or office name was just rude answering phone... Then ask if they are walk in and was going to ask about the covid 19 rules for their office. Before I could get that out she asked what ins we had, she said sorry they dont accept my daughters ins.. but before I could even ask how much was a cash visit, she was just on the verge of just hanging up on me... I just let her know what a rude you know that she was .. will never recommend based solely off of receptionist and one phone call . Way to hire them guys!!** Response to your response. Had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with you not taking my child ins.... It has EVERYTHING TO DO with her RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE!! She was not professional at the least, answering phone like it was her personal number. Not even naming your business... I had to ask her to make sure I had the right place. Ive lived here 33yrs. I will let people know about your office and its sad you actually just address the insurance issue and nothing about your rude office staff... Goes to show the problem! I want to say thank you for all the people at bullhead urgent care. I went there and was treated promptly and with a lot of compassion. The receptionist, the nurse and Darlene was the doctor who treated me. all of them were so nice and did everything they could to help me. I truly appreciated the compassion and care you gave to me. They are extremely short staffed. The staff was nice, really liked them. The doctor (PA) was obviously overworked and tired. I was there 4 hrs and 40 minutes and saw the doctor for about 4-5 minutes max. I was her last patient and she couldnt get out the door fast enough. She was pushing the nurse to move faster when the nurse was doing her best to not hurt me anymore then I was already hurt. I think under normal circumstances the doctor is probably nice and spends time with patients, just wasnt my experience. Thank you to the staff that showed up.

Worst place to try and get help. They will not take you if you are out of network, so if you are, don’t bring your insurance card in with you. Better yet just go somewhere they might really care about the people that walk through the door. So much for being a “Walk-In Clinic”.

I referred my daughter to Bullhead Urgent Care while visiting from out of state. She had a dental procedure complication, and needed her throat examined. Knowing shes out of state, she planned on using her HSA or CASH. The front office staff was rude, and told her that was insurance fraud??? Do they know what a HSA or CASH is??? She left in tears. The lack of tact and simple kindness is whats upsetting. My husband and I have used this urgent care in the past. I hope its brought to the doctor s attention. Its disappointing to say the least.

This place is a joke. They don’t deserve even 1 star. I am out of state and needing care. I come to Arizona for other doctor visits and I pay CASH for being out of network and will never be turned away. I work in healthcare and know how insurance works and their favorite phrase is “insurance fraud” which would not be happening.. They just didn’t want to do the leg work of billing my insurance and getting a bill sent to me. They obviously want their money before 30 days which they wouldn’t get. BUT the use of an HSA as an out of network patient SHOULD be allowed because I would pay any fees in FULL, and it will go towards my medical care!! Very unprofessional on every level from the front office staff. This is our healthcare system people..

I was visiting Bullhead Feb 2021 and caught a infection. I found Bullhead urgent care on Google and got right in. It doesn’t look like much on the outside but inside is clean and their very professional. My Physician Darlene Leftwich made me feel comfortable and very cared for. I was in and out within a hour...not bad for a Saturday afternoon. A month later my doctor at home asked if I could get the biopsy results from that day. I called Bullhead urgent care and the physician sent results right over. Thank you Bullhead Urgent care for taking care of me! Sarah 😊

I visited the establishment (Bullhead Urgent Care @ Ramar St.) a couple of months ago, and their staff does not take any precautions concerning Covid-19. With the delta variant surging within the county, I genuinely hope that their admins take the necessary steps to prevent unnecessary transmission. Moreover, I saw a similar review, and it is evident that there were no improvements and precautions even after the concern was raised.

This place has very disrespectful front office lady I’m not feeling well and was told they did not except my insurance which is understandable what I did not like was when she raised her voice at me because I then asked if I could pay for my visit and was told in a high voice that I could not do that as that is insurance fraud. This is new to me that one can not pay for your own service.

I have been to this office twice so far and the dr both times has been excellent I wish this office was in my plan or the dr had a private office I would go to her again and probably will even having to pay is worth it to me. You just cant find good Drs here.

My Second Visit and all I can say is the staff is great, they are always busy but they take the time to pay attention to everyone. The Medical Care Providers are attentive, informative and do take their time with you. As in both instances I was feeling pretty bad or I would not have gone to an urgent care, both times they were efficient with a diagnosis and getting me up and running, strongly recommend them

This Urgent Care obviously does not take COVID-19 seriously. There were staff members without masks, in the office and the lobby. The waiting room was crowded rather than having people wait in their cars. I would expect more from healthcare workers.-YES, this is the correct urgent care. Limited seating less than 4 feet apart, in a very small space. Most of the seats were full.We opted to wait in our vehicle.Of the multiple people behind the desk, there was ONE person wearing a mask. Mask protocol should not be limited to patient care. Masks should be worn by all staff at all times.

Ive been in this clinic a couple of times in the past year and until my most recent visit, always received excellent care. Recently I went in because i cannot get into a regular providers office and needed a prescription refill. I was treated with skepticism and doubt that my need was necessary. This was not for a pain medication but something I take for a lifelong thyroid condition. They gave me the refill but told me they would not help me in the future. Very disappointed when I was told my need is not critical. Not to them maybe.

I had a huge issue with my insurance company because I was out of state. After many calls to my insurance company, primary care physician, their billing dept. etc. and being told something different each time; Kim (I hope I have the right name) was able to find out the correct steps to get this satisfied for the insurance company. I am so grateful that I found an intelligent and caring woman to start the steps to resolve the issue. She alone gets my five stars plus!!! Kudos and many thanks!!!

Dr. Don Wagner and his professional medical staff have been treating me and my wifes urgent care needs. Exceptional care, compassion and understanding. The care facility is fully equipped with Radiology service and all other testing devices as found in hospital ERs. When we cannot get an appointment with our PCP since his services are always in demand. Dr. Don and staff are always available on an emergency need. They will prescribe RX as needed with follow up instructions keeping your PCP in the loop. An excellent choice for emergency care treatment.

I was hurting on my eye and was a little worry about it so I decided to come to this urgent care clinic since it’s Saturday my head doctor is not available. I’m so regret I came here first thing they did when I arrive is asking me for my deductible payment which not supposed to be charged until the end of the consultation then afterwords the doctor see you. The Doctor Was a PD not an MD and she was so rude didn’t even present herself when she arrived to the clinic room I know I have to go somewhere else if I ever need urgent care again this place it’s so bad

Terrible experience. Rude doctor who doesnt listen to patients and runs unnecessary tests without consent to rack up the bill and never provided test results. We had billing errors as well, the billing lady was actually pleasant to deal with. The doctor was terrible though. This place should be investigated for fraud and HIPAA violations! You can hear the staff disclose private medical information about other patients from the waiting room. So you can guarantee anyone in the waiting room will hear your private info too! We will never return. I know it is tough to decide where to go when you are not feeling well, but stay away and save yourself from more pain!

I wouldn’t even give the star to Darlene the PA she is rude and has no professionalism whatsoever. My first time there and nurse has no patient skills. Oh and by the way don’t go to be seen for more than one problem or you will hear Darlene discussion with nurse loud and clear that she is only going to see you for one matter and what is it and the nurse let everyone know in hallway what the main issue is to why you came. What happen to HIPPA, what happen to PRIVACY FOR PATIENTS???? Read sign on your own doors about privacy and it’s discussed in the rooms only. Darlene was horrible to patient. This was the most humiliating experience ever! THE STAR IS FOR THE FRONT DESK STAFF VERY KIND AND CeCe VERY NICE I WOULD GIVE THEM 5 STARS .

This place is breaking so many laws. None NONE of the staff were wearing masks. I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they mocked me. Not only that I got extreme attitude from the receptionist and whoevers took my vitals. The physicians assistant seen me because there was no doctor. My over all experience 1..... office staff was very helpful and pleasant. The doctor needs to self diagnose for his attitude. You cant even ask this man a question without some backlash. I am from out of state and this place was in my Network for coverage, even so i will not be back! The place was filthy. The nurse took my blood pressure it was 150/99 I told her I have never had high blood pressure it is usually on the low side. She took it again, the arm it was lower but still very high for me. I couldnt even asked the doctor about this because my blood was boiling by that time! He was so rude. I went to the doctor because I had been very sick for over two weeks.I check my blood pressure twice at Walmart while I was waiting for my prescriptions, it was 149/99. Dont you think this should have been a concern of the doc? My blood pressure has never been over 120/80!

I picked up a virus while driving cross country. While in Laughlin I was at my worst. It was July 4th and I really needed to see a doctor. I chose Bullhead Urgent Care basically bc they were open and had favorable reviews. I cant say enough about the receptionists in there. They went above and beyond my expectations. They didnt take my insurance being that Im an out of towner. I was gonna pay cash. They made a few calls to the company to see if any part of the visit would be covered. Turns out it was. They couldve just took my money and left me to deal with the insurance company. The doctor was attentive and listened to everythg i said. She gave me a full check up, prescribed me some meds and sent me on my way. I felt better in a few days. I pass through Laughlin every couple years. I would have no problem going there again if need be.

Visiting AZ from out of town when our 6 yr old got sick. Picked this clinic because of location and now writing this review due to the wonderful experience we had. Scott, the NP, was exceptionally compassionate and tentative to our child. The whole staff was kind and they got us back so quick I was surprised and relieved. In a nutshell, great treatment and stellar staff. I highly recommend this clinic.

3 stars Would of been 5 because the doctors their where great on taking care of my daughter and her wound but as me my daughter and wife where in the waiting room they had a Covid 19 symptom patient in the same little room and didn’t even think of the public safety of my family and others in the room to avoid putting others at risk.

I was from out of town, so I didnt know where to go. They got me in and out right away. The staff was friendly and the nurse practitioner had a fun sense of humor. I would pick them again if I need an urgent care on a future Laughlin trip. :o)

I have several fractures in my right foot from a work related injury. My right foot was crushed by a pallet jack full of Gatorade and water that weighed approximately 2,500 lbs. The first day I went to urgent Care they didnt get the X-rays yet.the following day they called me to let me know I had fractures in my right foot to get in there immediately that they had to put a splint on it. Following that upon my normal primary Care visit to my doctors office my primary care physician he ordered and sent me in for a podiatrist orthopedic which is a foot specialist where there they followed up and took weight-bearing x-rays on my foot to find several fractures in the foot f findingsveracular and I bring those results into the urgent Care they told me that they have found no fractures in my right foot I dont know what x-rays or CT scans theyre reading but this is orthopedic podiatrist who is a foot specialist who is found these fractures in my right foot Ncontinue to argue with me that there are no fractures as well as saying the orthopedic podiatrist is wrong and hes a foot specialist foot. Youre supposed to be treated to the severity of your illness or injury they didnt even order for me to see an orthopedic or podiatrist what should be normal after having your foot crushed by the pallet jack N they should have followed up immediately all the pain that Ive been having in here its been restless nights I cant sleep.

This is a work related claims and drug testing machine. I recommend coming here for no more than that.Regardless that they may claim to be able to write a prescription for many things,, the only one they will is Tylenol 3. Less liabilty.

The staff in back were very polite and helpful. I decided to change my review from a one star because it is not fair to the staff in back for how the front staff treated me. Also one of the ladies did apologize which i appreciated, but with going in and not being able to breathe and having to argue with them and the second lady speaking loudly and the whole waiting room hearing my personal information, i will not be going back. So after the one lady apologized and the professionalism of the staff in back it brought me up to a three star but the second lady was just so unprofessional.

I took my dad in to see the Dr. about a follow up for the MRI he had. After telling the receptionist why we were there, we were shortly seen by Dr. Wagner. He told us he was going to send my dad for physical therapy and after I asked if he needed surgery he said “ how would I know that” I told him he had an MRI done and had the worst attitude. He was going to send him to physical therapy without checking his paper work! Turns out my dad has 3 tears in his shoulder and DOES need surgery after all. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Came in with diverticulitis. Referred to hospital for CT scan Received excellent care. Before and after CT scan. Courteous and professional staff.

Went there today for my arm and my hand. The nurses were great the Dr. Which would be Don checked my lower arm and hand out but never checked my upper arm out. He then asked me what was hurting I told him my arm and hand he asked what exactly was wrong. I told him he didnt take me serious asked if I wanted a different brace I said yes and he left the room never came back. I just need to add that today I got a call from them telling me this was a hurtful post and asked me why I walked out with my hands up which I didnt do I told her I was holding my arm because thats what I was there for but the Dr Don just left me in the room andwhen I got there I seen one other patient which was walking out the door the only other one was me. And it felt like I was taking up his lunch time. Cause he waited for me to leave and the nurses went back and told him I left so they got there priorities straight cause they found out I rated there so called Urgent Care so they called me this morning saying that I left a really bad review. Do yes they know how to look on computers but they could care less about there patients. If I had anything to say I would recommend everyone take there business else where. I rate them -1. Have a good day nurses on reading this. I thought you were all great until this morning when you called and went off on me. Thats just wrong. They also told me to go elsewhere

Im from out of town and at the time no money for the copay but they seen how bad my eyes were and still treated me with excellent care. And I do know something about facilities like this saying that I just finished my treatment for leukemia and my mother being a ICU and CARIDO VASCULAR nurse and manager of the department; my mother would be proud of the treatment Ive received. And little to no waiting time. As Long as Im in Bullhead I will ALWAYS COME HERE

Dr Wagner at Bullhead City Urgent care is someone to avoid. I went to urgent care for a number of reasons. My treatment from Dr, Wagner was horrible. He told me to lie down on the table and removed the pillow. He then proceeded to pry my eye opened with his hand. He then scraped the inside of me eye. It was unbearably painful and I asked him to stop repeatedly, and he ignored me and kept scraping. When he finally stopped, I told him that my eyesight was blurry, and he said I was lying. Then after 5 minutes, he said o.k. It was blurry because of what he did to my eye and then he said he would wash out my eye. After that, he poured a liquid in my eye and after a reasonable time, I said thats enough, please stop. He refused to stop and at that time I screamed and the nurse came in . I told her what happened and Dr Wagner said I pushed him , which was a lie. I then left urgent care .

My last experience here will make this office my last visit because of Dr Wagner. The times before were good, but wont chance dealing with him again.

This office charges to much money to do drug collection. They are ripping off the public . Collection run about 10 to 25. dollars nation wide ,they charges $40.00. Find a other collection site. The people of Bullhead you should check their prices before using there services that they provide. They know that there not enough doctor in that area so they jack up the prices. In my opinion they our rip off. DO NOT USES THEIR COLLECTION SERVICES. FIND A OTHER DRUG TESTING COMPANY.

Posting for my father. He was visiting Bullhead city and had COPD complications. He was referred here by another friend. They were fast and professional. After thorough checkout and exray got him the antibiotics he needed and was out in just over an hour. Great place!

When a medical facility starts doing unnecessary testing on you when the doctor or PA hasnt even seen you there is something wrong. They did a Strep test on me when I said I was sick, coughing up phlegm, had a bit of laryngitis, a bit of coughing. This was before anyone looked at my throat. You should be looking at my throat before you run a test like that or ask me if Ive seen white spots on my throat, I have had strep before in my lifetime. Then they agreed I was sick with an infection. Then they ran a flu test on me I guess I can understand that. But wanted to push it and try to do an x-ray on me because I have worked in a smoking environment for a long time. My lungs sounded fine, just a little bit of congestion. I refused to do the x-ray. At the front desk they ask to many questions that you should be taken aside for, like how much money is in my HRA account, when I told them that it would cover the visit. So was that so they can try and run me through so much unnecessary testing. I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone. They are out to use all of your benefits allowed and/or take advantage of you financially. I dont want to give this place any stars, but this will not post if I dont give a star....this is ridiculous.

Dr Wagner FORGOT to sign the prescription! When we took it to the pharmacy, we found out, eventually, that Dr Wagner is NOT QUALIFIED to write such a presentation! !! When I called the office the next morning, I was told told to call President Trump!! Whaaaat??? This place is a HUGE RIPOFF! ! Now, we have to go to another qualified dr & pay again!! Yup, they had no problem taking our CASH UPFRONT for HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I called 1st, they asked what Ins. I had and said great, nothing about a copay at the time until I got there. After using my last few $$ for cab fare. Cant stand on my rt. foot, believe I have a fracture, pain is unbearable. Lft. foot has a diabetic wound inside my big toe and now Im out of bandages. I was told I should of went to the ER so as to get billed later.... So I ended up going home walking on the crutches I showed up on. Now Im in even more pain & my entire foot is blk. & blue. Not even figuring what is to become of my diabetic wound. Why couldnt they have billed me? Im on SSD, by this time of the month, Im already waiting on my next check...

Went to a dermatologist and family Dr. with no results. PA Leftwich was only one who cultured my wounds and discovered an infection. Months of itching and discomfort gone in a week. Thank you, thank you.

Refreshingly pleasant experience after a terrible experience earlier in the day at Mohave Walk-in. They were courteous and able to tell me the cost of the doctors visit including potential lab tests prior to my visit. Very professional.

If you are looking for urgent Care, keep looking. The front desk receptionist tried charging me double my co pay. When I questioned her she said its different for urgent care, its not. Then she said where I was from it was lower, again not true.

The doctor took good care in a timely manner.

Before going to this facility I called and asked if I could get my medicine refilled although I had no prescription and the VA has dropped me. They said dont worry about it come on in anyway. I went there waited for over an hour and a half for them to only take my $145 happily and never do anything for me including calling the VA like they said they wouldut they were happy to take my $145 last night due to the fact that I have no insurance.
