Dr. Chang made it very clear right off the bat that my pain was of greater concern to him than my finances. I came in with a severe infection and needed an extraction, though I didnt have enough for the procedure. He went above and beyond to make sure I had my pain alleviated, and was more than willing to work around my financial issues. Whats more, Ive never had a dentist actually listen to the needs Ive conveyed, Ive never had a dentist who actually saw me as anything more than dollar signs. Dr. Chang was professional, respectful and very kind, and he made me feel as though I was in safe hands right away. He is definitely a true healer to his core, and Im very glad I chose his office. Its definitely a smaller office, but the staff is really friendly and they keep the place clean and cozy. The Doc worked quickly and with deft skill, his aim with the numbing agent was impeccable (something Ive NEVER had happen before), and Im already feeling so much better, now that my pain is gone. Kindred Smiles is the perfect name for Dr. Changs practice because he treats his patients with kindness. Dr. Chang is the best. Why? He goes above and beyond what other dentists are willing to do. Imagine my surprise when Dr. Chang called me for a free over the phone consultation prior to my visit. What doctor does that? He showed genuine concern and compassion and most importantly listened and understood my objective and implemented it.Dr. Chang possesses the perfect combination of skill and talent and sensitivity. Hes kind and genuinely cares. He listens and takes time to explain. He puts the patients welfare above his own. He isnt driven by money he is driven by the desire to please and help his patients. Hes painless and provides service in a swift and timely manner, but most importantly you walk out with a beautiful smile. Kudos to Dr. Chang and 5-Stars to him and to his staff. I love Dr. Chang!! He has the hands of an angel, I did not feel a thing. I would recommend him to everybody I know. He was the absolute best and took such good care of me. I was only in there for a short time I couldn’t believe how fast he works! He even took the time to call me and follow up to see how I was feeling. Go Dr. Chang!!
