My first visit today with Dr Burgess. Was so impressed with the care and concern from everyone in the office from the moment I walked in. Smiles friendly greeting. All were really professional and very thorough. I have always been nervous about dentists. Dr Burgess was so kind friendly and knowledgableI was totally impressed with the care today and am sure i will be less anxious for my next appointment .Matilda and Krystal along with Dr Burgess were wonderful.

Tracey referred me when I moved to Bullhead City. The dentist is great and Rachel, my dental hygienist is phenomenal. Very thorough. Minimal wait time and very clean office. I highly recommend for your dental needs.

When I made the appointment I was told to come in early for paperwork. I arrive 1/2 hour early only to be told that I didn’t to be early . Then I waited 45 minutes to see the dentist. I see the dentist & was told by hygienist that my denture would be kept & I had to return at 3:30 the same day to pick up my old denture. I paid $1472.00 - only to be called to come BACK so they could take impressions of my lower natural teeth - I go back only to wait 15 minutes to see someone. None of this information was relayed to me in advance - that I didn’t have to come early; that my denture would be kept; that I had to return to retrieve my denture. I am less than pleased!

They are very friendly and fast. They make my daughter feel comfortable because she’s had bad experiences in the past. My favorite dentist in town!

The best! I always have a good experience when I come here even though I am a baby with the numbing needles! They let my husband stay with me. All of the staff are wonderful and care about your well-being. They dont get irritated when you ask questions like you are wasting their time. Dr. Burgess is great. Hes very patient, with a calming presence, answers questions and explains things thoroughly. That makes a world of difference to me. Shout out to Camille too!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Burgess and staff. Our son was injured at a wrestling tournament and his front tooth was dangling by a thread. Unfortunately, we were not there and live two hours away. The office talked me through everything and treated our family with the upmost care. They certainly put us at ease while being so far away from our son.

I am someone who is pretty terrified of the dentist and I have to say this couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. Very nice staff , worst dentistry ever ! Had many crowns done and my husband and I went to two other dentists who asked who did these crowns because they are not sealed . We have pain since , and they said the gaps are where the bacteria can enter . I was very happy with crossroads in the beginning , not now that I have to pay out of my pocket to have all my teeth work done over again, that they billed to my insurance and my husbands ! I dont like being in pain .

Moved recently to the area and had a dental emergency, so, without recommendations l happened upon this office because they accepted emergency appointments. I am so glad l did! My whole experience was awesome ( for a dental experience, that is), from the setting of the same day appt, until well after l got home. The staff was friendly and professional and put me at ease from the start. Not a long wait to get into a chair. Tv was there to watch while l waited for the assistant. Assistant was friendly as xrays were taken. Dentist was friendly and gave me my options( l needed to have a very painful tooth removed, ugh). Expected to have to make a return appointment, but he offered to do it right then to get me out of pain, and l happily agreed! Novocain shots were painless, extraction was painless, and no pain or issues since. If you are worried about finding the right dentist like l was...trust me. Nothing to worry about here!!! May just be the best dental experience l ever had!

The dentist and staff are cool but if youre a first time patient, youd think youre buying a house from all the personal information they want from you and the place is a little pricey even with insurance, it was expensive just to get a crown glued back in.

The whole staff is very nice. Dr. Burgess is very attentive and tries to accommodate you as best as he can.

Brand new patient - got me in the very next day for appointment- very friendly, thorough exam by hygienist & very sensititive to my needs for xrays (have horrible gag reflex). Got through it very smoothly & the Dentist was very nice & thorough explaining what needed to be done. Thank You!!

If you are like me, you don’t like to think about going to the dentist. However, my dentist, Dr Kerry Burgess and his staff, actually make a trip to the dentist chair very pleasant. Dr Burgess has the most up to date dental equipment and the office is clean and offers, coffee, water, reading material and television while you wait (which is never very long). The Dr and his staff are over the top accommodating. They are very professional, knowledgeable and so friendly. I recommend Dr Burgess and his staff to anyone who is looking for a dentist or would like a change.

Im a snowbird and had an issue with my gums. I called on a Friday and had an appointment Monday morning. By then the gums had calmed down. I wasnt sure if I still needed the appointment. But I went anyway. The assistant and Dr were both very nice and professional. The problem cleared up. They didnt do much and didnt charge much either.

We needed emergency care for a possible broken tooth. Called at closing on Thursday, they made an appointment for Friday at 11.Received wonderful and courteous attention from start to finish. Xrays and pictures of tooth determined it to be beyond repair. :-(Due to a heart condition they were unable to extract without speaking to our cardiologist first.We received a script for an antibiotic, that was sorely needed. We will return once the details have been addressed.All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. Nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. Very clean office.Nice to meet you all.Update: Returned two weeks later and had the extraction done within 15 minutes of arriving. The needle, my husband said, is the worst part.Thank you again for an extremely attentive staff and doctor. Additionally, their first concern was for his comfort while addressing his underlying health conditions. We would highly recommend.

Dr. Burgess runs an exceptional practice. Not only is he an exceptional dentist but he hires and retains the best staff. Never the constant up selling experienced elsewhere. My son lives out of state and came in for a second opinion and it was clear early that the previous diagnosis was motivated by money and not health. I loved how they saw me right away when I had a dental emergency and was in a lot of pain! The entire staff was very personable & very caring! My dentist and his assistant are wonderful & gentle! Within minutes I was pain free and was so pleased that they offered me a discount when it turned out that my insurance, due to my recent move, was unable to cover the visit. I love crossroads family dentist office! Everybody is so friendly. They always get me right in. I never have to wait long in the waiting room, at the most 10 minutes. The office ladies explain everything ahead of time so you know what to expect expense wise. Tiffany is my hygienist and she is awesome. She does fast work and painless. She gave me tips on ways to help with my issues. The dentist is great too. So friendly, takes his time checking and explaining what he sees. He doesnt pressure you to do work if its too expensive at the time. He will recommend what is most important to take care of first and figure out a plan for what works for you. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I would have to say that the dentist has NEVER been my favorite place to be. I am so happy to have found Crossroads. Dr. Burgess and his staff are amazing. I have really horrible anxiety but they ALWAYS make me feel relaxed. They listen to what you say and are so caring, I have never been to such a wonderful dental place. I call on a Sunday and it was a holiday and the doctor himself called me back right away. I am so happy I found this place and will recommend them to my family and friends. Ive been coming here for about two years now and I just love the atmosphere! They just get down to business and let you know exactly what is going on, and what your options are. Have never been pushy with getting any additional services unless they absolutely think it is necessary, and do a great job explaining why and the benefits of such. I love the team and couldnt be happier with the service that is provided!
