This is a very nice and clean RV Park with a pool with spaces that overlook Laughlin and the Colorado river with all of the mountains in the backdrop it’s gorgeous. Very friendly people here if you have an RV the rates are very affordable by the week or the month.

I walk to the deli from my apartments and theyre always so sweet and really double check to make sure youre getting exactly what you are wanting! The ladies in the deli are amazing and thoughtful with children as well!

Quiet park with lots of permanents/seasonals. The water is hard to the extreme at 619 ppm, as is all the well water in this area. Nice pool, clean modern bath house with stalls that were the antithesis of flimsy.

Awesome park. Very welcoming to all. Highly recommended for long term. Never any drama and the staff treat u like family. The pool and restrooms are very well kept and always clean. It is a nice quiet place and only minutes from the stores as well as laughlin. Thx too all the staff. U guys are awesome! :)

Very unfriendly staff. We paid 6 months in advance. After a month we decided we wanted to go somewhere else. Gave them 30 days notice. They refused to refund our money. We left anyway, but its still our spot since we already paid for it. We never checked out.We went back 3 weeks later and they had rented it to someone else. Double booking. Very illegal and unethical. We told them that, they still would not give us our money back. $2100. They were rude to me, not even apologetic. I do not know any landlords who wont give you your money back with 30 days notice. They had no desire to even talk about it. Refused to give us the owners name .Its also very very windy being on the bluff. We were told wifi and cable was included in the price. We never got either. Had to go to clubhouse to use wifi. I would not recommend this place. Or at least dont pay in advance!

I have lived here for 3 years. Its clean, quite & close to stores & hospital. We have a pool that is also clean & open all year round. We get free water, electricity & basic tv channels & internet.

Friendly staff, a little strict on basic rules but needed, quiet location, nice clean bathrooms and pool, cool recreation center to do work in.It has been a great stay.. look forward to many more stays..

Best $ value around. Full featured, cable tv, mail, great staff, and decent wi-fi available. Close proximity to popular off-road areas, river, and lake.

It seems to have druggies living there. I was in fear of my things being stolen left in the night and went to motel. My son didnt need to see those low lifes.

Really bad. Our powerbox was burnt out so we had to plug in to the end next space. Paid for a month and could only stand it for 2weeks no money back. They really need to clean the place up
