I have shopped at Sunglasses Hut on three separate occasions. Every single time, I have gotten great customer service. You are always greeted when you walk into the store and the sales associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a pair of sunglasses last week and today I went in because they are just a tad big. Ena adjusted them for me and then helped me pick out another pair that she ordered for me. I do not buy sunglasses very often, but when I do I will also go to the Sunglasses Hut at the Mall of Georgia.

Came to get my sunglasses I ordered online. First she couldnt find them. When she finally found them she literally gave them to me just how they were dirty and covered in dust. I have gotten some sunglasses from sunglasses hut before and this is the one time I saw that they never clean them. Used oil to remove the sticker and got oil all over my box and the packing was just unacceptable.

The upstairs location is top notch. Tracy and Kim are AWESOME!! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. What a rare combination but these girls are on point....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this location!!

NICOLE was super helpful. Found me several choices. Very nice. I probably tried 10 pairs. Btw she cleaned each pair I touched before they went back on the shelf. Price was the same as on the factory website. Good times.

I would not recommend buying sunglasses here. The two Sunglass Hut locations at this mall focus more on numbers from sales to overhead that they forget their customer service etiquette when working with individuals. I believe the saying on Shark Tank is “I’m out” and that’s correct, I am out and will not return to this location. Please do the same. I would NOT recommend these locations for any endeavor. I decided to make a purchase that I would not normally make, but I wanted to splurge on something new and thats how I came to purchase a new pair of Versace sunglasses at Sunglass Hut at Mall of Georgia. It was a great experience for such a huge purchase and the saleswoman who helped me was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this store if you want to splurge on a nice pair of sungalasses.
