I had a very pleasant experience at this store today. They are clearly short staff and it appeared one of the three ladies are new. Even under stress of training and a line deep of 10 people the cashier was wonderful and the manager marellie (spelling unsure) was fantastic!!

On Internet says that the store closing time is at 5:00 pm. I arrived at 3:00 pm on Sunday and it was closed already. Please update the closing times.

It has fashionable clothing for men & women of the small to medium frame body frame. The material of the clothes look well made with longevity. They have nice style sweaters and sweatshirts. Its a store for the mid 20s to early 30s.

I found a couple shirts I wanted to try before buying and the lady told me that the dressing rooms are closed. Weird but okay.

Went to find a suit for my husband. While they had some, the selection at the time was lacking. Did not make a purchase this trip.

Great customer service, however its super hot ! I felt like I was in a suana. 😱 I kept telling them its super hot! The guy at the register said try working with a turtle neck in here 🤣 I feel sorry for him.

Posted mall hours and store hours ar 7:00 pm. Attempted to enter store at 515 and I was told the store was closed. Inconvenient does not quite cover it.

The service was great and I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the store. The staff was helpful and I had a quick checkout. Awesome store they should be recognized for what they do!

The associates were nice enough but when I went to purchase a pair of demim pants during a 40% ALL denim sale, I was informed that the sale only covered regular denim and that my pants were indeed denim but not denim denim whatever that means. So either the sales associate cant interpret the signs or the store is intentionally misleading. Not trying to nag, just had to express myself.

I came in to do an online return for my wife and the receipt had past the return period. The store manager and cashier were both very helpful and I was leaving very happy. Also, the product has changed and I’m enjoying the change. Will be back to shop.

Recently it has been rumored that the manager at Buford location Express has instructed his associates not to speak on an issue they had with an associates within their store that was infected with COVID 19. I am not sure how true this is, however, if that may be the case I personally feel that they are putting other lives including their customers at high risk for COVID if they are keeping such information private and continuing to keep the store open with him working with customers. I am in fear of my health and therefore I will never step foot into Express since it appears that they have no concern for their employees or customers based upon the information I heard. I do not want to take any chances.

I wish I could give them no stars, EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE I brought $900 worth clothes from express outlet for which I got $100 in rewards I ordered stuff online when the package arrived they were few clothes that were not appealing, I went to this location so they could do the exchange but instead the associate and the store manager tells me I cannot do exchange because I got my stuff for *free*. Well no I didn’t get my stuff for “Free”, I spent $900 in express outlet. Anyways, I will not recommend this location to anyone who has returns or exchange to do, they look at you as if you have done a big crime coming up to them, Especially their Store Manager.At the end of the day, I did ended up talking to the customer service department and they were more than happy to help me and solve my problem.

The only reason this store deserves 1 star instead of 0 stars is because of Kim. I’ve driven an hour from Athens to come to this store the past two weekends and both working managers have been beyond disrespectful to me. Express has a Covid policy in which you can return things you bought after Feb 1 to the store within 30 days that the store has reopened. I tried to return some things last weekend and the manager wouldn’t wait on call customer service to have them help process the return, even though Kim was the cashier trying to help me. Today, after talking to Express corporate, receiving a case number, and confirmation that these things ARE returnable and that the employees SHOULD return them, I had the pleasure of working with Kim again who ATTEMPTED to help me but the other working manager literally told Kim to stop helping me and ring up other customers because “they didn’t have time for this.” So I had to take it upon myself to call express customer service in the store, after which the customer service rep was clearly mad that they still refused to let me return things even though I had a case number and confirmation from corporate. Literally let the man do his job and help people. And treat your customers right. It’s not that hard. Will not be coming to this Express store again.

I came in looking for a dress a few days ago, i was going to pass on buying the dress because it was out of my price range,but with the help of Joyce, she helped me find a coupon that saved me money and motivated me to purchase the dress. She is a great sales person.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The manager of this store, Anna, was SO unprofessional. Treated me like I didn’t belong in this store. The rudest experience at this mall I have ever had. I was a somewhat avid express shopper and will NOT be shopping with them ever again. Completely ruined how I felt about this company. Anna, you don’t deserve your job.

People on today Sunday 11/24/19 was the best.

I visited two Express stores in two different malls. The store at Mall of Georgia is nice. The store at Gwinnett county Mall is not. The woman at the cashiers was so high (yes, drugged out of her mind) that she left all of those security tags on all of our clothes and even worse is that nothing went of when we left the store. However once we were home and notoced she left all those things on, we decided to go to a different store altogether. Embarrassing!

Express is one of my go to stores for pants. The styles are classic and very durable. The Buford location is cluttered. Messy racks discourage make it harder to find what youre looking for.
